I needed to come into the AT&T store in Sebastian as I needed a new screen protector. All three employees were kind and welcoming when I walked in the door! They were two ladies and a gentleman. I spoke to the gentleman who is the manager, Dylan! He was very kind and very helpful! It is nice being able to shop in our small hometown and not have to go elsewhere for service! the service was great, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They pray on people, mostly the elderly. They will lie about prices. They will add new devices to your account without giving them to you. Sadly AT&T will help cover it up. When a new iPhone was charged to my account, I ask AT&T to blacklist the device because I did not order or receive it. Next bill it was gone from my account with no repercussions to the store. Stay away from AT&T on US-1, Sebastian, FL. They are not a real AT&T store, but an independent outfit. They are liars and thieves. We switched 3 days ago and have spent most of our time on the phone with AT&T since then. We were offered a 4-line unlimited plan for $100.00 per month, with hot spot. A 3-line plan that we needed they said it would cost $150.00, so why not? We thought we would have my mother-in-law to take the 4th line later, which they said we could do. One of our lines was for someone who lives in New York and the problem started there, as he had problems switching it. The store in NY was the one who told us they were an independent store, who would do anything for a sale, and not fill out the proper requirements and correct information. When we called the US-1 store to report the difficulty with the switch in NY, we were told the switch would take about 28 days, something they never disclosed while we were purchasing the plan. As we had emphasized to them very clearly, we needed all the phones switched at the same time - and they told us the pin for the switch was good for 24 hrs., so how could now be that it would take that long? I spent the next morning at the store trying to fix that problem, which they said it was completed, but the NY side was still incomplete. NY was finally able to complete the switch - this was around 4 p.m. While at the store, I saw one man storm out calling them "scammers", then another two couples getting out more discretely, but also unsatisfied. I noticed the manager, Scott (I believe that's his name) hoovers over the other reps either correcting or adding information as they talk to clients and to us too, when we were there the day before. He had someone else finish my case, but at some point, interrupting the guy and bringing him to the back in a suspicious way, now I see why. Still unsettled by the ordeal, my husband started double-checking with AT&T about what was in our plan, and we were shocked by these surprises: - no hot spot; - internet would cost $65.00 per month - not $30.00 as we were told; - no such a thing as a 4-line plan for $100.00. We actually "purchased" a 4-line plan we did not need for $123.00 per month; there was no discount for the 4th line. Plus - surprise, surprise - our account showed we had "bought" an iPhone 15 for the 4th line at a $10.99 per month. We told them we did not purchase any phone and asked them to remove that charge from our plan. AT&T is now working on our case. So here we are, stuck with a higher cost plan, and a phone charge we did not purchase nor have it. We filed a fraud claim with AT&T and we are now going to the police. Stay away from the US-1 store in Sebastian. If you were a victim too, go to the police. This exploitation in our town, especially older, naive people, must stop. read more

I just would like you to know this store is not a ATT Corp store if this store dose you wrong ATT will not help you get it fixed this mean when you charge fot something you did not ask for or want to buy you find it on the bill. I understand I did not find it right away but when you get the att bill and it jump two months in a row and call att and they say it because you bought and financed is the reason and they can not help check with the store all they say is to late get out when you ask for someone else just told to leave. read more

Went in to this store to get a new phone. I've been AT&T customer for over 20yrs. Sales representatives Nate was helping me. I advised him what phone I wanted and he pulled up my account information.I showed him my trade in phone and he advised a $350 trade in would be applied to new $1200 Iphone. They took my old phone after transfer and deleted it. The invoices were emailed to me. After looking over the invoices at home I realized there was no mention of the trade in. I called the store and spoke to the manager. He apologized and advised I WOULD be getting the $350 credit towards the new phone not to worry. He also advised to come in if I wanted receipt for my records. I went in today and spoke with Nate who advised he couldn't pull up anything to print as the old phone was already shipped... After calling AT&T customer service they advised me due to the plan I have I am not eligible for trade in. She said the store made a mistake. I said so what now?? She said the trade in value would have been $350 but the only thing I was eligible for was cash value. How much? $65... I asked if she could just send me my old phone back to me she said that they are unable to do that.. I don't know if it was intentional or incompetence, but I would not recommend this store to anyone! If you still decide to shop there, I would have everything documented, dated and signed before you left with anything!! read more

Awful customer service. We walked in this morning found one employee seated with a customer and another customer waiting. The employee did not greet us or give an apology to state it would be a few moments but just ignored us. She did however have the curtesy to pick up her head and speak to the person delivering her food. We then left and proceeded to the Verizon store across the street. read more

Called to check on a keyboard and the "clerk" answers the phone "hello at&t".... far be it from me to be a expert at customer service but, I did retail for 15+ years and I'm pretty sure it's OK to say Hello at&t this is MATT how can I help you" ( not saying the sales clerks name but if you do the math you'll figure it out.... The manager of this store is an arrogant and condescending in her attitude towards AT&T customers. I found her to be outright rude in her reply to my questions about buying a sim card my new phone. She was insulting when she realized I purchased my AT&T plan online. She should be fired and replaced with someone who would treat paying customers with respect. I will never step foot in that store again. read more

These guys lied to me told me my bill with new phone would be same as before. Was paying $85. First bill $224 after deducting trade in for my old phone. After that. Bill would be over 100 more a month for 30 months. I paid phone in ful canceled att after 55 years went with Metro PCS. 40 a month unlimited tax fees included. I will save over $4000.00 over the next 29 months. read more

This was another AT&T location that I went to where the staff was extremely knowledgeable and knew what they were doing 100%, got me in and out quickly as I'm on the road often and find myself visiting different AT&T locations from time to time wherever I find one. read more

Worst customer Service I have ever received in my life. Went to this store in Sebastian to pay my bill but also to switch my Sprint Service to ATT, using my Samsung S7 phone. Previous to my visit I had talked to AT&T Customer Service agent on the phone, and they assured me that all was needed was a SIM CARD change. When I got to the store, I explained to the agent what I was going to do. He immediately said it couldn't be done and that I would need to buy a new phone. I explained what the AT&T agent had told me. He again, emphasized that that could not happen and that the agent was incorrect. I objected, I admit it, and the guy threatened me with calling the sheriff if I didn't leave the store and did so, three times. Calling AT&T corporate, they profusely apologized to me several times. Found out later that this guy was the manager. read more

Two experiences at the store and one year of experience as an AT&T customer after 25 years of Verizon (I loved Verizon but no coverage in Sebastian). I used the app to do an early upgrade which was clunky and took 3x to get right. I understood from the system a box would be mailed for my old phone return. I got the new phone via mail. Two weeks went by and no box. I called customer service. Rude and unhelpful after navigating a prompt menu for 10 mins. I decided to just drop the old phone a this store yesterday. When I arrived there were 10 people waiting for help. After a few customers joked about being there since 8 pm yesterday, The Associate from Brazil (more on how I know this later) yelled at me what I needed. I told her I needed to drop of an old phone and to "unlock" another one for use in Europe. She said that it can't be done (which is untrue) and when I told her the associate on the phone told me I could she said he lied to me (great way to treat your coworkers). I left without dropping off the old phone and decided to try on the phone again. The associate was helpful. Next day, I decided to try to drop the phone off again. No customers there so there was no wait. The same woman was again not helpful telling me I couldn't drop off the phone since I had already printed a mailing label. I asked if she could try to be helpful and that's when things went south. I uttered a choice word in Spanish and she said she understood (I assumed so since her accent is thick). She said she speaks Portuguese (in Portuguese) which I understand. A few more choice exchanges with her and she ran off to get a manager. The manager couldn't have been nicer but it didn't make up for the nasty way the Brazilian woman treated me two days in a row. She needs to be educated on how to treat people period not just a customer. She has an attitude of superior (as if her Brazilian Portuguese was better than my Castilian Spanish). She speaks to customers in a nasty tone and has a "can't-do" attitude for any request you make. Long story short I will mail the old phone in and unlock my other one with a simple SIM card switch. Went to see if they could help me call att customer service to turn phone back on, unfortunately they closed and it was 7:30pm(which closes at 8pm according to yelp) w lights on and a boston tea party was goin on inside.
