We were unhappy with our current internet provider, mentioned that in the store when asked about home wifi, and went through the process reviewing whether that would be a good switch or not. Both phones would increase the bill a bit (expected), and the home wifi also was going to increase the bill (also expected) but in our printout it said only $60. After getting over the hump of the post-upgrade/service add-on bill, the 2nd bill is $150 more than what was given in the print out. Multiple calls with Verizon support, they won't budge and insist that the price I'm paying is the lowest it can go. Only thing I was able to do was remove two perks that I didn't ask for that magically appeared on my bill. Very unhappy with my experience. The "Sale First Customer Second" mentality this place has is alarming and not a good representation of Verizon. Going to hang on to the Internet for now but it's double what I was paying before for half the speed.
