This location is in the shoppes Plaza area. Easy to access and very convenient setting. We have taken my wives phone here for two repairs, both done extremely well, for the right price and in a timely manner. The gentleman who usually greets us is friendly and very well spoken. First time they replaced my wives a camera glass on her galaxy phone. It took about an hour. Job well done. Then we came in for a second repair for the back glass which needed full replacement. It took a couple days for them to receive the part but when it came to fixing it, it was done fast and proper. This Verizon store is the best Verizon store I have ever been in. It is not the corporate store but much lesser known located within the Shoppes mall near Old Navy and P F Changs. If you have any questions or are shopping for anything phone-related, come here first. Anu, Jas and the support here is top notch, friendly, and caring. They have helped me many times and Anu even called the store while he was away to talk to me about a difficult issue I was having. My Samsung 8 was not charging properly through my Honda Accord and he was able to help me figure this out over a speaker phone, then they gave me a big discount on an adapter/cigarette charger, which actually charges faster than through my USB port. For $16.00 I got one and it started charging instantly and quickly. They also carry stylus pens which I needed. I got one for like $7.00 Store rocks. Excellent support and knowledge. I thought this was Verizon main store, apparently this is an authorized dealer which offers so many other services for your phone and other stuff at affordable price. My boyfriend went in to get a new phone after his died, and Anu was amazingly helpful. He was able to recover 100% of the data from the old phone, which had an unfortunate series of events and was in pretty banged up condition. Literally every contact, every photo, was transferred to the new iPhone XS Max, when my bf thought everything had been lost. He was ecstatic to see his 3000+ photos and all his old text convos pop up on his new phone. Repair was $50 but totally worth it for all those memories. Anu is a great guy and was also able to call the warehouse to get the phone that we wanted sooner. I just added my brother to my plan and he went to this location to pay for his part of the bill. They gave him a false amount to pay and so when it was time for me to pay I have a bill that was 30 dollars higher because instead of putting the activation with him it was charged for my phone number. It may not be fully in their hands because it has to do with billing but the confusion put me off. I had to go to the location in Rancho Cucamonga where this poor customer service woman had to deal with my confusion and irritable state that I was in.
