Worst At&t dealer ever had me waiting for a long time and very rude save your self time and go to another location.

This store is by far the most useless AT&T location i have ever encountered, the employee was extremely rude and did not help in any way when all we wanted to do was upgrade a phone. This store and the nearby location(Fullerton Rd) are both being racist toward people that are not within their race. Super unprofessional and unacceptable. Very dissatisfied, i am contacting AT&T headquarters and asking them to investigate this issue. read more

I ordered a cellphone online for my wife's birthday to be picked up in-store. This was the closest store to pick up this phone, which is 20 minutes away. Their online hours (adjusted for COVID) indicate they are open until 6:00 pm on Monday. When I arrived on Monday at 5:30 pm, there were signs saying that they closed at 5:00 pm on Monday and 6:00 pm on Tuesday. I returned the next day, on Tuesday at 5:30 pm. I followed the instructions on the door to put my name in line. I received confirmation that I was first in line. After waiting another 5 minutes, with no further response, I called the store phone number. It rang with no answer. I knocked on the door and the window. Still no response. After dealing with this for 25 minutes, I am now trying to have AT&T customer service have the phone delivered to me. The manager and employees are nonexistent. Don't waste your time. read more

I came to this store to add another line to my current family plan. I wasn't expecting any else but Yipeng L. (Peter) the sales rep helped us out. We end up walking out with two new iPhones (buy one get one free). During our visit, my wife & I didn't have much understand about the new plans, pricing, and very undeceives about the iPhones. Peter was very knowledgeable, patience, friendly and helpful to us. He helped us made correct decisions and got the right iPhone. Peter was exceptional. We were 100% satisfied. read more

First I want to start off by saying that I never leave reviews on yelp, and for me to be doing this is because I feel it needs immediate attention. I came into this AT&T store today to purchase an esim for my new iPhone 13, and boy did I regret it. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not only was the guy extremely rude but he was also racist. I asked him a few questions and he kept telling me look I know, I know how this works you don't need to tell me. And he kept saying rude remarks under his breath. I left the store in disbelief as I had never been treated to badly. Unfortunately it doesn't end there, I had to call back because there was a problem with the esim and the same guy answered. He told me that I didn't understand and that everything was fine with the phone, he "said oh my gosh you don't need to do anything it's all fixed". All with a very rude tone and he hung up shortly after while i was talking. I will be reporting this business to the bbb as well as reporting the guy to AT&T. Please avoid this store!! Unless you are Asian, they will treat you very poorly. read more

The only rep who was there when i walked in the store was w/ another customer. I was looking for the airpods (wireless apple earphones) if they were on display around the store, but they weren't. The rep didn't even acknowledge me...not even a "i'll be right with u as soon as i can." it took the rep a while before asking me what i needed. I was literally just standing there & she didn't even look at me. I totally wasted my time going into this store when she could've told me they didn't have the airpods over the phone. I called the store about 5 times before deciding to stop by instead. As i was walking in, i decided to call the shop to see if anyone would answer. When i got into the store, the phone just kept ringing. Plus the voice mailbox was full so i couldn't leave a message for them to return my call if i wanted them to. The rep couldn't take a minute to answer my yes or no question. I'm just disappointed that i came here for nothing. read more
