They are scammers there. Tried getting service none of the devices i ordered came and they still trying to charge you

Terrible service, charged for unwanted and unnecessary upgrades. The manager Tiffany projects an attitude of one who does not want to work. We were told repeatedly that we could not have any printed documentation for the transaction because the printer was not working but when pressed for a receipt she then printed it on the printer that was supposedly not working. We needed to contact AT&T main number who informed us that the store not have handled our transaction in the manner in which the local store did. It took 4 trips to the P'Burg store to hopefully finalize the trade in and complete the transaction. We can only hope that Tiffany sent the trade in phone for the credit promised . Do not go to this store try Palmer Mall for better service. read more

If there was a lower rating than 1 star, that would have been selected. The level of incompetency at this store is unlike any other. The customer service and lack of communication between staff members about information is very poor. There is no willingness to try to solve customer issues, or even attempt to try to find solutions. Very quick to say "I don't know, I can't help you, come back another day." Tiffany does not give clear and accurate information and withholds important information in regarding to billing and charges. Would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. read more

This store is terrible. The store manager is rude and unprofessional and doesn't want to work. She didn't want to help me erase my phone or take my trade in. She didn't want to provide me with any printed receipts. When you upgrade your phone the store has a policy of charging you a one time charge of $30 for the upgrade and they automatically enroll you in a premium plan that you have to call and change. (But are still stuck in and paying on for a month.) When I called customer service said they should not have charged the upgrade or enrolled me in the more expensive plan. I have called the district manager multiple times and have not been able to connect with him. Go to a different store. read more
