The people at the store is not so much my problem . My problem starts and ends with a company that has an ok product but a corporate model that is all about screwing the customer they don't do contracts so in two years I saw 4 increases . When I called they have no clue there is understanding of what is going on in this company . Customer service is terrible again no the store at customer service department . I would not send an enemy to this store. Absolutely unprofessional and unable to do the simplest thing such as an upgrade. They like to sit you down and then disappear for long periods of time to the back of the store while you sit. They messed up my account by attaching a phone to the account that I didn't get. Told me I'd have to be without my phone for 48 hours. I would not accept this. They finally put a new SIM card in my original phone and sent me to wait the 48 hours. When I came back at the end of the 48 hours... actually 4 days they had done nothing to get the old upgraded phone off so I had to deal with that for over an hour and then they clearing they are now sold out of the phone I want and it would be over a week to order the new one. This company is ran by morons obviously and I'm don't with AT&T. read more

I love how over staffed they always are. They have the most helpful sales teams here. They hold the door open when I walk in and my sales person holds it for me as I walk out. Everything is done on iPads here which is really cool! The selection of phones they have is very wide! The cool thing I like about the store is you can walk straight to the back kiosk and pay your bill or even do simple account inquiries. The machine doesn't offer change but you can pay with cash or a debit/credit card. The service time is fast and easy! I went yesterday got a brand new phone, they transferred all my photos and contacts to my new phone and I got a new phone number!!! All in under 30 minutes! When I go I ask for Chris Lymule because he's helpful and honest! But any of the other associates I've had before when he wasn't there have been really helpful as well! read more

Yesterday I went into At&t looking to exchange a newly purchased tablet for an iPad because I didn't care for the tablet. I was greeted by George who was very friendly. Initially I was worried that I'd be unable to exchange my tablet but George made the impossible possible. Not only was he professional and courteous, he was also hospitable which is hard to come across nowadays. The employees at this location enjoy what they do. Everyone was very friendly even when my loud 2 year out wanted to touch any and everything. I'm fairly new to AT&T but I will definitely stay with this company if I continue to feel as appreciated as a customer as I did yesterday! read more

The At&t store I will go to. I refuse to go back to any of the individually owned ones, the people there treat you like your disturbing their day and they do not have half the the stuff this company ones owned do. Staff is very courteous and helpful. They usually have any supplies your looking for and last time I went the sales were amazing on fitbit's, popsockets, etc. read more

We received friendly, courteous, service today from CJ and Courtney. It was very busy and people have to realize that you can actually make an appointment and reduce you wait time. If you are sitting waiting and it seems someone went ahead of you it is because they were smart enough to make an appointment. Those who walk in like myself are on a first come basis and your place in line/ the cue is posted clearly on a TV screen in the center of the store. They have numerous customer service agents who are happy to serve you and are working as expediently as possible to move people through the lines. There are lots of phones, iPads, and accessories to look at, touch, and use while you wait. They have music playing which I enjoyed and the lines move pretty fast but realize people often do not know how to use the product they are looking at or even may be having a hard time making a decision. They are not rushed or pressured by the sales person. Our sales representative CJ was friendly, smiling, and very professional. He answered all our questions and was knowledgeable about the product we were looking at. We were extremely happy with the phone and iPads we bought. It was a pleasure to meet both CJ and Courtney . The couple of staff that I've dealt with at this store are absolutely horrible. They have no clue.

I had to wait 45 minutes for a rep. to tell me that I was not an authorized user on my account. Only my wife was, even if I had the password to the account I could not upgrade my phone. If that is their rules they should have let me know at time of check in, not 45 minutes later! I was not abusive to the rep. and he politely escorted out the door. read more
