My dad told me about this store so we decided to give it a shot. The store is crazy busy inside because they have amazing deals. Even though it was busy, this gentleman measured him and got him in a suit so fast. He tried on another blue one with a slightly different color and chose that one. The gentleman told him to pick out any ahirt and tie as well. We weren't sure what the price was so we asked. He said it was $139 for the whole suit, tie, and shirt. The only additional charge is any alterations. It only cost $15 for the alterations though. He said it will be ready on Wednesday for pickup any time. We are so excited. The process was super easy and fast. We will definitely be back to get more.

I have had multiple appointments changed because an esthetician was unavailable, and since the pandemic, evening appointments have become extremely difficult to get. I continued going because I had a regular esthetician I trusted. Unfortunately, my experience this past May was especially upsetting. The esthetician I was scheduled with arrived 30 minutes late, which resulted in a rushed eyebrow wax. I ended up with a waxing burn that removed skin above my eyebrow. After that, I simply decided I would no longer book with that esthetician and would return to my regular person. I made an appointment with my regular esthetician months ago for this Sunday and confirmed it. About an hour later, I received a call telling me she would not be working that day. I was offered another esthetician, but after my experience in May, I was not comfortable doing that. The timing was particularly frustrating because I am leaving for a trip this weekend, so I had to scramble to find another spa that could fit me in before I leave. After 13 years, I have decided I will no longer be using Spa Nordstrom. Nordstrom used to be synonymous with exceptional customer service, which is why I remained loyal for so long. You will find entire outfits here, that are so flattering, yet affordable (e.g. $26-$36 for many items and $20 or less for jewelry and accessories that complete the outfit.) The clothes/accessories are also unique, but totally wearable, dress up, dressed down, casually on the weekends, to work, out to a concert. Everything. Versatile!
