So I had an appointment on 8/31/2026 for new glasses and possibly contacts.the appointment took two…read morehours but that's ok (kind of).at the end I sat down with a young lady who talked really fast.then said it will be 412.00 and your frames will be in, in a week the same time your temp contacts arrive.1 1/2 weeks later I get a call so I go in the next day.i ask for an itemized brakedown of what I paid for,and ask why it wasn't given to me on the day of payment. just to be asked for 60.00 more for the contacts.they then showed me a paper filled out by them saying that I wanted temp contacts for 60.00. problem with that is I've never seen that paper before.why wasn't it included in the original price. while asking these questions a lady named (Tammy) comes out,and says and I quote "how can I make you happy because I'm going to refund all your money and you can do business somewhere else" and the tells me have a good day.starts to walk away turns back around and asks for my credit card to refund me.so I tell her you told me to leave so figure it out and refund me. the people at this location needs to work on customer service and explaining what people are paying for and when called on it not to be rude and kick people out saying they dont want to do business with them

We are traveling the country in our RV. Husband's glasses broke. We were only in Port Orchard for 5…read moredays, then moved west. We went to Walmart to ask if it's possible to buy eyeglasses in the Port Orchard store and have them delivered to a Walmart further down our route. The associate AND THE VISION MANAGER assured us that this would be no problem. The manager even told us that he had done exactly this for a woman before, had her glasses shipped to a South Dakota Walmart. The associate then said that we could have the order expedited to arrive in Port Orchard before we left. We even pushed back for assurances that this would work, especially since it's July 4th weekend. Both the associate and manager GUARANTEED it would work! Of course, you know how this ends. It DIDN'T WORK. We spent $436 on glasses on June 28. On June 30, we were told the expedited glasses had not arrived, but would arrive the next day. GUARANTEED! On July 1, we checked out of the campground and hung around waiting for the glasses, which were NOT delivered. We were then GUARANTEED that the glasses would arrive in Port Orchard on July 2 and would be overnighted to the Walmart in Port Angeles (our next stop). Of course, the glasses did not arrive. Today is July 4 and the glasses still have not arrived in Port Orchard. My husband is disgusted and told them to cancel the order. Get this: THEY NOW TELL US THAT WE NEED TO BE THERE IN PERSON WITH OUR CREDIT CARD TO GET A REFUND!! It is TWO HOURS BEHIND US. We will NEVER do business with Walmart Vision again and will tell this story to everyone who will listen!!!

I received a pair of contacts to try after my exam and when they did not work they had another pair for me to try at no charge. I even received A new contact solution as well as the latest that was out for me to try as well. These great people make me feel like they want my business. The staff are so nice and extremely professional . The woman who saw me before my doctor laughed with me while going over issues I was having. I like this place!!!

Dr. Sullivan was very kind and personable. The receptionists were courteous as well. New management, the manager of this store is unfair and doesn't look into the real issues of this…read morestore and fires the wrong people. The car center has employees that throws tools across the shop, one employee ran a customers truck into another car, and he still workers there, they put a person with no mechanical background to run the department. They are careless with your car and puts people with no experience to run the department. This is just one department, if this is how they do one department, I feel they do this in every department. The led of the store should be let go just for putting people with no proof of experience running a mechanical department, especially the car center, that puts customers in danger because of no experience of mechanical background on cars. IF I could put no stars I would. Walmart should be ashamed of who runs this store, and the employees that are left in the car department. But no they let the ones who are really the problem stay there, and puts someone with absolutely no mechanical background run the car department.
