Got a call several days later that I needed to come back in with the phone because they did not get a receipt in their system when they scanned the phone to me. Told me if I didn't come in for them to fix their screw up, it would eventually be marked as stolen and would cause me more trouble. I went into the store and spent over 2 hours without the issue being resolved, (and had to leave my new phone there and they reactivated my old phone) but with the hopes they would have it fixed before the store closed that day since I already had a phone case & screen protector on the new one. Never got a call back before store closed. I had to follow up and they told me they put in a ticket but AT&T was going to be closing for the weekend and it may be Monday before it was resolved, & they would let me know of updates... I called back to see about my old phone they reactivated cuz it was originally supposed to have been returned by that Sunday. They told me I'd have to call back tomorrow (Saturday) when the manager was there cuz she had just left and she was the only one that could answer that. I called back Saturday during the hours she would be there and they would not answer my call until the 4th time I tried and then would not let me speak to the manager and was rude and asked me what I needed. I didn't even have to explain the situation to this person I've never spoken to before, she already seemed to be in the loop and was annoyed I was calling. She told me with the open ticket it would not be an issue. OK.. well Monday rolls around and what do you know, no phone call or updates. I had to travel out of state the next day and I got an email that day from AT&T saying, "we didn't get your old phone return" & you will be charged the remainder of the balance if not sent in.. On return of my trip, I called to check in because I did not get any updates the entire week I was gone. When the original person I had been working with, Jennifer, answered, she said, they haven't fixed that for you yet?? NOPE. She attempted to get info on it but the manager was out again and now the district manager was on vacation as well and she had to look into it more.. 2 more days go by and still nothing back so I contact AT&T myself and they said this was odd and have never heard before, there was no open ticket, and my account was back to the way it originally was before the upgrade and that I should go through the process again and have it shipped so I don't have to deal with the store again. I start going through that process and realize my account is not back to how it was, now the system shows my old phone as my new one with one payment made towards it and I still had the activation fee on my account for a phone I don't even have in my possession. So now I get to sort that out as well after I get thru the upgrade process again on a phone I should have had 3 weeks ago without all this BS runaround. For a problem they created and had no urgency to correct for a FirstNet member. I went to the store today to retrieve my phone case and screen protector and the store wasn't even open, with a line of people waiting outside. Guess I'm out those as well. Says they open at 10 but no staff showed up yet as I drove by at 10:22, and spoke to someone who had been waiting. No sign on the door either. If you've read this far, l would choose a different store entirely or do everything online from here on out. What a joke. Negative stars if reviews would allow.

She asked for his pin and he put the pin in his phone and she huffed and puffed because she wanted the account pin. He was frustrated and confused because he is elderly and is not good with technology. She was not stop using a belittling voice and aggressive tone. He was tired of her making him feel like he was a lesser human than her and started raising his voice. He told this "Manager" he wants his money back if they are refusing to fix it. She said she will call the police. And she did. She wasted police time and resources because she sucks at her job. They got back to me right away, and scheduled an appointment for the next day to pump our two tanks. They arrived a little early, which was great, and did a fantastic job on both of the tanks. I've included some before, and after pictures that they provided, as well as looking at them visually from when they were completed, and the difference is astounding. Not only did they remove the waste, but they cleaned both tanks. In addition, Loose Deuce performed some cleaning and maintenance on our main house tank, that is a dual chamber 1500 gallon tank. I've included photos of the difference, and they also showed me how to perform maintenance on them as well as how often. They also set up email reminders on a schedule for us, to avoid letting them go too far before pumps. Shawn and his crew are also super nice and helpful. They went above and beyond for an extremely reasonable price. I like to support small, local businesses and Loose Deuce is a great example of why. Exceptional service and results. Over roughly a year and a half, I dealt with recurring instability and spent a lot of time troubleshooting on my side and working with support. I replaced equipment early on and kept trying to make it work, but reliability never reached the level I need. The last straw was a customer engagement issue. I made a LinkedIn post describing what I was experiencing. A company leader commented on the post, but the response was directed toward another commenter and not to me, the customer who raised the issue. That moment clarified where the consumer experience sat in the priority stack, at least from my perspective. On December 12, 2025 I took the equipment offline due to reliability concerns, returned it on December 17, 2025, and moved back to Xfinity. In my environment, stability returned immediately after the change. I also want to give credit where it is due. Aleas (pronounced "ah-lee-s," and I apologize if I have the spelling slightly off) made me feel like I mattered as a customer in this situation. Jennifer did as well. In my professional estimation, both deserve a raise. The only other positive experience I had was the installer, who was a genuinely friendly and professional guy. I paid a month in advance, spent about a year and a half troubleshooting stability problems, and ultimately had to go back to Xfinity to get reliable service again. I am a Technical Consultant with 30+ years in support, hardware, and software, and I exhausted every reasonable step on my side before giving up on their connection. Hunter knows their equipment has been offline at my location since the 11th, yet they are keeping the month I paid in advance and are now trying to charge me roughly another $100 on top of that. From what I can tell, somewhere around 95% of their revenue comes from government and enterprise contracts. Any business they lose on the consumer side does not appear to affect their bottom line in a meaningful way. They grew up servicing government clients and, in my opinion, they operate like a government contractor, with the same IT and responsiveness shortcomings I have seen in that world. To be fair, the customer service representatives I spoke with generally seemed to care and tried to help. My concern is with upper management and policy. In my view, they show very little interest in doing what is right for consumer-level customers, even when the service has been unstable and that fact is well documented.

When I finally canceled, they stole $103 for the next billing cycle saying some garbage about how they couldn't refund me because it was for the month coming up. WHAT? Then they said they couldn't give me the money due that I didn't use. THEN they hung up. I could take them to small claims, but that's way too much time to waste. Don't use Hunter. I got T-Mobile that just plugs in, is less than half the price and works perfectly.

I wrote an email explaining the situation to Cellairis and asking for a refund for the repair which broke the phone. They called me back and said they would not replace my phone. I said that I did not ask them to replace my phone. They had not even read the whole email before calling me to tell me "no." They then, of course, said it was their policy not to offer refunds for repairs either. So now that I have paid for a repair, I will also be paying for a replacement. I would have saved myself $200 and a massive headache by never coming here.
