After an entire day of dealing with garbage customer service on the phone, I was pretty fed up. I was RAGING. None percent patience left. If I could rate them as a zero, I would. We have been a customer for many many years....Well over $35,000 in business! We went into the store to "trade-in" my husbands phone and upgrade to an Iphone 15 in October 2024. At that time, we picked out his phone and the customer service rep advised us of a "new plan" we could save money. We did what he recommended..... We traded in the phone, got the new one and went on our way. I was to get an $800 credit over 36 months. Months go on, and I receive my bill today - NO credit. When I called AT&T corporate, I was told when they changed my plan, they no longer will give my our remaining $531.20 in trade-in credit!!! WTF? I have been on the phone for over 2 hours and escalated to an "upper" management..... this is fraud, theft and unbelievably illegal (I feel). DO NOT use AT&T!!!!!! read more

I was excited to move to a new wireless company after paying off my Verizon phone. Have my own account. I was told one thing at this AT&T store and got my line but to add another line they couldn't tell me the price until it was activated. Now I have two lines one on a broken phone cause I couldn't afford the down payment. They kept rubbing in my face my bad credit and tricked us into having two lines anyway. Very bad and disrespectful employees. Now stuck looking for another phone that is locked to at&t. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Made me cry and was asked to leave the store. read more

Do not buy from these AT&T stores they're owned by Spring Mobile a franchise management. They sold me the wrong phone even though they looked at my account. It was a Christmas present so I bought it 3 weeks out. Never opened still in shrink wrap brought it back to exchange for a newer model they refused to exchange it because it was 14 days out. They sold me the wrong phone they looked at my account and must have saw I had a note 5 not an apple 5. They refused to accept it back or upgrade. Don't buy your phones at the AT&T stores they are not AT&T managed buy all your phone's from AT&T directly online. read more

This AT&T location sold me two iPhone 7's and two iPads for Christmas presents this year (2016), one phone worked fine the other had a defective camera. This AT&T store refused to exchange the broken phone they sold me. After speaking extensively with both Apple and AT&T customer care, I was told by AT&T customer care that exchanges were at the discretion of the store managers. AT&T customer care told me that this store manager simply chose not to exchange the broken phone they sold me. They also told me that this store location would not allow me to return my phone under the 14 day buyers remorse warrantee because it was broken. AT&T customer care acknowledged that I was sold a defective phone and after asking the manager to replace my phone, and being refused, they offered me a mail in replacement. Apple also acknowledged that I was sold a defective phone, and even though they did not sell me a defective item they offered me both a mail in replacement as well as the ability to walk in to any Apple retail store and exchange my phone. This location is just awful, how can you sell someone a broken phone and then refuse to exchange or return the item when your corporate office tells you to, simply because there is a loop hole in the wording of the warrantee that gives the manager some twisted sense of power. After buying 4 new devices and opening two new service lines you would think they would value a customer who brings such a large amount of business in just one visit, you would be wrong, this manager could care less about his customers. Have 3 wireless lines, 2 iPads with data service, Direct TV television, and a 4 wireless lines on a business account. I'll take my business to another branch from now on. read more
