I thought, surely they can help with this simple task. I over estimated the ability of Stafford AT&T. First trip: "computers are down, gonna be down for hours." Fine.... Mildly annoying but I get it. Second trip weeks later: "we're out of those screen protectors, go to Enfield they will have one." Mind you I have the newest iPhone out. Was also told they won't have more for a month! I live in Stafford, I'm not going on a mission trip to Enfield. Guess I'll just wait a month while my brand-new iPhone raw-dogs the world. Great job, Stafford AT&T!

I found Udroppedit! online and we dropped it off around 10am and they had it totally repaired in a little over an hour ! When my husband went to pick it up, it looked and worked like a brand new ipad ! They fixed all the mistakes DannyPC had made. I contacted AT&T on December 27th due to a problem that we were having with our service. After…read moretalking to the customer service representative, it was determined that we needed an updated box since we have had the same receiver box since 2010. An appointment was set up for Monday December 31st. We received a phone call on Sunday night stating that the appointment would have to be cancelled as the technician did not have a receiver box (which I believe is necessary for any Direct TV customer) and the earliest they could come was Thursday, Jan. 3rd. We continued to have problems with the sound on our receiver (which was the original problem that caused us to purchase a new television) We contacted customer service again and the earliest appointment we can get is Monday January 7th. After spending over 300 dollars for a new television and missing work as they did not call until the night before to cancel we are told that we will have to wait a week and a half to resolve this problem. I feel that it is poor customer service as we called on December 27th and they set us up as a priority and got an appointment within 2 days and then appointment cancelled the night before. We missed work and when calling customer service stating that they could not help us even though the equipment that they supposedly was out of was a common piece of equipment that any customer needs. After being a customer for over 20 years I feel that is is a disgrace as to how they treat their long standing customers
