We were told repeatedly that we could not have any printed documentation for the transaction because the printer was not working but when pressed for a receipt she then printed it on the printer that was supposedly not working. We needed to contact AT&T main number who informed us that the store not have handled our transaction in the manner in which the local store did. It took 4 trips to the P'Burg store to hopefully finalize the trade in and complete the transaction. We can only hope that Tiffany sent the trade in phone for the credit promised .
