I decided to find an updated security solution with another provider. After looking at reviews for local security service providers, Iwatch Security stood out based on their consistently high reviews. I reached out to them in late Aug 2023 for an evaluation and estimate. I was soon contacted by a sales rep/advisor and we made an appointment within a couple of days. The rep evaluated my home and current system and prepared a solution with some upgrades (a doorbell camera, enhanced control panel, system controllable with phone app, etc.) and investment/purchase options. I accepted the system proposal and an installation was scheduled. The technician came and did a great job replacing my prior system with the new components. Wherever possible, he placed new components in the place of old components which minimized aesthetic issues. Afterwards, he efficiently went through the required forms, account setup, and other administrative tasks. He guided me through using the new control panel and app while also configuring some of the basic functionality. I have been very pleased with my experience with Iwatch Security.

I stopped in and met Dan and Ed and was very impressed with his knowledge and confidence in accomplishing the task. (I had been warned by my GC not to use several other companies that he had encountered with other projects in the past.) I proceeded with IE as they had a 5 Star rating on Google. We agreed on a price and time for them to come by for the project. The professionalism of this group was apparent. They always showed up on time- and with a very positive attitude, they went about doing their work. The outcome was exactly what I had expected, so I asked them to revamp my internet access throughout the house. As before, they went about their business in a professional manner. Each time, Ed showed up to be certain that the plan was enforced. In addition to this, they were sometimes able to look remotely into my account to help me. If necessary, they arranged a time to be here. There were several iterations of the internet revamp, but the end result was to have the internet service stable throughout my home-which has three distinct floors. The thing about this group is that each and every time I require some help: if my internet is acting up or if my security system is acting finicky, all I have to do is call Intelligent Electronics. The customer service they provide is always available in the same pleasant and professional manner as was present before the sale! How many companies can you say that about? If you're looking for a company to exceed your expectations in this area, including post sale customer service-look to Intelligent Electronics.

    Do not ever get spectrum if you live in or by Novi Michigan. This is by far the most unreliable…read moreinternet to exist. I pay for the really good internet too, but multiple times a week theirs service outtages for any reason whatsoever. A little windy? Service outtage. A little rainy? Service outtage. Nice clear sunny day? Service outtage! It must be the infrastructure or something that they don't want to invest in. It must be cheaper to repair whatever the issue is every week than actually replacing, or moving it. As well, this company's representative ran my credit without my permission to offer me their (probably just as terrible) phone service. To add to this, after running my credit they automatically put me on some internet assistance program that temporarily made it cheaper, but he didn't tell me that he did that and acted like he was giving me a good deal until six months later my bill is fifty bucks higher than agreed. You would think during an age where everything relies on internet that they would figure this stuff out, but I have a feeling that it's just a cheap company that's selling garbage for a high profit. If you have the option to not give this company your business I suggest you go with someone else. The service interruptions are just way too frequent for said service to be considered "good".

The only reason I got any money back, is because I was forced and made to go and do detective work with the post office to prove I did return a phone that they said I never returned! I do not know if one of the workers took it or they just tried to take my money, but I have worked in customer service for too long to know when you make a mistake, especially taking someone money , you are supposed to right that wrong and neither company did so at all!!! They numerous failures and poor quality of installation, and our service expereince with them since has been less than impressive. Most unacceptable was our service experience with a recent internet issue over a weekend. We contacted their 24 hour after hours service line for requesting service assistance, and Neuwave states you will receive a call within an hour. We called 4 times every hour and half with no returned call. Finally, we spoke to the service manager Monday, sharing we work from home, he had no response as to why a call was not received from anyone (including himself). He then elected to email us rather than call us, which leaves one to question whether Neuwave wants to speak with any of their customers. Needless to say Neuwave has totally failed to earn our business, and we will be replacing them with a customer and service centric provider.

However, the control 4 system is always hard to use and inconsistent at best. To turn on the TV now requires 2 remotes and turning on the TV twice on the control4 remote to get the audio to play. The control4 remote LED has faded quickly, so it is hard to see what is selected. I would love to find a different system to get the TV and audio to work well.

Within minutes I chose an affordable set and made my first payment. 3 days later in a timely fashion the technicians arrived and delivered my appliances. Very happy with the energy efficient GE washer and dryer set I have. The sales guy shared that the appliances had 1 previous owner who returned the appliance rather quickly when they had to relocate. I received a really good retail price. Very happy with this Aaron's and would definitely give them my business again.
