    The Apple Store went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Evan was my sells associate and he did and outstanding job explaining differences between products and how to purchase at home for the items I wasn't ready to buy that day, needless to say we ended up walking out with a new phone and Apple Watch.

    Unfortunately, I have to amend my previous 5 star review of my experience with Abdul. After multiple visits to this store and over $150 spent on useless cables, I was finally able to get some help from an associate at Best Buy. The accessory I needed, was a $9 3.5mm to Lightning Adapter not the $35 lightning to 3.5mm cable the I was sold multiple of - despite the fact that they didn't work. Now I realize this is a nuanced problem to a non-technical person, but that's why my company previously spent $1.5m+ annually with Apple. For access to technical, compassionate, and knowledgeable sales people. A sad and unfortunate waste of my time and money that I hope was precipitated by incompetence and not malice. Thank you to the excellent team at Best Buy.

    EMPLOYEE'S ARE AWESOME! I was looking at a replacement for my IPad when some guy started screaming at the employees. Like really yelling acting like a toddler throwing a tantrum. He even flipped a trash can outside of the store The employees and security responded professionally and calmly as this "man" cussed and tried to belittle them. It was awesome to know how well they can handle pretty much any situation. All in all, love these employees and would recommend their great service to anyone

    I am not aware of any. A colleague with most of his family in the services, did not mention any special(s) when he went to an Apple Store recently, but I suggest asking the store assistants directly.

    UPDATE TO ORIGINAL RATING It's now April 29, 2019 and at 3pm…read moremy landline phone rang...... I picked it up not expecting anyone to hear me, but I said "HELLO" and a man said, Hi, I'm from AT&T. I said...." you can hear me"????, he said yes, loud and clear. It's been 3 weeks to the day since my phone has worked!!! I asked him to call me back to be sure it's working and to let me see if I could dial out to another number and have that work too. Sure enough, I was able to make an outgoing call too and leave a message . AT&T called me back and again, he could hear me clearly. It seems that it was NOT directly Clear Rate's fault that my phone wasn't working, it was AT&T's equipment that Clear Rate utilizes, that was faulty. In the end, it was AT&T who was dragging their feet not fully inspecting nor fully troubleshooting my problem and kept blaming Clear Rate.

Our family had a phone plan with them for many years however, one day they turned our service off and allowed another company to "take" or "port" our phone number without our consent. We went as far as calling their 8 different phone numbers, emailing 3 different departments within their organization, and chatting with someone via their chat service. Until today, this issue is still not resolved. My elderly family members are very emotionally disturbed over this issue. Many family still hold dear the value of having a home phone number. We thought this company was professional and upright however, there is is a possibly we are mistaken. Dear Clear Rate Communications, please respond to this message. Our family would like to resolve this issue.

I came in to come in to have my phone looked at for minor technical issues and had a few questions to boot. So, off I went. What I like about this store is that it's easy to check in on your phone to show that you're here and get yourself electronically in line. They have merchandise here, but only for the most current phones. If you have an older phone like me, things like phone cases are not sold any longer. They also have a pay station off in the corner if you would like to put money towards your bill or whatnot. Overall, the place isn't bad. I mean, they solved my issues and helped me rather quickly get in and out, but I had to wait like 40 minutes to do so. Staff seems to know what their doing but are very strict about the electronic check-in and helping those in that specific order. At times I feel rushed when I'm here, but other times I don't. I wish they had better explanations if the specific phone models I was looking at on the displays. I was in the Samsung section, but there were like 5 different Samsung's and I didn't know which was which, or how much they were. I mean, for as much as these guys charge for phones (other carriers too) can I get a better explanation and description while you keep me waiting? I do like having a store to walk into where I can get quick assistance instead of sitting on the phone having to punch in a bunch of numbers and wait in a phone cue, but on the same note, don't make me feel rushed and label your merch please......

They changed her plan to the most expensive one they offer, filled with features of which she will never use. Tacked on a bunch of add-ons like AT&T Next, which she has no use for since she is paying for the phone in full, and AT&T Turbo, which she also has zero need for. They also up-sold her the most expensive iphone and promised her a "$350 Reimbursement" for the phone she traded-in that I have yet to see. Absolutely egregious business practices, I cannot express enough how sickening it is for this establishment to take advantage of elderly women. I recently traded in my iPhone 13 for a $700 off promotion on the iPhone 16. When I asked Jon to show me the trade-in deal information on AT&T's website (due to a past issue where I didn't receive my full credit for 3 phones), he refused to help and was very dismissive. He even threw my phone on the table when I asked him to find the information on the AT&T website. Jon told me it wasn't his job to assist with this and claimed that previous bad experiences were due to other employees not representing AT&T. Fortunately, another employee, Aayan, quickly found the information I needed in under a minute and was polite and professional. Jon's behavior was unacceptable, and I believe Aayan should be the manager instead.
