This morning, a couple months later, after closing my T-Mobile account and being told that they were sorry I was leaving so quickly but to return if I changed my mind, I was checking my bank info and discovered that they, T-Mobil, decided they needed some cash I guess.....so they took $250 out of my Bank account. Calling Customer Service got me nowhere and I was told that I now have to take half a day, drive to their store in Hadley and battle it out there to get my money refunded. Nice work if you can get it, eh?. Need some $$$.....??? Just hit up a 18 hour former customer and grab whatever you want. Rich Briere

Her technician explained the original repair occurred due to the fact he didn't realize my frame was bent, after paying to have the screen repaired my front camera was not functional. The technician explained that it was a software update issue and to complete x steps and it would correct itself. I updated the software and the camera which was functional prior to repair was still not functioning. I called the store and was transferred to the owner who screamed at me saying camera failing was a known issue, and that I should have known that it was a possibility. She didn't want to take responsibility for the issue. I would not use this store and would not recommend this store or services to anyone. I would give it a zero if I could!

I talked to Abby and Garrett and told them I needed headphones that went over my head. Garrett knew exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. He found me the best headphones that I absolutely love. He gave me color options and told me all about them, including the fact they are solar! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I was happy to buy from Abby and Garrett. They were both kind and fun to talk to. I will definitely be back.

Her story was that store was a third-party store for Verizon and unless you pay $40.00, they can't help you. As a Veteran and a senior citizen, I was appalled that they would even ask for more money after the phones were sent to me from Verizon why doesn't Verizon honor there own phone at a store that says Verizon on it. I did return the phones back to Verizon this morning and told them I would do juts what I am doing let others know how it went with Verizon, and it was horrendous dealing with their customer service. I rather stay with T-Mobile. The service might not be as good as Verizon, but the customer service is a hell of a lot better. If I was you, I stay away from this Verizon store, better yet stay away from The Verizon company all together. In the long run, the lies Verizon sells you isn't worth falling for and their customer service for Cell phones is horrible. Take it from me, I've been run around for days now because of their BS.

Just switched from Verizon Wireless after researching the pros and cons of Cricket Wireless pre…read morepaid plan VS Verizon Wireless pre paid plan. I was really hoping to find a service that offered an unlimited data plan. After debating between Metro Pcs which I had before I read they are tethered on the TMobile network and I am not impressed with the coverage of Tmobile. I looked up the network Cricket runs on and saw they run on AT&T network towers, so thats pretty reassuring. I went in and was able to switch my Verizon Iphone6 to cricket in under a half hour. Manny I believe his name was is a really personable nice guy who helped me and answered any questions I had. I went from paying upwards of 180 a month in plan/data to 65 a month with unlimited data. I am really impressed with Cricket Wireless and happy with how quick it actually took.
