When the store didn't have one of the parts he needed, they didn't just stop there--they worked hard to find a solution instead of simply saying it wasn't available. What stood out the most was their kindness. They noticed my husband was exhausted from working and even offered him drinks to help him hydrate. That level of genuine care is so rare these days and speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. Ian and Tony are true professionals who genuinely care about their customers.
