Came in to this location to return an internet modem and cancel internet. Took a few minutes to check in due to majority of the staff in the employee only room. As I checked-in told the lady my request and was told someone will be right with me. As I waited with other frustrated guest because the same lady didn't know what customer was next. Started with calling out names to check placement order. After I waited an hour and half the man tells me it needs to be done online and mailed in and couldn't help me. Incompetent. A note to share (that is not anyone's fault but probably a higher role): From the time we came in, we waited over an hour to be helped. Cash was nice enough to greet us and let us know the wait time. As I walked in, I realized there was going to be quite a wait. I was greeted and asked to wait. A few minutes later one of the girls asked to see my phone and she quickly started fixing the issue on my phone, while remaining on the phone with a representative trying to help another family in the store. She was multitasking while remaining calm , While her coworker finished up with one family she kindly started helping an older man. These girls are awesome great workers. On top of that, these ghost lines that you dint even have or have a device for, you wil also be paying insurance. Fraud fraud fraud....oh and then, they will refer you to customer care, and customer care will refer you to the store.....then managers like Felix and Daniel will hang you out to dry as you wait for NIOTHING to be done. Went in here with a legitimate emergency- I needed a sim card to match an unlocked phone I purchased. the customer service rep, some lady with glasses named "Jennifer", disabled my phone by taking the sim card out. She literally said, "Whoops, too bad." She never told me my old sim card would not work if an attempt was made to put in a new sim. She did not even go over any promotional offers. I was very dissapointed with my visit today and would not return to this location due to the customer service rep Miranda's response to me. I recently switched to AT&T and purchased a new phone so I had a 50% off coupon for a screen protector. The first AT&T store I went to about a week ago did not have screen protectors so I came to this location after a rep online said they had them in stock. I was greeted quickly and assisted by Miranda, who approved the 50% off with a manager since the coupon code, that I was told would be valid by the previous stores rep, was showing as being used. Miranda took my phone to the back to place the screen protector, but was taking a really long time. I asked an associate if he could check on the status, and informed me "It takes a while as the protectors are very difficult to place". Shortly after Miranda came out, didn't say anything, and handed me my phone that looked horrible with the screen being full of bubbles. She explained those will come out over time. (?) I was clearly not happy and said I understand there may be some air bubbles as have had some of the same issues placing ZAGG screen protectors, however these bubbles were excessive. When I expressed my concerns and how bad it looked, Miranda had an attitude and said "Well I mean thats what happens with these and it should come out but if you want to apply it yourself at home you can". I said OK, I would prefer to do that rather than keep it like this. But asked if this was "normal" to have this many bubbles with this protector so I can expect what I may have at home when applying" At this point Miranda proceded to ignore my questions completely and clearly had a short attitude. I'm pretty sure the store manager or supervisor was standing next to her and witnessed this and said nothing. She gave me a new protector and I left. I'm honestly surprised at her response after me questioning how horrible the screen protector looked. In addition, she chose to just completely ignore me when asking her questions about what I can expect when putting it on at home. I would never return to this location due to Miranda's poor attitude and the manager chosing not to get involved with an unhappy customer after witnessing the tail end of what happened. read more

I was there in the store, trying to end our cell devices, also unlock the device. The representative mentioned directv stream and when asked about my international programming, he said it would work. When set up, found out that due to contractual obligations, can't stream international programs. Called directv stream after being passed around, the rep hung up. Called the store and told the representative that the information he provided was not accurate but would not admit that he didn't tell me the truth. Bad customer service experience. I bought an iphone promax 256G here to give to my wife. But because I wanted more memory, I wanted to change it to 512G. Just 10 minutes after I bought the 256G, I came back and told them I wanted to change it to 512G. But they said I couldn't change it now because I had already ordered it. The staff told me to go home and wait for them to deliver the 256G, then leave it as it is and bring it back to the store to return it and they ordered a new one. When I returned it to their store and bought the new one, At&t suddenly charged me for 2 iphones. I went to this store to complain and met the staff who took back the 256G phone. But he said he didn't receive any phone from me. I was angry and asked to see the camera on the day I returned it, but the manager here said it couldn't be seen. The manager here is extremely rude when not listening to customers' opinions, the store is wrong and even resentful towards customers. When I was too tense and wanted to call the police, they agreed to go into the warehouse to discuss and check. Then they told me to go home and wait for them to call me back. As a result, they asked me to come back to the store so they could refund my money. The staff here did not apologize to me even though they were wrong. read more

ATT salespeople at the store and online are unethical and dishonest. I went into this store to transfer my phone number, get a $30 prepaid account and pay $50 for an iPhone 11, as they advertise on their website. Instead the salesperson immediately tried switching me to an expensive unlimited account, bait and switch. I refused again asking for their advertised offer he was uncooperative and I left the store. Two weeks later, after the bad taste had subsided, I thought maybe its just the store lets try calling new accounts, maybe they are different. This time it was not the type of plan but the salesperson tried switching me to a postpaid instead of prepaid and wanted I buy an expensive phone. Clearly ATT prepaid and phone offers are a scam, bait and switch, offering $30 prepaid and a $50 iPhone if I bring my number and switching me to unlimited postpaid and expensive postpaid phones. ATT is not going to get my business with this unethical behavior and prospective customers should beware ATT says one thing and does another. I would not buy an iPad or any service from any AT&T Store other than a phone. I was sold an iPad recently and was told I could make monthly payments and have mobile connection. I found that the mobile service on the iPad not as convenient as I have an iPhone too. I called to disconnect the mobile service and was told I couldn't cancel it until I paid the overpriced iPad off. I agreed to finish the payments, but am being held to buying a service I don't need because I agreed to try this product. Their streaming service was also offered at one price and they kept raising and raising the price once I signed up. It's not worth it. I have been a loyal AT&T cellular customer since 2009 and they play the rate, service and promotions game every 6 month it seems. I not happy with their service at this time and I'm looking to change providers soon. read more

Matt smiled, and introduced himself to me as I was walking up to the counter. He was very polite and patient and listened attentively to all my questions and concerns. This AT&T store is not in Arden Fair mall proper, but is near the Promenade and Cheesecake Factory. I recently had a situation where I switched phones and had some sort of SIM card communication malfunction and I had to go back into the store for a new SIM. The place seemed over-staffed for a Friday afternoon, but it was all good in my eyes. I received prompt attention, my problem was solved, and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes.
