We visited this Verizon store and I wanted an iPhone 17 pro in orange. The store didn't have an orange phone in stock, but Jordan figured out how to get one from another store. I went back later in the day, and voila! There was my phone! Jordan helped with the screen/lens protector, selecting a case to show off the orangieness of the phone, and helped set the phone up. In my humble opinion, he went out of his way to help me get what I wanted.

    I went in here to get a new case for my phone, because Fred Meyer across the street didn't have one…read morethat fit my phone. What a terrible experience. A salesperson latched on to me the minute I walked in the door and would not leave me alone. I just wanted to pick out a phone case and pay for it and leave. She hovered over me the entire time I was looking at cases, talking the entire time. During that time she insisted she had to look up my Verizon account. Okay, maybe they only sell to Verizon customers, whatever. I pick out my phone case, and am ready to pay. In the meantime, she insists on reviewing my entire account. I told her the account is fine...I have what I need. No, I don't want to hear about "upgrades". I just want to pay you money for the overpriced phone case and leave. She FINALLY relents and we get to the payment part. She then needs to ask me again for my name, phone number, physical address, and email address. WHY!? She literally had all of that in my account and I'm just trying to pay with my debit card. Why make it so tedious for a customer to buy a simple phone case? I could have been in and out in a couple minutes, yet this salesperson is making me jump through hoops to give them money. Never again. I don't like to shop online, but the next time I need something for my phone I will NOT be buying it here.

I went in to this store with a family friend to help him. He asked nicely for them to fix his phone, she was very rude from the start and rolled her eyes multiple times, seriously?? She asked him if this was his phone. He had explained multiple times this was his phone and that it wasn't fixed the last time he went in to fix it. She asked for his pin and he put the pin in his phone and she huffed and puffed because she wanted the account pin. He was frustrated and confused because he is elderly and is not good with technology. She was not stop using a belittling voice and aggressive tone. He was tired of her making him feel like he was a lesser human than her and started raising his voice. He told this "Manager" he wants his money back if they are refusing to fix it. She said she will call the police. And she did. She wasted police time and resources because she sucks at her job. Whoever is above Courtney, please reach out because this behavior should not be supported and the elderly shouldn't be treated with disrespect and verbal aggression. Mind you, this interaction is all recorded by the store camera.

    On December 10th, 2025 I called Verizon because I was being charged for two months past my…read moredeactivation date. and they were taking it directly out of my bank account without my permission. I received an email verifying this deactivation. I explained the situation and I asked for a refund. I was asked about a line ending in 1880. I told them I don't have a phone line ending in 1880. They insisted I did for the last six months. I insisted I did not. They said there were going to bill me $165 for this other line. I said not only will they not bill me but they were going to reimburse me for anything i paid without knowing it. They said they did not think they could do that and I needed to speak with the Fraud department to investigate before they could decide what money if any i would get reimbursed. They forwarded me to fraud where i explained everything and then told me they could not investigate the 2nd line ending in 1088 without it being deactivated. And sent me back to customer care where i explained it again and they sent me an email to follow the directions for me to deactivate the line. i followed the directions and deactivated the account. i asked for the name of the person who added the line because i wanted to know if it was a friend or whether it was somebody who i had hired to do work around the house. They said they could not do that without it being investigated and they sent me back to the Fraud department. If you are counting then you must realize it is now the 4th time i have explained it and it now has a much more extensive explanation. Fraud now tells me that cannot find a 2nd line and so they cannot investigate it. i said, "you told me you could not investigate it until it was deactivated and then sent me off to do it and now you tell me that because i did what you told me to do that you can not investigate it? You people aren't investigating fraud against other people, you are the ones doing the fraud." I can tell the guy is laughing at me. He sends me back to customer care where I am told that they will get a supervisor. I am on hold 20 minutes and then I hung up on. ON 12/11/2025, I again called and directly asked for a supervisor. i was told i need to tell tell the customer care specialist everything. I said no, give me to a supervisor and she said she needed access to my account so i had to give her my pin and she would see if she could help me first. i said, no, supervisor please. she entered my pin and then started to review my account anyway. she said she would speak with a supervisor but then came back on and said she needed to put me on hold while it was reviewed. they hung up on me. i called again and again they hung up on me. there is no way they are not doing this on purpose. oh! she tole me the line i had deactivated was still there. so, i have to ask if it is still then why did the fraud department tell me they could not help me because the 2nd line was not there? what is wrong with you people?

    I think this is the closest store to the college and I went on a day when the kids were coming back…read morefrom winter break or starting their new quarter. It was pretty busy but the staff was working diligently to get the line moving. Kudos to them. The store was well stocked and had everything my student needed. Lots of parking as well!

    Went into Springfield Target for a couple things. Most important was some facial cleanser. I…read morenoticed most of these items are under lock & key. I found what I needed and there was a service button to push for help getting merchandise(locked up). I waited and waited, decided to push the button on the machine in the next aisle ( incase 1st wasn't working). Finally girl came & I got my item. I also needed some nail polish . I wasn't in a hurry & decided to browse the store a bit before I checked out. After about 30 minutes, I went to the ladies room. Not wanting to bring unpaid merchandise into, I set it on a shelf across from the Starbucks, thinking it would be safe for 5 minutes. Well, unfortunately it was not. I came out and it was no where insight. I assumed someone was watching me and stoled it! I was pissed I wasted my time! I could have gone back to cosmetics and gone through all that again but I chose screw this.... I'll go to Fred Meyers! I know theft is out of control, especially Target for some reason. I was in this same store in August with my daughter. She needed to try on clothes. No one working back in the women's dressing rooms.The dressing room was full of clothes & I removed them. There was an enormous pile of tags that looked like ripped off from items. To me it looked like someone went into that dressing room with a pile of items & tore all the tags/tickets off and probably walked out the store. There are dishonest people out there, but Target needs to do a better job. There should have been staff working back there cleaning out dressing rooms and helping customers. While I was waiting for my daughter, several customers were waiting for open dressing rooms. All the doors were closed. Customers didn't know if rooms were open or not. I will say the entire dressing area was a mess! Maybe a perfect setup for thefts !

    I want to give this store the highest rating for several reasons:we had Verizon service for over 12…read moreyears, switched recently around Thanksgiving for economic reasons, but the store continues to serve me. The service has always been great;if they were busy it's because they're popular and they know what they're doing. One person in particular, Patrick, has helped me through a number of things, frequently taking a long time to sort them out. Most recently he spent an hour on on the phone, mostly on hold, while he talked to the Verizon office about it a billing dispute over my discontinued service. After this ordeal he even said I could come in some other time and take a tutorial on my new smart phone even though I don't use Verizon anymore.I can't think of a higher compliment to pay these people and especially this fellow Patrick. If I could give out extra stars I'd give the store a six and Patrick an 11 !!! Thank you !

I don't like white. I don't wear white clothes, jewelry or shoes. They didn't even have the decency to respond to my request to trade for the one that I wanted. I'm going to go ahead and say, in my experience, they SUCK! The cherry on top... I already ordered a clear case. Thankfully my husband was also ready for a new phone. Or "like new, refurbished, unlocked." But I got a brand new one in lemongrass on eBay for the same price. So, bottom line, if you are ordering a phone from this place I would recommend calling them. They don't answer messages, even when it's neutral. I was less angry and more bummed. Now, I don't really care that much, but will be very careful to NEVER order from them again.
