Saul ended up staying 45 minutes after close to get the new phones updated and the data transferred from all 4 phones. Both weee very friendly and nice throughout the whole process, even during the time we literally had to stand there and watch the hour timer countdown on my phone. I previously had AT&T and have been to several Eugene stores over the years and received poor service and extras added to my account that I specifically turned down. I was worried about going into the store but they made it a great experience and they got me the best deal. Definitely recommend!

I bought a cell phone from him, the home button was sticky and wouldn't respond normally(had to push it several times to get it to work) I was kind and courteous to him wanting to switch it for another one(giving him the benefit of doubt) When I traded it for a second phone, I had the same problem. I went in a third time and wanted another phone(shame on me for having such faith in this mans innocence) basically, he made me feel like crap, said I didn't deserve a better phone, and mocked me several times. He is a bad business man, horrible at customer service, a scam artist, doesn't make eye contact for a reason, and will pretend like you don't know more then him. His expertise is $$$ NOT electronics. In the end for this company(man) he cares about his family and himself and you are just a casualty to his profits. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY(MAN). ADDED AFTER I READ THE RESPONSE to my review- Additionally, I've just read the response to my review and it makes me sick and feel bad not just for him but for myself and customers who have had to and will eventually deal with him. As you can tell from below he isn't about the customer but rather about his business. I was a good customer bringing him business hoping to get a nice pleasant experience. In my experience anyone who doesn't treat the customer as right is a bad example of proper customer service, and is not doing business right in a customer driven economy. When he said horrible things about me to my face, I knew immediately then I just wanted my money back and that any future correspondence would just end in further verbal abuse towards myself from him. And as far as the rating he gave himself at the end of his response below I call B.S.(let's see the proof) I mean come on does anyone believe that? Anyone can write in positive numbers and a high ratings in writing...Especially if they don't have to prove it or won't prove it by putting in the "real" website(which I assume is eBay or Amazon) Where is the online business name in the response so this claim can be verified?(its most likely not "Cell O Phone" I looked out of curiosity and didn't find anything). Just simply saying its from the "Largest Web Site in the world" doesn't prove anything for validation. What a joke. Define largest website in the world. Just look at my reviews here on Yelp or elsewhere and you'll see I'm a fair and honest guy. As you can see I have nothing to hide, I mean my name is in my username. I came in here yesterday thinking I needed a new battery for the key fob to a friend's truck I'm…read morecurrently driving. It started acting up the day before, and I couldn't unlock it. The story of locking myself out of his truck with the keys in my hand makes for a great phone call. I walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee, who was very kind and helpful. I explained what had happened. He took it all apart and asked me questions. Given it isn't my own truck and key fob, I didn't have the best answers. The nicest thing was the employee asked me if I knew about the hidden key inside the fob. Which I didn't until I called my friend when the fob stopped working. I really appreciate when someone wants to teach me something new, and was kind about it. The employee had everything fixed and put back together in less than ten minutes. I asked if we could go outside and test it. We walked out and each pushed the lock and unlock buttons, so it was clear everything was working perfectly. I noticed two other employees who asked if I was being helped and then moved on to the next customer to help them. They all appeared to be as kind and welcoming as the one helping me. The whole thing cost me like $25. It wasn't expensive, in my opinion. He stapled the receipt to a flyer that I left in the truck for warranty purposes. He was happy to put the warranty stuff in my friend's name and phone number. When cashing me out, he asked if I needed anything else. I said, I've never been here. Find me something I can't live without. He told me about a couple specials, although nothing I needed at that moment. But he still tried, and I was happy to hear about all of it. Would I return? Absolutely! The customer service here was amazing. Most of the time when I'm talking about anything car related, I'm met with someone who is condescending because I'm female. It's happened a million times before. But it didn't here, and I'm definitely impressed. It took ten minutes and $25 for the problem to be fixed, with no effort on my part. It was all done for me. The decision was made to purchase the recommended television. At home, I realized that the feet that support the TV were too far apart to fit on our TV table. So I returned with the base from our old one to see if it would work with the new one. It did not. So the sales rep informed me that I would need to purchase a stand that would fit the new one. They did not have it in stock, though it is an item they carry. His recommendation was to check Best Buy or Wal Mart and see if they had it. No luck. Was I really supposed to have to run all over town to get something to make this expensive purchase functional? The next suggestion was that we order it online. In the meantime, the TV is basically useless. I was concerned that I might get the wrong stand, so ended up asking him to order it for us. He said it could take up to 2 weeks to arrive! Isn't this a video only store? Isn't this a product they carry? There was zero motivation to do anything other than act helpless in the face of this problem! But I ordered the stand and it came in a few days. When I got it home, I had a couple of questions from the instructions, strongly advising checking to be sure it was the right size for the TV. The size chart in the TV manual wasn't clear to me. I took the stand and TV manuals in to ask my question and the rep was incredibly condescending and couldn't even acknowledge how it could be confusing. He also insisted that they would never have sold us the wrong size product as they are a video only store. That was pretty much the last straw. I probably would not have written this review if he had not conducted himself that way. I cannot recommend this store.
