I went to this AT&T store when my email app completely quit working. I bought a brand new iPhone at the Apple Store in Dallas hoping they could help me retrieve my emails, no they couldn't help even though they helped me before. But Daniel at this AT&T store got it working for me in a few minutes. Most AT&T stores don't have knowledgeable techs but this place did. Daniel was great. This store has been absolutely amazing with answering my questions and making sure I always leave happy. I'm truly grateful for the people here and the willingness they have to go above and beyond for their customers. I've been with AT&T on and off since I was 10 I came back with my family and got us a family plan and were promptly taken care of. everybody was willing to help and very hands on. even went to another store to get a specific phone for my daughter. Today I thought I was scammed by someone impersonating AT&T. I went up there quickly and they fixed everything getting my account back on track and right in under 10 mins. absolutely love this location read more

I always shop in this particular AT&T store in Richardson off of Belt Line as my experience is consistently terrific. The manager Chris makes it a point to welcome in all customers and shower us with a sense of being appreciated and valued. He takes his time to find out exactly what we need and is available to answer any questions. This store is so outstanding in its customer service I travel out of my way to shop there. With so much uncertainty right now in the world, it is good to know I can depend on Chris and AT&T to offer me caring and dependability. read more

Good customer service . NOT HONEST , at all .....they told me the tablet was free I just need to pay 40 dollar for activación. and even when I told them the I don't need a tablet I don't use . They insisted so I get it I end up paying 13$ monthly for 9 months. Soon I decide to move to Verizon . And buaallllla.. in order to move to Verizon I need to pay 110 dolllar fee for early cancellation Service ..... ............... FREE TABLET HEE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE .. Another incompetent AT&T store with AT&T terrible customer service. my old phone broke so I had to switch my number to a new phone that I purchased outside of AT&T. I called customer and the customer service agents kept telling me to call a different number so I finally gave up after three times and went to the AT&T store continuing to receive bad service. Most of the time, I don't post reviews on chains like this but the one bad review made think I should lol. It really wasn't that bad of an experience. Yes, the store didn't have the quickest or enough staff overall. And of course, they will always try and up sale you to something ridiculous. However, the sales rep I got was very helpful. The process could have been quicker, but he did help solve my problem of replacing my broken phone that afternoon. He also gave me the facts and figures in a clear manner very well which so many places do poorly imo. Overall, I would go here again if I had issues with my phone. read more

Manager should not be in charge of helping people. Is it possible to give ZERO stars? This is possible the worst place for customer service and customer care that I have ever been to. I work in retail and understand very well that the customer is #1, this manager needs a lesson in what customer service means. Absolutely horrible. My tip, go somewhere else, ANYWHERE. Worst manager!!! We cancelled the service in 14 days and expected no more bills from AT&T. Unfortunately, new bills keep being sent to us but the manager here did not try to help. He blamed everything for the customer service not his responsibility while the customer service need him to cooperate with us to clear the problem. We spent so much time coming here and talking and being neglected by this irresponsible manager. Seriously, this is the worst experience and we do not recommend any friends to come here ask them for help. read more

The general manager and his employees are the worst at customer care. They required my ID to verify me but forgot to give it back. 3 days later after realizing it was at their store, I called and picked it up. They told me it wasn't their job to keep track of my property and they didn't have time to call and let me know they had it. They just didn't care. Don't bother ever going to this store. I was directed by at&t's customer service over the phone to go to a store for a particular issue with my account. Upon walking in, I briefly explained the issue and was directed to have my account holder call customer service back. After running in circles, the agent on the phone with my brother (the account holder across country) says the store doesn't know what to do with this particular situation and that he would call. The agent proceeds to call the store with my brother on the line and no one answers. Meanwhile, the manager of the store repeatedly laughs and shakes his head saying "you just don't understand how this works, do you?" When I tried to tell him they were calling the store, he laughed again and walked off. Within 2 hours (and after a few choice words) I had a new plan with Verizon. This is 4 months with Verizon now and I'm MUCH happier. I highly recommend them if you appreciate being treated like an intelligent, respectable person. only wish I got the name of that guy, but I was very put off with his demeanor and attitude to pay attention. I frequent this AT&T location for all my phone issues/questions as I work fairly close. Every time I come in they remember me and have an answer for anything I can throw at them. This past visit the manager went above and beyond! He was able to save me money on my plan (actually got a better one) and was still able to give me an awesome tablet to take home to my wife, which made my new phone not the topic of conversation. This is my go to store from now on! read more

If you are thinking of AT&T then please read my post of my unresolved problems including the lack of customer service.. I am coming up on 25 days since they installed service. It is still not working. TV programs. We watched Modern Family where the sound was 4 seconds behind the video feed. It is typical for TV programs to freeze. The internet drops constantly. It cannot maintain a VPN. The phone is garbled. If you have a home office the service makes it impossible to work. We had over 9 different AT&T techs. We have 4 inside techs and 5 line, external techs. The customer service is horrendous. The customer rep that I reached made me go through each of the 30 question and checks. Even though they just checked it on Tuesday. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER Experience ANY COMPANY COULD PROVIDE TO A CUSTOMER. YOU COULD BE NEXT! read more
