I explained this to the salesperson who stated," You should have started with that (scolding)". Then proceeded to plug in charge the phone stating that the motherboard is ok, but the screen is shot, starts looking up the model of my phone then walks to the back. I presumed he was looking for the pin needed to open my phone come back with a phone that does not make the model I have says they don't have my model then takes the other one back. Comes back grabs his laptop and states he will have to look up replacement parts and price. Just then a fed-ex driver comes in delivering a package to which he puts down the laptop to get the package and have a conversation with the driver. I unplugged my phone and left. Frist. You were rude and completely disregarded the services I requested. Second, I was NEVER asked if I wanted a new phone or to have my phone repaired. Third, I was placed on pause while you concerned yourself with another matter. THE BLANTANT DISRESPCT. Was it becasue I am a woman and you decided what I was going to with my property and monies. Or could it be that I'm a black woman and too stupid to know what I want. I had been a loyal customer since they opened but never again

It's great how I can shop at Walmart and get other helpful needs met at the same time. My children have damaged my iPhone several times, everything from the charging port, the screen and the battery. Each time Riz never hesitated to help me in any way possible. He is honest, kind and very professional. I had another iPhone that was damaged by water and he even revived that one. I was glad because I'm not very tech savvy and I had very important historical information on the phone that I was afraid of losing. I'm also happy the service isn't too pricy. Riz is a lifesaver :)

While in the Poughkeepsie Galleria I stopped in to see if they could figure it out. Luckily I found sales rep Greg Lynch. He figured out the problem and corrected it, and showed me a way to circumvent an Apple's improvement, if it should arise again. The best part is NO pressure to BUY something. That is true customer service. Have you ever wondered why Radio Shack is out of business?

After 13 years as a loyal Verizon customer, you would think I'd at least qualify for decent customer service. Apparently, loyalty points aren't a thing at Verizon, because after all these years, I'm still treated like I just walked in off the street. I've made numerous calls about ongoing issues, and the customer service experience has been a masterclass in how to make a paying customer regret having a phone. I've been hung up on more than once, because apparently disconnecting the customer is easier than actually solving the problem. Let's talk about the price. Verizon is NOT cheap. You would think paying a premium for service would come with premium customer service. Nope. You get the premium bill with the bargain-bin customer service. Then there's the follow-up. Representatives will tell you, "Someone will get back to you." And apparently that means maybe, possibly, if the stars align and Mercury is in retrograde. Because actually following up with the customer seems to be an optional feature. And my personal favorite: being told things that are simply not true while the proof is literally sitting right there in plain view. At that point, I'm not sure if we're having a customer service conversation or auditioning for a game of "Let's Pretend That Didn't Happen." ‍ After 13 years, I've learned an important lesson: loyalty means absolutely nothing to Verizon. Apparently, 13 years of paying your bill on time doesn't earn you much beyond the privilege of paying another high bill and spending your free time explaining the same problem to a new representative. Verizon, if this is how you treat loyal customers, I can only imagine what the welcome package looks like for new ones. High prices. Low accountability. Little follow-up. And apparently, customer loyalty comes with no benefits whatsoever. At this point, the question isn't "Why are you having these issues?" It's "Why are you still a customer?" And honestly, Verizon is mak
