I'm lazy - I had Dr Cell Phone fix my cracked screen - WHAT A STUPID MISTAKE THAT WAS! They aligned the screen incorrectly so that when it was sealed, it was bearing pressure - eventually the screen gave way to a new crack after only a few days. The phone had been cased the whole time and never experienced any sort of impact. Dr. Evil Cell Phone refused to repair or refund - . It was obvious they had no clue what had happened .... Dr Smart Phone knew right away - they were able to clearly see that the crack was a result of a misaligned screen repair. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to!

He did not offer me anything like he said he would AND he tried to keep my charger...when I asked him for it he had to think a minute, then, he unplugged it from his computer and thre it onto the counter...so disrespectful if you ask me, using my property without my knowledge. The tech changed the price quoted to me and then broke her phone. When I told him I wanted a refund (I didn't even mention the obvious ethics that he should replace her phone which he broke), he started yelling and cussing.
