I called on Sunday 4/14 at 2:30 pm to inquire about getting my phone repaired. I was told I could drop off the phone and pick it up Monday 4/15 for a 24 hour repair. The store associate confirmed he had the phone part so I dropped of my phone that afternoon at 3:30pm. Monday at 5:30 I stopped by to pick up my phone and the store associate said they were waiting on a part, and it wasn't ready but would be ready Tuesday early afternoon. I called Tuesday (before driving out there) at 11:00 am and was told the shipment still hadn't arrived but it would in the next hour and my phone would be ready to pick up that evening before close. I drove by that evening around 6:30 pm and I was told "im sorry ma'am but your phone isn't ready" - they had not started. The store associate said it would now be ready "Wednesday morning when we open". I asked for a specific time, and I was told 10 or 10:30. Wednesday morning 4/17 I called at 10:30am and asked for the status. I was told "in the next 30 to 1 hour". At 11:30 I drove to pick up my phone and the associate said "im sorry ma'am but your phone isn't ready. It will be another hour." At this point, I asked for my phone back and I told the man I would take it somewhere else. He said he couldn't do that because he already started the repair. I said, I don't care - give me the pieces and ill take it somewhere else. He said no. I told him I refused to pay, and he said then "you won't get your phone then". At this point I decided to wait in the store until he finished. I waited for about 50 minutes until my phone was done. I was offered no accommodation or discount. I will never ever do business with you again and I will never recommend it to anyone else. On a positive note the phone seems to be repaired fine and the price was reasonable.

    Do not buy a phone from the store!!!! I took my phone back to the store within 7 days of purchasing…read moreit and they would not let me exchange it or get my money back. The store manager Megan was less then helpful. I asked for the district manager who's name was Hector, he was rude and threatened to hang up the phone on me because he felt like I was not listening to him!! He informed me to call the warranty dept that they would have me send the phone to them they would either fix it or replace it. After speaking with them they informed me that Hector gave me incorrect information and that it was up to the store to handle my situation with the phone. I am now stuck with a phone that freezes up constantly and drops calls and this store refuses to fix the problem with the phone because they said that I scratched up the phone and that they will not replace it. I am done with Cricket!!!!!! An unsatisfied customer!! would not recommend this store for anything!!

    Bad people to deal with and bad customer service as the person you talk to doesn't really know what…read moreto do they tell him to say and do certain things, that's why you can't get anything out of a cricket customer service unless you ask for a supervisor and the supervisor him self doesn't have any authority to do anything without consulting his manger they take over 30 minutes to get back to you the supervisor comes on the line and then he says I will call right back so you don't have to wait on the line and. Right back never happens they don't call at all, I call them the following day and they do the same thing over and over again. Their service isn't that great the call drops while I was talking to family and friends in the middle of the conversation. I think you are not good service at all you should try to do some thing other thank wireless services.

    Beware of Verizon Cellular Sales in Garner, NC…read more I went to the Verizon store in Garner, NC, and they offered a good deal: $600 off for changing plans or $400 off for sticking with my plan, both requiring me to give back my phone. They even agreed to let me return the phone after a month because I was traveling for my wedding. But when I came back, they claimed I was one day late and only gave me $25 instead of $400. When I asked for my phone back, they refused. After hours of talking, they only upped it to $95. They insisted they had explained everything clearly, but it sure didn't seem that way to me. It feels like they'll say anything to close a sale and then backtrack. My advice? Stay away from Verizon retailers like Cellular Sales and go straight to Verizon. Don't get caught in their trap like I did. It's not worth the hassle or the feeling of getting ripped off. Avoid at all costs! p.s. of course they will argue they were right after this rating.

    Spectrum is a horrible Telephony Company. Bottom Line…read more I am on hold for now 40.55 minutes speaking with Dontae to get my statement corrected where someone at Spectrum didn't record that I had returned 3 Xumo boxes and I am being billed for them. I was told in an April 1st conversation w/ Manny that after ONE year the Xumos are paid for in full. However, I was on year THREE and still being charged for them. When I inquired WHY had I not been told this- he told me Spectrum told Customer Service Reps not to disclose this information. How dirty of Spectrum to STEAL from their customers in this fashion. Its sad that Spectrum has the monopoly on internet service in Clayton. You are a despicable company, with no care or concern for the customers that have to use your service.

So it doesn't matter if your service is so bad you can't use it without constant cutting in and out of the signal - even when WiFi is activated. I was talked into a plan to reduce internet fees and could switch my phone line for free for 1 year. I brought my own phone that was already paid for and thought ok I'll give it a try. After I switched I kept having issues with my calls, but thought maybe it was my phone since I'd dropped and cracked it. I bought a new phone at Spectrum and paid for it in full. This did NOT solve my problem!!! After a month of stress with losing calls on a daily basis I decided I would go to the store. Once there I found out from the employee I was locked in for 90 days! It made no sense. I can't use the phone and I owed them nothing! I called 611 to talk with more people but after getting the 3rd person, they still told me I was stuck with them. Who does this in this day and age??!! I'm livid. If you are considering using them for phone, I highly recommend you ask about their 90 day lock in policy because if you have the issues I have, you will be stuck. This is so wrong. I will never recommend them for this reason.
