It was a love affair with my Iphone. Really it was…read more Not really a long lasting relationship. I know this because it was really hot, at first. Then, after a few months, it cooled down and became comfortable. I became somewhat satisfied. Fat, dumb, and happy as it may be. Then, I realized this wasn't a relationship, really. Iphone was the hot chick. The one I dreamed of and was always jealous when other lesser dudes ended up with her. I realized this wasn't really love at all. I was just wasting my time. She noticed and decided to upgrade herself, personally. She got some surgery to get a larger aperture for her camera. She worked out and got more energy with a nice processor. She even got herself a nice new wardrobe for the season from the IOS line. It wasn't enough. My mind started to drift back in June or so. I would have stayed and kept working on our relationship, but she kept her camera with 8 megapixels. That bugged me to the point where my heart strayed away. You see, I love me some megapixels. Not only that, but I met someone. I met a girl with the same aperture size but her megapixels were out of this world. Yeah, she may be from the poor end of the tracks with her simple Windows and she doesn't exercises as hard because of her smaller processor. But, dang, does she drive me wild with her camera. Shallow? Maybe. But I needed a worthy travel partner for my Disney trip. Iphone just wasn't cutting it, anymore. So I dumped that broad to the curb and traded her in for my new baby, the Lumia 1020. She ain't perfect. But that yellow makes her a little flashy in a simple way. I love simple. Oh, you were looking for a store review? Ok. Great service from the lady clerk. Quick, easy, painless. Good selection of phones. All that AT&T stocks. I tried Best Buy and others for this phone. All pathetic stock. AT&T had it at the Nittany Mall so I went there. They gave me a fair trade in on the old bag, 4s. I took it. I walked out with the 1020. The accessories are really expensive at any AT&T store. But what sets this apart is the customer service. I even got an email from her with some info on my phone and protection plan. I have had subpar experiences in the past, at AT&T stores. This time it was great. So, no complaints there. It is in the Nittany Mall. Go in the first door past Macy's to find the store. To finish up my love story, we are still in the hot phase of our relationship. We are still discovering each other. But so far so good. Only annoying thing is that she is old enough, now, to be able to have a Yelp app exactly like the other girls. Yet, her Yelp app is like traveling a year or two into the past. But I love the left to right functionality. That chick can dance!

Do yourself a favor and take the 30 minute drive to Burnham, PA to the Corporate store. Burnham will actually take care of you and won't scam you. I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile through this store in October 2023. I brought 4 lines over and was told three of the phones were eligible for the "Keep and Switch" promotion where T-Mobile pays up to $800 of your remaining phone balance from your old carrier. One of these three devices was not eligible for the promo - yes I should have read the fine print but I assumed the store salesman knew what the promo covered. So there was $800 I wasn't planning to spend. THEN the salesmen told me I could buy up to $800 worth of retail merchandise in the store because I would get $200 per line in rebate debit cards when I switched. So I bought $800 worth of stuff I really didn't need but was sold on the fact that it was "free" through the rebates. Only two of my lines were eligible for this promo so I am now on the hook for $400 worth of merchandise I did not need to buy and had no intention of buying when I went into the store. I only bought it because the salesman said it was covered and confirmed to me that it was when I questioned him multiple times throughout the purchase. I have attempted to contact store management for the past three months but the manager is conveniently never working when I call. She also never contacts me when I stop into the store and her staff take down my info and tell me she will call me tomorrow. The staff also rarely answers the phone at all so don't expect to ever get in touch with people here. T-Mobile should shut this retailer down because it is giving the whole carrier a terrible reputation. I know I am not the only person this has happened to. Avoid this store at all costs!!

Instead of best buy sending the cord they have me returning the computer back to a best buy store. The closest store to Lewistown PA is State College about a 40 minute drive. This will not only take time but also gas money for the round trip. I hope I will not have a problem when I arrive at the store. Made me buy two different motherboards for a pc repair because they couldn't tell me what was…read moreactually wrong with it. They've had my PC for over a month now. They said once I picked up the new motherboard and gave it to them, it would be done within a day. It's been four days and they never reached back out to me. I had to go inside the store to ask about the repair. They said they put the motherboard in and it's still not turning on. I brought it here in the first place to figure out what was wrong and none of the 15-20 potential IT/Computer science majors could figure out what was wrong. They are now "taking things out and putting them in again" to figure out what the issue is. Comical. Please go to any other tech repair shop than Best Buy especially the state college Best Buy, they are completely incompetent.
