They truly saved us so much time... it honestly felt like they put on superhero capes and took care of everything for us. We've been with T-Mobile for over 20 years, so making the switch was a big decision. I was actually this close to backing out, but the level of care, patience, and professionalism we experienced from Diego and Tim completely changed everything. They made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable... especially while transferring all five of our lines (and had all the models we wanted in STOCK!). What really stood out was how thoroughly they walked us through every detail of the protection plan. It immediately reminded us of when my daughter once dropped her phone into the crevice of an elevator... and we were completely SOL. Came in to upgrade our phones. The gentleman that helped us with very nice. He was making small talk and answering all our questions. He was also very patient with my indecisive decision making on upgrading to the ultra or the plus. Lol. Anyway, everything was great and we spoke to him for about 2 hours. Once we entered our transaction he told me the total cost and it was way more than what I saw online. We didn't pay anything and he told me that I could call the helpline to see why it was more. I ended up calling and getting about $100 off what the original cost was in the store. It may be cheaper to get stuff online. I've been wanting to upgrade my phone for a while, but I honestly hate dealing with this kind of stuff. On top of that, I was completely over Spectrum Internet, so on a whim I decided to call the Verizon store after work, about an hour before they closed, just to see if anyone would even answer. To my surprise, Dominic picked up and immediately made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He explained all of my options clearly, not only for upgrading my phone, but also for switching my home internet. The fact that he was able to walk me through everything over the phone was impressive--no one really does that anymore. I told him I probably wouldn't be able to make it to the store for another 30 minutes or possibly even later, and since it was so close to closing time, I fully expected him to suggest coming back another day. Instead, he welcomed me in and told me to head over. When I arrived, the experience somehow got even better. Joe and Dominic both provided phenomenal customer service. They were efficient, thorough, and genuinely helpful. They made sure everything was set up properly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed, even though it was near closing time. I walked out with a new iPhone 17 and a new home internet kit, and Joe even gave me a free case, which was such a nice bonus. I can't recommend Dominic and Joe enough. Their service was outstanding, and I'll be telling everyone I know to go to this store. Previously I purchased 4 phones and had a difficult time getting the reimbursement promised because their sales agent mailed the phone to the wrong location. Searched Yelp for nearest Verizon store and three popped up. This location had the better score so I headed in. Kyle was great! He answered the question to the problem i was having with the website store. He told me some valuable information regarding the Apple Watch which i appreciated and decided to continue my business with him. He went over the options for my account and we went with the best option which cost me the same amount I'm already paying. He got me my upgrade and two watches. The watches came the next day. Which was quicker than the few days I was told. Went in and Kyle wasn't in but Diego was able to help me with the swiftness. I also over heard another customer concerns from another location. The young man assisting him provided great service as well. The customer was irritated from the previous experience at another location, but the young man listened, showed empathy and assisted him with the concerns right then and there. Another example why this location has the better store. Congrats to the Manger, you have a great team that embraces customer service and helping their customers to the best of their abilities. So, come to find out that this is NOT an actual Verizon store but an "authorized retailer". a.k.a an independent company that is allowed to resell Verizon products for a markup. Not only do they markup all of the products and services they sell but they also are allowed to tell you whatever they want without Verizon's approval. We got absolutely scammed by these guys. They flat out lied to us and when we called Verizon they told us "this company isn't a Verizon store so there is nothing we can do, I'm so sorry". Do yourself a favor and check the website url when you click on it, it goes to some other company's website. Check the prices they sell phones for! They sell them for MORE than what Apple and Verizon advertise (usually marked up by $20-$40 per phone). read more

They have a booth at the OC FAIR in Costa Mesa. They do not have any signs but Verizon, nor do they tell you they are a retailer. They basically blow smoke up your butt and supposedly give you a 5g phone that is of equal value, both the Velvet & the Motorola were junk less the value of my S9 & S10. Then had the nerve to charge $214. Needless to say i spent better of the day at the verizon store who put my plan and went back to my S-phones & found out they were unloading old stock. I called the customer service and they said all simcard are free. I read online that it should be free. It is so sad that people are still trying to advantages during this difficult times. This verizon store took 3 days to transfer my number to a different account. Spent hours talking to different customer service representatives. It took so long that I nearly missed an appointment. If that was not bad enough, my fiance dropped by the store to pick up a phone he ordered, but the store could not access the system so he couldnt pay for it and had to go back another time. My screen for my S7 broke on xmas. I went in the day after to look into fixing it or getting a new phone. The dealer basically sold me into a new phone... the linq7...which btw is a crap phone. I traded my phone in to pay for the current phone and also put around 200 down. A month later and I still have not received a credit for my phone, which he never disclosed the trade in value. Despite them saying the credit would arrive in the next billing cycle. (WHICH IS NOW!) I contact. I was told I would pay only an extra 30-40 dollars per month and my bill went up an extra $100 dollars. At the end of the day, these guys are salesman who don't care about your needs as a customer. They made the quick sale which is exactly what they wanted. Do not go here unless you want to empty your pockets. When i called verizon they sent me this breakdown LINE 7235 (monthly charges) Smartphone line access fee - $20 Device payment 1 of 24 - $26.99 Total mobile protection - $13 LINE 7235 (one-time charges) Device upgrade fee - $30 Partial-month charges from a new add-on : Total mobile protection - $9.23 An addtional 100 dollars on EXTRA FEES! I initially had a very negative experience at this store. However Steven called me personally and made a very heartfelt apology about the experience I had. I was impressed with his candidness and his eagerness to make things right with me. While you can't make every experience perfect I'm very pleased with the lengths that this store has gone to make my experience right. I also found that a lot of the financial concerns I had were put to bed once I had a chance to examine things more closely (although I would've appreciated a more thorough breakdown at the time of purchase).
