I hate to leave bad reviews...but please do not take your phone here. My husband attempted to have…read morehis phone screen fixed here & it was a nightmare. Initially it seemed ok as the employee had to order the screen part in for his phone and he was priced very reasonably...lesson learned, you get what you pay for. We're not sure if the screen he ordered was wrong for the phone, but we could see glue all along the edges, & upon taking off the case the side of the phone had a significant dent on it (pictured) that was not there prior to dropping the phone off. It was as if he had to smash the phone open in order to get the parts on/off. We freaked out when we discovered the damage and he said like a broken record "no that was there, no that was there". I ended up threatening to call the police and the guy eventually backed down, initially he was incredibly rude after we confronted him with how angry we were at the damage he caused. I've never been gaslit by a store employee before, the whole exchange left me feeling very shaky. This business seems incredibly fraudulent.

Such policy was never written, or stated, including....they were extremely rude when I approached to explain that the items did not fit the iPad. After about 15 mins of arguing my case and threatening to report them....I was finally given my cash back. This kiosk location is a HUGE SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS HERE!!!!!!

While in the Poughkeepsie Galleria I stopped in to see if they could figure it out. Luckily I found sales rep Greg Lynch. He figured out the problem and corrected it, and showed me a way to circumvent an Apple's improvement, if it should arise again. The best part is NO pressure to BUY something. That is true customer service. Have you ever wondered why Radio Shack is out of business?

After 13 years as a loyal Verizon customer, you would think I'd at least qualify for decent customer service. Apparently, loyalty points aren't a thing at Verizon, because after all these years, I'm still treated like I just walked in off the street. I've made numerous calls about ongoing issues, and the customer service experience has been a masterclass in how to make a paying customer regret having a phone. I've been hung up on more than once, because apparently disconnecting the customer is easier than actually solving the problem. Let's talk about the price. Verizon is NOT cheap. You would think paying a premium for service would come with premium customer service. Nope. You get the premium bill with the bargain-bin customer service. Then there's the follow-up. Representatives will tell you, "Someone will get back to you." And apparently that means maybe, possibly, if the stars align and Mercury is in retrograde. Because actually following up with the customer seems to be an optional feature. And my personal favorite: being told things that are simply not true while the proof is literally sitting right there in plain view. At that point, I'm not sure if we're having a customer service conversation or auditioning for a game of "Let's Pretend That Didn't Happen." ‍ After 13 years, I've learned an important lesson: loyalty means absolutely nothing to Verizon. Apparently, 13 years of paying your bill on time doesn't earn you much beyond the privilege of paying another high bill and spending your free time explaining the same problem to a new representative. Verizon, if this is how you treat loyal customers, I can only imagine what the welcome package looks like for new ones. High prices. Low accountability. Little follow-up. And apparently, customer loyalty comes with no benefits whatsoever. At this point, the question isn't "Why are you having these issues?" It's "Why are you still a customer?" And honestly, Verizon is mak

Stop standing around in little cliques talking to each other and ignoring the customer completely. I went in with a question for the Geek Squad regarding the phone, and how and why certain apps work or don't work. The Geek Squad representative was very helpful. I went looking for something for someone else, check out was relatively painless and quick. When I got home, it wasn't quite what they were looking for. I called the store with a question regarding the return; I ended up getting corporate. Spoke to Victor, he said there should be no problem. Whenever I've heard that! I tried to return an iPhone X phone case that I purchased a week earlier. We upgraded our phone from the X to the 11 so the case no longer fit. We brought the case back to with the receipt and the original packaging within the required 14 days. Richard noticed a tiny scratch on the case and accused me of returning a damaged case. I advised him that it was only on the phone for an hour, never left the house and was not aware of the scratch on the case. I suggested that maybe it was damaged already when I purchased it. Richard would hear nothing of it, saying that we must have scratched it, and they can't accept it because it is not able to be resold. In the end they ended up taking it back and refunding me after he escalated this to his district manager. What Richard should have done from the outset was to simply say that it looks like there was a scratch on the case and he would need approval from his boss. Instead he dealt with me, his customer in an accusatory manner, ensuring that I will never set foot in that store again. Clearly Richard does not understand the bigger picture about how to run a business and be customer focused. He lost a customer for life all over a $30 phone case.
