Since I finally decided to ditch the over priced Xfinity internet, I figured I'd give Metro a try since a friend has the T-Mobile 5G internet and loves it which is the same device and network Metro uses as well. The only drawback is you need to go into a Metro store to sign up for the 5G Internet unlike being able to sign up online or by phone as T-Mobile does. Yesterday (12.29.23) I made a trip to Metro at Northland Centre near Giant on N.Atherton St. and the Metro store has vanished !!!! poof ! gone ! The store is empty, the signage gone and a note taped inside the door stating the store is closed for good and the closest Metro store is Altoona (???!!!). It was there just a few weeks ago. The website and customer service folks told me it was still operating as I stood in front of an empty store !! They argued with me that it's still there ! Lol... I finally had to send a picture to the Metro service rep who was arguing with me . Bottom Line: THE N ATHERTON METRO STORE NO LONGER EXISTS! it is gone !! Sad ... :-(

Montour's attitude when requesting a refund was "you didn't ask nor did we tell you" we are not using Apple parts. Great business model - very deceiving. Funny- the repair cost was about the same amount as Apple. I learned to ask more questions when its an Apple product needing repair. Be careful with this company.
