In spite of the stock photos they have placed in this Yelp listing, they are not in uniform with the possible exception of the store manager. So you walk in and some slovenly dressed guy says "help you?" and you have to take it on faith he actually works there and knows what he's doing. One time they broke a little flashlight my husband had. We were hoping to have a backup battery replacement for it. Turns out this promotion/logo item can't be opened, and a professional should have known that at first glance and handed it right back. Instead this bozo forced the thing open and broke it. Then we were assured he would "fix" it. Twenty minutes later I had it out with the manager, advising him that when we came in, the flashlight worked; your guy took it and broke it and I think you should give us a comparable pocket flashlight to make up for this. Ultimately he agreed. It's $15 plus tax at this writing for key fob battery replacement; or you can pay $24 (I think it was 24) and they will provide lifetime replacement. Which means of course you better not lose the receipt so in three years when you need a battery again you can prove you paid for it. Something I don't like is that they don't change the battery in front of you. They take it behind a blocked counter. Presumably your device is being carefully opened and you are getting a fresh battery with far future expiration date, but you really have no idea what's going on back there.

When I entered the store everybody seemed really nice & polite I didn't have to wait to get…read more someone to help me then the mood changed I brung in a xbox 360 with several games & I also brung a smart tv & movies the young man who helped me was a little rude he hooked up my xbox 360 then when the game started up he started playing the game for a few minutes I didn't really care untill I asked him about buying a cell phone he blew me off and continued to play the xbox360 he finally brought his attention back to me I was really getting aggravated then it was time to check my tv out my tv would not power on cause I forgot the tv remote when I got home hooked tv & game console up I had NO problems it came right on and played all my games with no issues!!! The young kid who helped me was running around with his head cut off I could tell he hasn't worked there very long!! I brung this console in last month they gave me 39.00 I tried to pawn it but I was talked into selling it the tv I brought they couldn't get the tv to power it's my fault on that one I didn't know I needed my remote I learned my lesson always bring a Remote!! I'm not going to be all the way negative they do have good employ's what I don't understand is how are they going to give me a 39$ loan then today they wasn't trying to give money to anyone!! I ain't mad about it. It is what it is they are friendly and nice but they lack good customer service they need to go take some classes and learn NEW ways on how to satisfy there customers!!! Unfortunately they don't accept my insurance, (go figure) but I needed it so what could I do, right. $549.00! So I am standing there waiting to pay that out ragious pice. The pharmacist called me to the side questioned me about my insurance and when he found out I had Government Issued insurance for Veterans he said let me check something. So 2 mins later he came back and said, with the discounts he could find he wss able to get my prescription down to $160.15!!!! THAT MY FRIEND IS AND WAS WONDERFUL! HE definitely went above and beyond his customer service, he actually cared and helped. Je definitely get Huge Kudos for all he did.

Yes thing's here are a little more expensive, unfortunately so is gasoline. The staff here is always been friendly and helpful, they don't always have exactly what I need but in a lot of cases they have enough product to do a work around and they are local. I like to support the local community that is essentially supporting me. They do have a large variety of goods in their store, I've never purchased their garden plants but they always look much better than the box stores.
