    I arrived at the peak of rush hour , and guess what there was no line and no waiting inside. I was overly happy. My sales rep Aissa help me and answer all my questions. She was Great and so was the management staff. I walked out with a new phone and my beautiful Kate Spade case. I'm so in love with the selection of accessories. If you looking for a new phone or just have question make a stop and ask for Aissa she will be happy to assist you. ATT and the way to go .

    An 88 years old all Spanish speaking man came in this morning because his phone fell in the water…read moreand needed a new one. He had to buy a new phone and on top of that an activation fee and a very pricey monthly fee. I am not sure if the person knew what she was doing taking advantage of an elderly person like that or if she asked or just wanted to make a sale for the day. I think she could have asked him what carrier he was with and said maybe you have insurance and its covered. Instead she was very quick to make the sale not realizing she didn't explain he wasn't going to have the same number. When he came back to return it or see if there would be a way to get his number back. Things escalated very quickly as to calling SAPD. Why because she didn't do her JOB and explain it would be a new number. So call SAPD to arrest an 88 year man because he wants his money back. REALLY I seriously think Cricket should educate their employees how to handle different situations not just call SAPD on an 88 year old man. That wasn't given all the information before he was taken for his money. YOU HAVE ONE F***ken job learn how to do it. Thank you for reading

    I recently had Cellairis replace the screen of my broken iPhone…read more I am a single parent, and I have two young autistic children that I care for myself. With the Coronavirus going around, it is difficult, if not impossible to take them into any business. Fortunately, Cellairis was willing to come to my house to do the screen replacement. The individual from Cellairis came to my house after normal business hours and replaced my screen while sitting in his car. And the charge was the same as if I had brought it to the store. Within 15 minutes, I had a new screen. And the technician even put a screen protector on my phone. There was no extra charge for this or for the house call. I offered more than the fee requested as a tip for the great service, but the technician refused it. Only after I insisted and suggested he use the money to go have some beers with his co-workers did he accept the extra money. I use my phone to stay connected to the outside world and use it to order take-out food, groceries, and any other supplies for the house. I was very pleased they were able to come to my house the same evening I contacted them. Hopefully I don't have a problem like this again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Cellairis again.

It's a small place, where the front does minimal sales of accessories and pushes hard on Asurion's monthly coverage plan - but respectfully. The staff keep it clean, it has seating. You won't feel uncomfortable standing or sitting. The service was fairly quick for the repair I needed. And they got my old iPad looking brand spankin' new. The parking lot is small because it shares the small lot with other suites in the strip mall. If I needed another repair, I would highly consider a return to this location.

    I brought my phone in for a charge port repair. When I picked it up, it had no service and didn't…read morerecognize the SIM card. Instead of trying to fix it, the tech told me to go to my carrier to have it fixed! I did and the carrier confirmed that UBreakIFix had damaged the antenna. I went back to the shop and was told that the tech who had worked on my phone had left and I would have to come back the next day! Overnight, the screen began to show bruising that ended up covering the screen entirely! (See attached picture) When I took the phone in the next day to repair the damage the tech had caused, I was told they would have to order the parts they had damaged! When I expressed my frustration at the situation, the tech became very angry and emotional and threatened to not fix my phone if I kept 'disrespecting him'! So unprofessional! I ended up keeping my phone and filing an insurance claim with my carrier to get a new one. I will never return to UBreakIFix. The techs are rude and incompetent.
