Vanessa was so sweet and very knowledgeable. We switched phone plans through a Target contracted employee and she went through my account to make sure everything was correct and updated accurately. She pulled up my account and walked through every charge and discount for me. She activated both watches fairly quickly, despite some issues & confusion with my account due to is changing phone plans twice in a day. Would absolutely recommend this location. Staff is kind and courteous, store is clean and very open so even if there are many people present, it doesn't feel cramped in any way. read more

I do not recommend this business. Employees are still currently enforcing COVID protocols as if by wearing a mask will make them exempt from COVID. I was a walk-in with my daughter and son and was turned around and told it is only by appointment. You can't even walk around to see what they have. How do you expect to thrive as a business with turning potential customers away because they didn't have an appointment. My daughter was looking to make a purchase of an iPhone and two chargers and my son to start new service, AT&T lost two customers within a span of a 30 second interaction that was not greeting or welcoming by staff. The Employee edgar l. literally told us "oh the transfer is gonna take HOURS" like as if he didn't want to do it. and then we asked him to put screen protectors for us after we had finished everything else and he goes "no unless you buy it from us" like we bought the phones from you and we bought our service to you guys. mind you, he was doing nothing and it was 2 hours to close. then we went to a different at&t store and they put it on for us no questions asked. and the other female worker with short hair was also rude to us on a previous visit. Went to this location about a week ago to inquire about a different plan for my cell phone with no plans of changing that day. But after meeting and speaking with Gary I in a moment made the decision to change at that moment because of the way he dealt with me. Very professional and personable. Later that day had a question and emailed Gary and was impressed he followed through and responded! Today 2/13/2020 had a couple of questions and swung by there hoping he was there and sure enough he was. Thoroughly answered my questions and I was on my way! For a phone plan it works fine,but for a internet plan it sucks.At night it's always failing and pausing.sometimes it even blacks out.When I'm trying to watch sports it always pausing and taking it's sweet time to load.When I passed by one of the internet sources,it was old rusty copper,you see they said it was optic fiber but it was copper.At Keats try and replace it with new copper.I'm very dissatisfied with my internet plan and thinking of changing if it doesn't get a upgrade. read more

I have AT&T and it's really bad. I have one bar or no service at all. I called them asking them for a MicroCell. It has been two weeks and they have not done anything about it. I went to the AT&T store and asked them for the Micro cell and they wanted to charge me $150.00 for it. I told them that it was not my fault that they had poor service in this area and they told me that my only option was to purchase the micro cell. I told them I would rather switch to another phone company and they told me they were sorry to see me go. I did mark my spot but it did not do any good. Goodbye AT&T!!! read more

Very difficult any more to go to an AT&T store and receive honest help. I had an issue with my phone and it was not solved there. I had an internet problem also with their Wireless Wi-Fi and their idea of fixing it was too tell me they had a free internet service in my area they would sit me up with and when I got home I found that my bank account has been charged $60 without my knowledge and nothing was any better. I had several questions that he broke down in detail to give the most accurate estimates possible. After I purchased products he happily answered questions on a second account, upgraded my data and payment methods, and explained telephone service to Mexico. If I could give a negative, I would. I did an online order. I was told just show ID and pick up phones. Called before just to make sure.. get to store and was told there was an error. And had to ring up everything in store.. bullshit.. the only reason they do that is so they can get the commission. We upgraded our phone service at this location. They really messed up our account and I still haven't gotten it resolved. They promised a big discount for setting up auto pay, but not only am I not getting a discount, I'm getting two payments per month withdrawn from my account! As a member of the United States Armed Forces I am beyond appalled with the services I have received with AT&T and what they claimed to do for the military members severing this country. Time is a very precious commodity that is irreplaceable and something that most of us hold dear. AT&T representatives (Especially sales clerk Joseph Varrgas and assistant manager Juan) have been an experts within these past weeks exhausting that resource which I am limited to. I have been assisted by 7 members and the results have all lead to the same path. Their efforts to change the outcome have been futile because their ambition has guided them astray. I purchased an IPhone on a premise and by the mislead information from the sales clerk Joseph Varrgas. Due to his negligence and empty promises this location refused to honor the agreement set forth by their employee causing me to live out the repercussions of his actions. I know I look to AT&T for phone, Internet, and Cable services but I need them to restructure their planning, coordination, and communication to better satisfy the customer needs their are suppose to fulfill. I've been here a few times and I haven't had any issues. I thought the customer service was particularly great both times, especially since the first time, I was changing both my cell phone and cable services over to AT&T. Both times I required customer service, it was top notch. I was greeted at the door, and on my second visit, for which I set an appointment expecting it to be busy, I was seen even 10 minutes early. Even though switching major services at the same time could be complicated, the initial transaction was made seamless by Brandon, who seemed to know how to fix just about everything AT&T. All of the rates were explained clearly and I really like the way they tethered every detail to the iPads they carry now. I got texts from big AT&T right away, prompting me to continue establishing the services. I didn't have to wait for anything, nor did I have to ask for anything to be repeated. The store itself had the phone I wanted out of stock because the phone had just been released, but they mailed it in fast and free of charge anyway. NO STARS FOR YOU! My internet and u-verse service has been consistently HORRIBLE since I first signed on with ATT. They have switched-out my equipment twice, but service has never improved. It goes in and out all the time. The ATT online site is not helpful; it's confusing and when you call customer service, it's a time consuming nightmare (Yes, I always unplug everything and plug it back in before I call, but we always have to go through it again before they tell my my equipment is not working properly...). I have tried to find my contract date online -- I know it must be there somewhere.... I eagerly await the day I can dump you, ATT! The first person I talked to had great costumer service and immediately put me on a list for the next available staff to assist my husband and I. However, the staff member that ended up helping me answer questions about switching from Sprint to AT&T was absolutely terrible. I was asking him for more information on the LG G3 and the Iphone 6, and he would only talk about the Iphone 6. My husband asked for specs on the LG G3, and he said he didn't know off the top of his head (totally fine, it's a lot of information to know), but then he changed the subject and started talking more about the superiority of the Iphone 6. He never did show us the LG G3 specs. Regardless, we told him we would think about the type of phone I wanted (as in go look up specs on our own), so we started talking about cell phone plans. He only mentioned plans with the Next option and when I asked what would pricing be without that option, he said it would be more and didn't elaborate. I'm not sure if we just caught this gentleman on a bad day, but I was not pleased by the service.
