You have to get with Yonic, the manager. He's been there for years! He's helped us through business account issues and personal account issues. Had my phone stolen and he helped him quickly act to minimize the damage. He genuinely cares about helping customers as well as his teammates with their questions. Go see Carlos and you will have a 5 star experience. I walked in because I wanted to see about switching from T-Mobile and bundling with my ATT fiber internet. Carlos walked me through several different options, to include several I didn't see while doing some research on my own. He found me the best deal and when I had a question, he took the time to explain it all to me in that I felt comfortable and at no point did it feel like a sales pitch. Sometimes these places force plans on you and you're not sure about them, but with Carlos, that wasn't the case at all. It's also important to point out that he helped me through the T-Mobile transfer to include helping me walk through two phones who weren't in the store with us. Today I have had one of the worst customer experience of my life involving a person Name Yonic. They say he's the manager. That is unbelievable. First he approached me with the energy as if we were work acquaintances who don't like working together. Then once he found out what I was looking to achieve he gave me gave me some information that just did not sound like it was correct, after further probing on my part it turned out that I was given incomplete information. To achieve my goal I had to submit my order online. So I began doing that and he walked away. He mentioned that he had some other online orders to process which sounded fine. It did not take very long to submit my order but I look up and noticed he moved on to helping someone else. After a moment another employee there commented that I had been there for awhile. Without addressing me at all he mentioned to that employee that I needed to submit an order online, citing the reason as "I didn't want to leave my phone today" fact was that I was unable to leave both phones as one upgrade was for my wife. Only after speaking over the transaction that he had moved on to did I get any updates. Apparently after sometime of this he tells me the order was cancelled and I had been waiting for nothing and that point after waiting 2 hours for absolutely nothing frustration and humiliation forced me to remove myself. How do people like this end up in sales I have no idea. I'm sure I have had an account with ATT before he even considered working there. Only to be treated like an unwelcome guest that did not belong there. I feel extremely disrespected. read more

I was having trouble with my iPhone where it was unresponsive. There was only one person at the store working at the time and there were several people waiting for assistance. He greeted everyone to see if he could help anyone out if they had a simple question; he was able to help me out quickly. This guy is a superhero. I believe his name is Romilio. I asked him if he wanted something from Starbucks and I bought him a drink for his high level of customer service and attention to each customers. My Mom wrote a wall of text on her Facebook status tonight of how happy she was with the service she and my Dad received from Ramiro at this store today, so it must warrant five full stars. It was their intention to cancel their account and find a better deal elsewhere since she wasn't happy about their monthly bill increasing significantly through the years. Instead, they ended up having their monthly bill drastically reduced and walked away with getting more TFC channels (The Filipino Channel) than the handful she already has. When Mom is home caring for my cancer stricken Dad, all she wants is a little TFC as she gives Pops some TLC between his chemo sessions. Walked in with my husband.. a lady was speaking with someone over the phone over a pin that was incorrect and kept speaking very loud and obnoxious, while we were waiting. 1. Nobody acknowledged us going in 2. While we were waiting to be attended a second customer walked in... while a second employee comes out of the back and attends the customer who barely waked in.... the whole time we waited the lady was still on the phone being very rude to the person over the phone.... all we could hear was yelling about "LET ME SEE YOUR CREDENTIALS... LET ME TALK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR .. NO I DONT WANT TO TALK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR BC THEN YOULL HAVE ME WAIT AND HANG UP ON ME!!!" Been hanging onto my iPhone 5 until it's last leg. My phone decided to cause havoc. It's amazing how we rely on our phones on a daily basis. When it decides to malfunction, your life tends to be off kilter. My past experiences with most AT&T stores have not been that memorable. I should have gotten a new phone awhile ago. This time I decided to research the reviews on Yelp. Although the majority of these stores were 3 stars or less, I read the most recent reviews from people with 4-5 star ratings within the past few months or so. I was able to find this store. As my friend and I walked in, we were greeted right away. Our AT&T Rep's name is Yolanda. She was very knowledgeable with the product and very helpful. She answered all our questions. Prior to going to the store, I did some research of the type of phone I wanted. There were no surprises. Since I was eligible for an upgrade, I already knew what my payments would round up to be. Everything Yolanda said, matched up to my expectations. She is definitely a people person with great customer service and communication skills. She will mention the products available, without haggle. I suggest you do some research prior to getting a new phone. Ask yourself if you really need the extras the service provides. If not, then you can save some money. When I checked in on Yelp after I made my phone purchase, I received a 15% off coupon for phone accessories. I took advantage of the coupon. I needed to switch over to att and this place was conveniently close to my house. I called went over and they helped me out immediately. If they were busy I would've understood. I had my line up and running w/o any issues. Guys there were very professional and patient with all my questions. Switching over can be scary but everything they sold me was still the same when the bill came after a month and a half of service. read more

BE AWARE!!!! I wish there was a 0 stars option, because I have had the worst experience with a wireless company ever. I went into the att denerry store to upgrade my wife's iphone on november 11, 2014, I was greeted by a young kid Edward picazo. Asked him how long it would take to get the new Iphone and he said let me check. He said it says 24 hours. So I said fantastic, lets place the order. And so I mentioned to him that I if I got another line with another new iPhone how long would that take? And he said 7 to 10 days. So he said they had a promotion that was 2 free tablets with the purchase of my 2 iphones. He said all I had to do is pay the taxes and the tablets were mine, never explaining to me that he was going to place me on a 2 year contract on both tablets. All he said is that he would upgrade my 10 gig to a 30 gig to share with the tablets. He also said that incase somebody from att called me and asked were I worked that just to say a company name I believe he said Home depot. He kept going back and forth asking 2 managers Alex and Mario for advise how to do things in the computer Finally I paid and left the store after 3 hours. I drove to the store the next day since he said my first phone wo u ld arrive in 24 hours. And Alex said I'm sorry it's not here yet please check tomorrow. So I did and same thing , it was no there yet. So he said to call customer service they will know better than I when you will get it. So I did and they told me it was in back order and that they did not know an when I would get it either. So I called Alex again at the store, and said to him that I wanted to cancel everything altogether, and Alex said to me I'm sorry you need to wait until your order is here at the store so that you can cancel the order. So I waited a few more days and kept calling the store, but nothing had arrived. I had a thanksgiving dinner with a brother inlaw that works at att and he said that I do not have to wait until my order arrived like Alex had asked me to do. So I did and customer service said to me that I was passed the 14 days and that pretty much they could not do anything about it. So I went into the store and I spoke to Mario then ALEX and they told me the same thin, saying that If I wanted to cancel I need pay the cancelation fee. i asked them about the other tablet that was on back ordeR still, and ALEX SAID THAT EDWARDO HAD TAKEN IT WITH HIM TO ANOTHER STORE AND THAT HE DIDNT WORK AT THAT STORE ANYMORE. BUT THAT HE COULD CALL EDWARDO SO HE COULD DROP OFF MY TABLET TO THE STORE TOMORROW. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY HE HAD TAKEN MY TABLET., UNBELIEVABLE!!! I asked to speak to the store manager And that the store manager MIGUEL ESPARZA was not at the store until tomorrow. That was funny because the day that I purchased the phone, they kept calling the manager to ask him questions about the sale and they got a hold of him right away. I WILL BE IN THE STORE TOMORROW IF THEY CANNOT CANCEL MY NEW ORDER WITH THE TABLETS. I WILL PAY THE CANCELATION FEE FOR ALL MY PHONE LINES AND GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY. Went here and asked about iphone 6 upgrade/trade in. I was assisted by a sales rep that seemed like he wasnt sure of what he was talking about. Every answer is followed by "...I think". Guy behind the counter couldn't sell me an i phone because "his computer wouldn't let him" after making me wait to figure that out he then told me he could sell me a different android phone. People that work here don't know how to use their equipment and have no supervision by management who do know how to utilize their system. Poor customer service. Soggy-Pants says thank you. I was on a job and fell into a swimming pool drowning my Samsung Galaxy Note II. I run my whole business through that device including credit card payments, online banking, scheduling, invoicing, etc. I walked into the AT&T store looking like a television commercial with squishy boots, wet jeans and a wallet that left a wet spot on the counter. I was out of there and back in business (literally) within 30 minutes. I made it to my next job on time and they even set me up with a better plan. I watched the staff helping other people. Everybody in that store was courteous, professional and helpful despite having one computer down and a guy on a ladder up in the ceiling trying to fix something. I think the whole staff is also bi-lingual. I'm sure other AT&T locations are just as professional but this will be my AT&T store from now on. Thanks again! read more

Been going to this location for years. Folks that work here are nice enough, but it's been bait and switch, so many times. Had issues with digital life, as I was not advised of permit fees by sales rep signing me up. Was offered nothing, not even an apology. Have had more than one issue with U-verse charges, being quoted one price, and being billed another. My fault for not getting with a print-out. Was suggested that my husband and I misunderstood. I guess both of us are hard of hearing, and are confused?! Customer Service issues need to be resolved folks. Yes, mistakes happen, but make it good, and the customer will return happy. read more

Ok so its 2 years later! And this js the Only ATT store i ever go to! My mom was having trouble with calls being cut out. So we took it to the dennery rd. ATT, and there was JOSE! the very person who helped us out 2 years prior, as i have stated before in my other review his customer skills should be something that is demonstrated and used as an example to ALL other companies!!! And shockingly he is a young guy and has displayed an exemplary amount of customer service skills of someone who has been doing it for decades! The best thing we learned is that in the 2 years he has moved up on the company which I'm not surprised by except for the fact that it took 2 years which should've taken less time for the company to notice he should be in a leadership position! in the end he helped me as usual and he found the solution to my moms dropped calls! i cant say enough about Jose he always goes above and beyond! SOMEONE MOVE THIS KID UP TO MANAGEMENT! its rare to see a guy this young that has his crap together! Hope the company can see that! read more

This place is the worst customer service I have ever experience. I had a issue with my renewal of my account and the person who greeted me was Edgar but his name tag said Mario. For the first 5 minutes he didn't even acknowledge my concerns and directly try to sell me something that I didn't need. So I kindly ask if I could speak to a manager about my issues on my account he said just a moment. And then talk to another manager name Romero and went on front of the computer and didn't acknowledge me and just said something about I can't do anything, as he walked away quickly ignoring my concern and moving on to another customer. I kind of felt like if I didn't speak Spanish no one would help me. I'd then ask Edgar says his bit busy can I speak to another manager and he went over and talked to Ricardo about my concern and ever told me just a moment. 30 minutes later frustrated and devalue Ricardo didn't even bother looking and deeply just ignored my concerns as well as the other manager. These sales representatives are here just to pick up a check and don't know what really customer service is about. I recommend to go to another well-rounded AT&T store and this one here who are just lazy and unprofessional and what they are doing on a day to day. read more

Instead of driving all the out to the Eastlake Apple Store to restore my Apple Account and to set up my new iPhone, since I'm an AT&T Customer, I thought I'd see if they could help me. Luckily, when I arrived there was no wait. The manager, Ramiro was terrific and quickly helped me restore my Apple account. He also quicklset up my new iPhone.
