I had my phone serviced the day prior at 4:30-5pm on 1/13/26, about an hour before closing, so when I got the phone I didn't have much time to verify anything and left on good faith that all was good. The day after, I found out they sell "genuine" Apple product parts that aren't actually bought through Apple (yes, I was verbally told this), which means they aren't truly genuine. I contacted Apple while sitting in iSupply to confirm, and Apple told me the parts are most likely not genuine if they're not clearing the second screen. I cannot authenticate the camera or screen now because they cracked my original screen during the camera repair and replaced it without letting me know, so my screen isn't authentic either, which I find unacceptable considering I only came in for a camera replacement due to a busted camera lens. Now my screen has this washed out look to it, and it can't even handle the blacks of the screen correctly as it shimmers, and it gives me a headache looking at it. If you're going in for a repair, be aware: you cannot authenticate, which means no proper calibration and a lower overall phone value. That is my warning to anyone coming here for an Apple repair. Just go to Apple and get your stuff properly certified. Yes, I am irritated, but I am fair. The workers are cool; the experience sucked. Do not claim to sell "genuine" Apple parts if they can't even clear the authentication process. Now I have a permanent pop-up in my settings asking me to authenticate, which I can't do since the parts aren't real. One last thing: it's cool that the owner offered to replace my screen for free again, but it's pointless if the parts aren't real because I still can't authenticate, so I'll leave it at a one-star and move on, looking at my screen as a constant reminder not to go to third-party repair shops. Hope the $230 was worth it to lose a future customer. Don't break people's products and replace them with cheaper, low-quality parts and call it a day. read more

While I was in town I dropped my phone on the sidewalk. I picked it up and saw spider web cracks across the screen. The display was still lit but the touch screen wouldn't respond. I could have waited to get it fixed until I got back home but I didn't like the idea of being on the highway without a working phone. After asking around I was pointed to this repair shop near the Natchez Drive Wal-Mart. I didn't think to schedule an appointment but as it turned out I didn't need one. Ellis quickly diagnosed the issue and quoted me a price for the repair. He said it would take an hour and a half because there were other phones ahead of mine. When I went to pick it up it looked brand new. Ellis invited me to test it out to make sure it was working properly. I peeled off the plastic film and the phone looked and worked perfectly--it was literally like nothing ever happened. Although they fix all brands of smartphones (HTC, Apple, Samsung, etc), for some reason they only stock iPhone cases. They have an entire wall of them in different colors and designs for multiple generations of iPhone. They didn't sell any I could use but Ellis helped me find another one. I hope I'll never need to use their services again now that I have a screen protector. But for high quality repairs and great customer service, I would certainly recommend iSupply to others in need. read more

Very clean/quiet place to bring your phone. When I spoke to Ellis on the phone and explained the problem he said it would be easy to repair but he wasn't the actual technician working on my phone. Ellis gave a specific time that the phone will be repaired and its been longer than and hour and no phone call was given... so I called to see if my phone was ready which he said 5 minutes which in turn, turned into 30 more minutes. Then he wanted to have me replace other item before even telling me how much more it was going to be. How can you tell great customer service? One way, is that they treat you with respect, even when they know they're not going to make a sale, at that visit, anyway. Here's my ISupply experience today: I turned down Tyler Street off Gause, and spotted a competitor at the first shopping center strip mall and figured, "What the hell, I may as well stop in." Well THAT was a mistake. A few minutes later, I stepped through the doors of ISupply, for a very positive experience. The store was fully appointed with well-displayed merchandise, well-lit, color coordinated, staff wearing "uniforms." The two staffers greeted me sincerely as I approached, and asked how they could assist me. I asked them a low-end technical question about Androids: Would I be able to install apps, and use wi-fi and Bluetooth, if the cellular service didn't function. I explained the app I wanted to install on a Samsung I don't own, and how I wanted to use it (had to be an inexpensive less-than-$150 Galaxy S6 or better, as a remote control for my new camera). They quickly confirmed the answer (I should have no problem), and began to search their inventory, including their Metairie store, and even eBay! Alas, my unicorn was missing. They sympathized, that the $400 low-end price tag is too high for a remote. They told me my best bet is probably to continue to scour eBay, and avoid CraigsList. The local repair places would be unlikely to produce my unicorn, although they offered to keep their eyes open. I declined the offer, but left feeling great! I brought my phone in thinking it was a total loss. I asked iSupply to inspect the entire phone and call me when they found the problem(s) before fixing anything. They said they would call at 2:30 the same day. I did not hear from them for three days so I called them back. They said my phone was working, and I could come pick it up. When I picked up my phone they did not test it like they were supposed to. They said that the phone was good as new, but the battery was dead. After charging my phone, I realized that the wifi and bluetooth did not work. This was frustrating because they ensured me everything on the phone was working. I brought the phone back and told them the issues. They insisted the only thing they promised was the front screen and camera to be working. They "did me a favor" and ran diagnostics on the wifi and bluetooth and said they could not fix it. I was told I would pay $150 for a complete working phone and did not receive a working phone. All I received were excuses and apologies without the offer of my money being returned. DO NOT visit this store. read more
