I came in, they talked to be about insurance which helped me know what I had access to and was super helpful, they checked the price with me before checking that they had the parts, they found the parts, and gave me an estimate of 2-3 hours. When I came back I did have to wait in line a bit, but it was worth it because my phone was fixed and completely back to normal. Great service and amazing work.

The staff and the management at this store lack the basic concepts of customer service. I do not recommend patronizing this particular store. If you have to visit an AT&T store for whatever reason, go to Southfield or Clawson.

Apple told me to go to Comcast and see what they could with the password. In fairness, Comcast came closest unfreezing the phone but it still wasn't right. I took into Cellular Repair Center and within twenty minutes Ken had it back to normal. There was no more running around for me. Thanks, Ken.
