My service ended up being a lot more complicated than I was originally prepared for and I ended up having to come back multiple times. I really appreciated that everytime I stopped by, the guys working recognized me and already knew what was going on so I never had to repeat myself. They were all extremely professional and went out of their way to walk me through procedures and made personal recommendations for replacement parts. My computer is working better than it has in years now and I'm so thankful. It took a while (through no fault of theirs), but they accomplished exactly what I needed to happen.     I had a 3:40 appointment to get my phone battery replaced. I thought my phone was up to date since…read moreI had auto update on. So they were kind enough to plug it in to update. I waited over an hour and my service tech was helping someone else. I asked if it's ok to go to my car for about 20 minutes and was told yes and to just take my phone. I did what I needed and went back only to be told they had NO certified tech able to do the actual work. Which means I spent over 90 minutes waiting to be told I would have to make a new appointment. I had already drive. 45 minutes for this appointment and it was just a waste of my time and gas.

    Went into Springfield Target for a couple things. Most important was some facial cleanser. I…read morenoticed most of these items are under lock & key. I found what I needed and there was a service button to push for help getting merchandise(locked up). I waited and waited, decided to push the button on the machine in the next aisle ( incase 1st wasn't working). Finally girl came & I got my item. I also needed some nail polish . I wasn't in a hurry & decided to browse the store a bit before I checked out. After about 30 minutes, I went to the ladies room. Not wanting to bring unpaid merchandise into, I set it on a shelf across from the Starbucks, thinking it would be safe for 5 minutes. Well, unfortunately it was not. I came out and it was no where insight. I assumed someone was watching me and stoled it! I was pissed I wasted my time! I could have gone back to cosmetics and gone through all that again but I chose screw this.... I'll go to Fred Meyers! I know theft is out of control, especially Target for some reason. I was in this same store in August with my daughter. She needed to try on clothes. No one working back in the women's dressing rooms.The dressing room was full of clothes & I removed them. There was an enormous pile of tags that looked like ripped off from items. To me it looked like someone went into that dressing room with a pile of items & tore all the tags/tickets off and probably walked out the store. There are dishonest people out there, but Target needs to do a better job. There should have been staff working back there cleaning out dressing rooms and helping customers. While I was waiting for my daughter, several customers were waiting for open dressing rooms. All the doors were closed. Customers didn't know if rooms were open or not. I will say the entire dressing area was a mess! Maybe a perfect setup for thefts !

    I came in here yesterday thinking I needed a new battery for the key fob to a friend's truck I'm…read morecurrently driving. It started acting up the day before, and I couldn't unlock it. The story of locking myself out of his truck with the keys in my hand makes for a great phone call. I walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee, who was very kind and helpful. I explained what had happened. He took it all apart and asked me questions. Given it isn't my own truck and key fob, I didn't have the best answers. The nicest thing was the employee asked me if I knew about the hidden key inside the fob. Which I didn't until I called my friend when the fob stopped working. I really appreciate when someone wants to teach me something new, and was kind about it. The employee had everything fixed and put back together in less than ten minutes. I asked if we could go outside and test it. We walked out and each pushed the lock and unlock buttons, so it was clear everything was working perfectly. I noticed two other employees who asked if I was being helped and then moved on to the next customer to help them. They all appeared to be as kind and welcoming as the one helping me. The whole thing cost me like $25. It wasn't expensive, in my opinion. He stapled the receipt to a flyer that I left in the truck for warranty purposes. He was happy to put the warranty stuff in my friend's name and phone number. When cashing me out, he asked if I needed anything else. I said, I've never been here. Find me something I can't live without. He told me about a couple specials, although nothing I needed at that moment. But he still tried, and I was happy to hear about all of it. Would I return? Absolutely! The customer service here was amazing. Most of the time when I'm talking about anything car related, I'm met with someone who is condescending because I'm female. It's happened a million times before. But it didn't here, and I'm definitely impressed. It took ten minutes and $25 for the problem to be fixed, with no effort on my part. It was all done for me. I left extremely happy about the entire thing, and would absolutely come back in the future. Review 40 of 2025.

Came home, plugged it in, no internet connection, Bill called PC & Mac Solutions & they told him bring it back they would fix the issue...Home again plugged it in & still no connection to internet, called again..Bill said he wasn't happy & wanted his money back & the staff said that's not possible..in store credit only!!! We were given a name of another computer designer (John Cook) he was our HERO..he made this horrible fiasco with PC & Mac Solutions better! He KNEW what we needed & provided the service with a functional PC Tower...He also mentioned that the specifications we asked for weren't there w/PC Solutions Dell Tower. PLUS the tower wasn't cleared/cleaned of information from a previous owner!!WHAT???? WARNING...BE SURE YOU READ SIGNS (if they are placed in the store so they are visible) & ask questions-questions so you don't end up like we did! Feeling like we were taken advantage of!!!
