You can walk in and be completely ignored. I get only having one person working, but that doesn't mean you can't greet and let people know timelines for helping. I first went to the AT&T Silverdale Store yesterday at the Trails shopping area. They were closed during regularly scheduled business hours, with a sign saying they were short staffed and recommending that customers could go to the Poulsbo AT&T Store - which is about 15 minutes away. I drove to the Poulsbo store, and THEY WERE CLOSED too. In both cases, the closings were during regularly posted business hours - with no explanation or sign when they would return at the Poulsbo store. Awful customer service on the part of AT&T. We had a great experience working with the AT&T employees to set up my husband with his phone. We spent a LONG TIME in there on a Sunday, and the manager did a fantastic job discussing all possible options and what would suit his needs best. My husband and I have bought atleast three phones from this location. No problems. On Monday 5/11 we went to the store to purchase another. There was a sign reminder of the six foot rule and hand sanitizers on customer tables. We watched two very nice gentlemen sit at small tables within two to three feet of the customers they were helping for a minimum of 30 mins. They wore no masks nor did I see any moves to sanitize the table when one of the customers left. The doors were heavily smudged with finger prints as were some of the display merchandise. This is disrespectful of the customers and the community. I am assuming that the employees were acting within the mandates of AT&T. AT&T needs to do better. We went to another electronics store and bought a phone. That company really had their act together. Associates wore masks and provided a mask to customers who did not have one. Bravo. read more

I went into the Poulsbo store and not busy and I thought a simple procedure to add another phone became over an hour because of all the added information they needed was not required. I came in the next day and the Manager ignorance and did not even ask if I needed assistance. The Manager has zero customer service skills and I left and went to another store. My wife and I went into the store a week ago and dealt with the manager of the store Marshea. We had a terrible experience. I will add that Marshea was friendly and personable, but her lack of knowledge has cost me a lot of time and money. The system was down temporarily and she made a series of decisions to remedy the situation that progressively made the situation worse and worse. The system came back online after about 20 minutes. Long story short we spent just under 5 HOURS in the store. But it doesn't end there. When she finally sent us out of the store my wife's phone number had still not been ported over correctly and she had added 3 lines to our new account. I had to call customer service and get the number ported over myself after I left the store. She also sold me an AT&T TV package that she told me was normally $50/month but would be $40/month since we also had phones through AT&T. This was completely wrong. The price was actually $60/month plus taxes and fees. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the service cancelled which and they still charged me for the first month anyways. (Still trying to sort that out) fast forward to today. My wireless bill for 2 lines which is supposed to be $120/plus tax was $290 because they charged me for the extra line she added to my account plus insurance plus they are billing me installments for the phones that are supposed to be free and I got charged incremental charges for all the changes she made to the account when setting it up. Absolute worst experience with customer service in my life. Between the time I've spent in the store and on the phone with customer service it's been almost 9 hours of my time and I still have to call back to sort out this messed up bill. read more

AT&T has been a pain to us for straight 5 months now, 30 days after we signed up. Customer Service was "great" while we were signing up & giving referrals, service was good during the grace period. After that, everything went downhill from Poulsbo AT&T store to 611 Customer Service. We signed up in July 2017 lured by the "promotion from hell", until now (Dec 2017), we have not received our $1,500 reimbursement from switching & giving up our 6-month old phones & tablets. Poulsbo Manager won't return our calls, if we get a hold of them, very minimal effort is made to help us resolve our issue. We had been tossed from store to 611 to store to 611 to try to find the right person to help us with our issue. Nobody seems to know who is handling our refund! And why it is taking forever!!! Cell service is horrible soon after our 1st month & never improved at all. We never expected how bad AT&T had become since we had been with them for over 10-yrs before briefly switching to another carrier. With the experience we had in the last 5-6 months with AT&T, I can't wait for the next opportunity to switch to a different carrier. I would highly discourage anyone from switching to AT&T. I think they do not have the means to provide a decent service to their customers. I would cancel my subscription in a heartbeat if only I can afford the cost of cancelling that unscrupulous contract! Oh, I forgot to mention that what we are paying monthly turned out way way more expensive than what was estimated at the store when we signed up, and we are still dealing with that issue! read more
