Buyer beware!!! Had one bad experience years ago, and a relative convinced me to go to Keith in Orem and he will "take care of me". Well, bought a battery and would not hold a charge. Drive during the day and next morning, would not turn over motor. Took to local auto shop -did load test and stated battery good, probably something in van draining battery. With fully charged battery, dead battery next morning. Once happened out of town and had to call AAA to help. I travel quite a bit to rural area of the west where there is no town within 50+ miles, and many times poor /non-existence cell phone service. Even the best warranty would not help me then. When working as a travel nurse, if I miss a shift at the hospital, I pay a $250 fine for the missed shift. So, after a month of my regular mechanic looking for a parasitic drain to no avail, I told him to replace the battery with one I can trust when on the road. Per Keith Marrott (owner) " I never sell a customer a battery when that customer still has warranty left on their existing battery. I believe it is dishonest! It benefits your mechanic and only your mechanic. " Well, His warranty would be of no help if I am in the middle of Wyoming with a dead battery and need to get to work with a dead battery. All he did (after having battery for three months on a 48 month warranty) is give me 80% value on other products. (and treating me like a dumb female) Update: 10-14-2020 --- at mechanic, even though when Batteriesplus battery in van, would not start next day. When a different batter placed in van, would turn over easily (even after 5 days sitting). But owner stated it is resolved. It is not. Today, email from owner stated " I have decided to remove my offer of store credit. and "Your battery is available to pick up at you convenience within the next 30 days. If it is not picked up within 30 days, we will deem it abandoned and dispose of it at our discretion." read more

Worst service ever went in there twice to get phone fixed both times I went in to get phone fixed it was cracked within a day and I literally only had it in my pocket and never dropped it and then they said they couldn't help me and the first time I got my screen fixed there was a blue dot on the screen when ever I go on a white screen Worst service ever now I still have a phone with a cracked screen that I can't get fixed because they have terrible service read more

Thought I would try another repair store to fix a broken iPhone screen but now regret not staying with who I used before. They fixed the phone in a timely manner but when the phone re cracked less than 5 days later I learned the hard way there is nothing they can or will even try to do about it. Other companies I used either have a warranty or my last one re fix it for a low price but I was told by batteries plus that I was simply out of luck. Their technicians outperformed a local, Apple-authorized dealer in repairing my iPhone 6. I'd been basically been told by Simply Mac in Orem that my phone was beyond saving....but the techs at B&B replaced the battery, checked the internal wiring, and made recommendations that literally saved me hundreds of dollars over the cost of a new phone! It's a battery store so it's nothing too special but it saved my life! I was pretty pumped it was open on a Sunday because I really needed a certain battery for the remote to my ceiling fan/light in my bedroom.
