Free phone is great but they neglected to tell me about the benefits I would be losing with this plan change. Hulu, Netflix, and AppleTV all gone. Ive been a customer for 10 yeas and never had a major issue untill now and im very displeased with the way T-mobile handled the situation. They verbalized a promotion to coerce me into upgrading, later to find out that the promotion didnt exist. After several calls to them to give them an opportunity to rectify and make the situation whole. They refused to take accountability and correct their mistake. Leaving us to pay more exspenses like a restock fee, rather than doing the right thing a waiving the charges that was due to their manipulation. this orgeal had jead me to believe that Tmobile does not care about its customers and will always look out for the company first. read more

Not a crime, but instead of requesting assistance, I had to experience his failure on the learning curve... 30 minutes, and he could not enable Google. I guess that I am "old school," but when Jerry said $6 for a tracking device, I didn't think $6/month. read more

Was informed on promotion and told by customer service that I would be able to upgrade my service which would allow me to have a trade in offer on any condition device just for the reps at this location to be overly rude and off putting, even though the lady I spoke with thru customer service advised me other wise . Tmobile is the worse company. I want to upgrade my phone and I can not without upgrading my plan because I have a military account.. So in other words without them being able to upgrade my plan which would cost me $60+ more a month just for the plan not including the phone. Not sure how that is a thank you for our service. Went in again today the manager offered to help yet when explained what happened tried blaming everything that UPS made the mistake no TMoble made the mistake to ship it under my name instead of how the order was originally placed according to him all orders ship under the account holders name the order doesn't state that why ask who to ship it to then why not say all orders ship under account holders name I routed the order to the UPS store because UPS never follows instructions thinking it was under my nieces name and she can't pick it up in Las Vegas when I live in California because TMobile shipped it under my name and the order doesn't state that and now according to the store all orders can't be placed in store for upgrades it has to be done digitally tried 6 times yesterday and the payment wouldn't go through went to the store today and they said them at they can't place orders for upgrades anymore not dealing with TMobile anymore store service is horrible along with phone customer service ended up buying the phone directly through Apple under a different carrier switching my account never dealing with TMobile again read more

I have been a t-mobile customer since they took over Sprint and none of my info has changed. They took a copy of my "ID front & back" to verify my account information" when it came time to pay they needed it again; per the sales person it got lost in the "system". When I was ready to pay they also forgot to ring up the charger I wanted, nor did they set up my phone completely. I've never had this happen before. I've always walked out of the store with my phone working EXACTLY like it did when I came it. On top of this, when I got home, the screen would not work, it stayed BLACK. I called Apple Support & after 30 minutes on the phone with Apple Support they told me it was a DEFECTIVE phone & I would need to go back to the store and have it exchanged. They would make an appointment for me. The last time I purchased a phone the salespeople tested it to make sure it was working. I don't know about everyone else, but I don't like wasting gas for unnecessary trips like this. read more

I showed them receipt manager couldn't do anything I had to call T-Mobile corporate to "find" my phone order. 2nd problem after they magical found it "hiding" I had it ported and for some odd reason the VM never made it over! But ALL THE SPAM CALLS did! Went in store they made a service ticket which never existed.. was given the run around by ALL EMPLOYEES there and was forced to call T-Mobile Corp AGAIN! I Came here to switch from sprint & the guy that helped me said if I opened an Acct now it would lock me in for the current promotion.. he gave me SIM cards and said I could make the phones switch later.. so I listened to him and opened an account which did nothing but screw me up for switching to T-Mobile... when I came back in to make the switch that promo had ended and that sales guy wasn't there so basically even tho I opened an account and had the SIM cards I wasn't locked in for that promotion like I was told!! All the employees here are pretty cool, all of them seem excited about their job. The definite stand out here (the all star) of their team is JOCELYN PEREZ. The first time I came was because I had a question about my existing iPhone. I had no plans to buy anything. I was coming in to give them a piece of my mind.......needless to say I left with the new Apple Watch all new accessories (apple case, protective shield, iPhone leather case, chargers..and an iPhone 10X). I knew that she did her best using her knowledge of products to make sure that I got the best deal from every angle. I was very impressed and was excited because her excitement rubbed off on me. ..... I just left here even happier because she was able to replace the protective shield that I broke for my iPhone 10x.
