It was a love affair with my Iphone. Really it was. Not really a long lasting relationship. I know this because it was really hot, at first. Then, after a few months, it cooled down and became comfortable. I became somewhat satisfied. Fat, dumb, and happy as it may be. Then, I realized this wasn't a relationship, really. Iphone was the hot chick. The one I dreamed of and was always jealous when other lesser dudes ended up with her. I realized this wasn't really love at all. I was just wasting my time. She noticed and decided to upgrade herself, personally. She got some surgery to get a larger aperture for her camera. She worked out and got more energy with a nice processor. She even got herself a nice new wardrobe for the season from the IOS line. It wasn't enough. My mind started to drift back in June or so. I would have stayed and kept working on our relationship, but she kept her camera with 8 megapixels. That bugged me to the point where my heart strayed away. You see, I love me some megapixels. Not only that, but I met someone. I met a girl with the same aperture size but her megapixels were out of this world. Yeah, she may be from the poor end of the tracks with her simple Windows and she doesn't exercises as hard because of her smaller processor. But, dang, does she drive me wild with her camera. Shallow? Maybe. But I needed a worthy travel partner for my Disney trip. Iphone just wasn't cutting it, anymore. So I dumped that broad to the curb and traded her in for my new baby, the Lumia 1020. She ain't perfect. But that yellow makes her a little flashy in a simple way. I love simple. Oh, you were looking for a store review? Ok. Great service from the lady clerk. Quick, easy, painless. Good selection of phones. All that AT&T stocks. I tried Best Buy and others for this phone. All pathetic stock. AT&T had it at the Nittany Mall so I went there. They gave me a fair trade in on the old bag, 4s. I took it. I walked out with the 1020. The accessories are really expensive at any AT&T store. But what sets this apart is the customer service. I even got an email from her with some info on my phone and protection plan. I have had subpar experiences in the past, at AT&T stores. This time it was great. So, no complaints there. It is in the Nittany Mall. Go in the first door past Macy's to find the store. To finish up my love story, we are still in the hot phase of our relationship. We are still discovering each other. But so far so good. Only annoying thing is that she is old enough, now, to be able to have a Yelp app exactly like the other girls. Yet, her Yelp app is like traveling a year or two into the past. Purgatory! Long wait. I see employees coming out from the back room. Dude- where have you been the last 15 minutes. I don't think you have to start a consultation by asking people what they use their phones for. Typically when people come in to the retail shops, they have a specific need. The vague q+a and forced pleasantries is what keeps customers in the shop unnecessarily long. I'd much rather just get in and get out. I won't remember our conversational exchanges. I will remember if I'm sitting in line and people are dragging their asses. read more

Very long wait and employees are rude and unhelpful at all!!!! We were overpaying for our plan so we came in store and asked what other plans we can do instead of the one we have and the guy said they don't have any so then I called their hotline and they changed it for us and it was unlimited unlike our old one and MUCH cheaper!!!also we got a iPhone SE and iPad came with it and right away canceled the number but then year after I was looking at my bill and my iPad number was still there and we payed extra for nothing read more

I was a former Verizon customer for 10yrs plus, was not happy with the cell phone signal so i decided to give AT&T a try because they had a unlimited plan that included tv. Now I can actually walk through my house an talk on the cell phone, so the signal is great. BUT when I signed up for the plan we signed up for the unlimited data with the DirecTv service so we didn't have to worry about going over anymore. We have made numerous attempts to get DirecTv to come out to set up everything we are suppose to have, they also have taken 175.00 on 2 different occasions saying every time when we pay this they will install the equipment. We spoke with 2 different sale reps from AT&T on the phone telling us if we tried a couple different times an different ways to fulfill our end of the agreement that AT&T would just keep us on the unlimited plan. Well needless to say after having AT&T for almost 6 months now they are FORCING US to change to a 10 gigabyte WHICH IS NOT WHAT WE AGREED AN SIGNED UP FOR, since we are still without DirecTv my kids are streaming videos an actually watching Netflix, THANK GOD FOR NETFLIX.... Let me remind you this is the first time my son has ever had any form of tv other than repeatedly playing DVD's over an over. An as any good parent they try to keep their promises to their children. Its hard to try explain why we can't watch any tv that we signed up for, now I basically gotta rip the tablet from my child's hand so we are not racking up an outrageous bill. I am very upset that I have made a 2yr commitment with this company and they can't fulfill there end of the agreement an are forcing me to take a plan I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. ITS ACTUALLY SAD BECAUSE I ENJOYED AT&T UNTIL THIS. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED HOW WE ARE BEING TREATED AN FORCED TO SETTLE FOR SOMETHING WE DID NOT AGREE ON IN THE FIRST PLACE.
