I didn't wait long and the music was nice to listen to while waiting. I was paired with Desean and he was an absolute delight to work with! He was friendly and took his time to help me set up my account. Ensured I got all eligible discounts, auto pay set up, and confirmed all information prior to me leaving. The bundle deal I left with is a much better value for services than what I had previously. Overall, very happy with my choice to come here. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The store manager was horribly rude to me the first time I went in to start a new phone line to separate my account from my ex husband. Showed absolutely no sympathy to the situation. I left, collected myself, came back in, and was met with Desean. Young kid, nice enough, but doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. Helped me get what i needed, but also questioned me and borderline shamed me as to why I "was so young and getting divorced". As if it was anyone's business or place to ask. Just do your job and worry about yourself. Don't want anyone to lose their job- but this store needs some SERIOUS training in professionalism and customer service. Theyre a multi Billion dollar company, they cut off the people who've dedicated their life (their work hours to them, some of which invested not onky time but money into 401ks, and retirement) and made it 10x's harder for their customers to be able to actually solve problems!!!! Went into location to upgrade phone. Was sold a screen protector, being assured there was free lifetime replacement. A few weeks later, the cover is cracked and I go on to get my free replacement, just to be told it cost $8 and some change to replace it. The employee, customer service, and the store manager all apologized but said they would not honor the sales pitch given by the employee. Horrible customer service. Two employees working in this big store with only two iPads a gentleman came in and said you will have to wait on the iPad all I needed was a SIM card for my mom's home phone. I had to wait and watch a salesman socializing with a customer the other salesman worked really hard with his customers. Once my salesman was ready for me he was very polite and I was such an easy resolution to a problem. Unprofessional. When I arrived at the store, the first CSR agent, just decided to start resetting settings on the device without my consent. Then he went and talked to his manager, Gloria, and they decided to start messing with the phone without any consulting with me. When I followed them to the back of the store and tell them what I had already done with Apple Support, they had no interest in listening to what I had to say. They came back and told me that I needed to go to apple. They would not listen to my complaint and only offered that I go to Apple to fix my issues, after an hour of pleading the issue and them telling me that it was the device, I convinced them to try the SIM in a non apple device and then realized that it wasn't the device and that it was actually the network like I was trying to say from the beginning. They then finally got on with Advanced Tech Support and they fixed the issue. Their tactic of just trying to push me out the door was not appreciated and a complaint has filed with the ATT Complaint Line. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated by this team and would not recommend anyone ever going to this store for the poor customer service and attitude that the CSR and MANAGER had. read more

We have been customers for 5 years and are moving to the Temple area. To be blunt, customer service has been less than satisfactory in the Enid, OK store. So much so that we were debating on changing to another service. Rano waited on us and completely changed our attituted about at&t customer service. She is an excellent at&t rep. She showed us how to save money on our monthly plan. We will continue our relationship with at&t because she knows her job and exceeds expectations in customer service. Completely understand that employees are hard to find right now in this world. However been sitting here for 45mins still have 3 in front of me. I don't mind waiting at all my issue is that there are 10 people in here waiting to be helped . There are only 3 employees present on the floor total 1 being the manager Thomas. Understand breaks and lunches have to be taking ... is sitting at the desk just sitting there on his phone looking through it nothing else. While his 2 other employees are working hard to get the customers in and out of the store. He should help his employees not just sit on his phone checking people in when they walk in and then back to his desk sitting down on his phone. Never had an issue with this store usually everyone is so nice and polite which they were today as well as Thomas but this one manager isn't helping his employees at all to get rid of the crowd. Ran into a snag on the internet order I made and was advised the only way to move forward in the process was to bring two forms of ID to the local store. Went to the store with two forms of ID in hand. Joy the Assistant Manager had a guy named Zach try to help me out.I was told it would be just a few minutes and the next thing I knew I spent over an hour in the store. Both of them were on the phone with customer service for a while. Instead of simply verifying my ID and fulfilling my online order they basically built an order from scratch. They kept saying it'd be another 10 or 15 or 20 minutes etc. An hour and a half later I just gave up and left the store and cancel the whole process. Joy and Zach did not honor the insurance that I wanted and said that the only thing they can do was give me the $15 plan. Joey tried to sell me TV service that I didn't need. guess they are just commission hungry folks and don't want to actually solve problems. I had to repeat my personal information about 15 different times for them to finally get it right and then when I was ready to hand over my debit card to pay the taxes on the phones they wanted me to pay an additional $200. They only ported over one number successfully from Sprint. It was just a total mess from the get-go. Even worse than their incompetent and rude customer service reps and chat reps. Complete waste of time. Later on I checked the port status from AT&T and it said that one of our phone numbers would still be ported over after Joy assured me that would not happen. I sent her an e-mail which she has completely ignored. guess the other reviews are right: this place sucks. I wish that I could have fulfilled the order completely online and had the phones shipped to my house it would have avoided this complete waste of time. Many of the staff appear to have attitude. Unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and you feel like you're putting them out by being there. I went in today, bringing my laptop because I couldn't access my AT&T email from it. Had first been to the Belton store. Both places wouldn't even look at my laptop to see what I was talking about, claiming this was not something they have any knowledge of, or experience with. The rep who handled me in Temple said "We don't touch laptops," when I indicated what I wanted. Instead they both gave me a phone number for their tech support so they could "unlock" my computer and pushed me out the door. On to the next customer! When I called their "helpline," same deal. Zero, absolutely zero customer service, from this bunch of auto bots. I eventually solved the problem myself - at home. Nothing had to be "unlocked." On second thought maybe they're not being able to put their hands on my device is a good thing. Trashy people, trashy treatment. Their products are good, their staff are not. Wake up, AT&T! I've been with them 10 years but I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Is this the face you want people to see when they are searching for quality products and quality help? The biggest issue here is poor customer service. I've always had issues with poor customer service at this location, but what has pushed me to write this review was the treatment my grandmother received at this location. My family has moved out of state, so I am unable to update my grandmother's iphone when needed and she isn't exactly iphone savy, so she needs assistance sometimes. Keep in mind she's a little, frail, elderly, sweet woman. I encouraged her to stop by the AT&T store so that they could help her connect to the wifi and install the update. She stopped by and the guy told her "Well...it's going to take 4 hours to update." Now I KNOW it does not take 4 hours to update. Maybe if she was several operating system back, but she's stayed up to date on the iOs installations, so it should only take maybe an hour max. My grandmother told the young man "Well I have the time..." and he replied "So you're going to sit here for four hours?" She became discouraged and left the location and went home. The young man didn't need to worry about the time it was going to take. If she said she had the time, she had the time. Just install the update, help her, and she would have been satisfied and gone. Now she's too discouraged to even go back. He's lucky I'm no longer living in Texas, otherwise, he would have received a nice little visit from me. I felt so bad for my grandmother and it is disappointing to know that young men from my home town have such poor skills and little kindness when it comes to the elderly. read more

.I ordered home phone service on the 5th of July, received both a text and email verifying the order. Was to be installed the 11th. When no technician by 11am, called to check status. No record of my order. They reorder it. SWEAR it will be installed by 8pm. I had to drop off something a few streets over, so I kept my phone in my hand. It doesn't ring. I check it when I'm returning and see a missed call. No voicemail. I call back- its the service technician, but he doesn't answer. I call dispatch; he says the technician was at my house when he called, but the call came in while I was in sight of my driveway, still on the street, and no one was there. The technician refuses to call back or answer his phone. I call service again, explain that I ordered it a week ago because I NEED THE PHONE TODAY; they swear it is going to happen. It doesn't. I call first thing this morning, and am told that because I was not home when their invisible technician arrived to do the installation, it will be Monday before I can have the service. I am going ahead with the installation because I need the damned phone, but I will be switching all of my current AT&T services to another provider as soon as possible. Before this event I would have rated them an A; now I will tell anyone and everyone that they are liars who provide poor customer service. I am just furious. I have used them since 2009, but apparently they have enough new customers that the loyal ones can go hang. *update* spoke to the retention department. NOW there is suddenly a "balance issue" with my wiring and the technician needs parts to do the install. Which will be magically fixed come Monday. They give their word. I spoke to a salesman on the phone a few months ago in regards to homebase. Friendly. Helpful. Call today and set up an appointment for 130 there at 115. Check in. And sit and wait. Lots of folks who had appointments were doing their deals and lots who had just walked in were sitting and waiting. So 130 comes and goes the floor mgr stops by and says our sales guy is finishing. About 2 the salesman stops by and says he tied up for another 10-15 minutes. We say no worries About 230 he comes back and says he wants to turn us over to someone else. I say naw. We get up and leave. So we make an appointment. There's a floor manger Still late and I never get to talk to the sales guy that we spend 50 minutes in the car to see. I'm a legally blind guy. So it takes some doing for me to just get there. The sales guy didn't know that. But if your in sales you should always be open to that sort of thing. And what does the floor manger do. I'm still going to try the homebase. But my family and I as well as anyone that I can convince not to waste your time at this store will never shop there again. It would also be helpful to find out if any regional mangers read these types of reviews. It's a sad day for consumers that go in this store. read more

Pierre was a good salesman & set us up with a new plan & DIRECTV, HOWEVER, he told us he was going to wipe our old device clean "so it would be as good as new". He didn't & the next user had access to all my personal information: Facebook account, messages, emails, passwords, bank account information, etc. when I spoke to the manager, she escorted me out of the store and said there was nothing she could do. read more

Went in to switch out my iphone for a new one. Simple enough procedure. When I got it on the first visit, the dude didn't do the exchange for my old phone, so I had to pay instead of getting a $7 credit. Probably my fault for not reminding him. Second trip I got the dude to do the exchange...but he couldn't do the exchange. System was down. So, he sets up my phone and sends me on my way with the understanding I'd have to go back and exchange my old one on another day. Never mind that I'm a teacher with 8 kids including 2 sets of multiples under the age of 6. When I start customizing my phone I noticed a vertical line running down my phone. So I went for my third visit. When I explained the issue, the dude goes, "We can't do anything about this. It's an apple issue." The nearest apple store is 60 miles away. Again, the schedule thing. I have to drive 60 miles to fix an issue on a phone that I've had 5 minutes. I offered for them to reconsider before I walked out, but they said it was out of their hands. read more

WARNING if you have a galaxy note 4 and your having a camera issue beware of the exchange program. My galaxy note 4 was having camera issues mind you I never dropped it and stayed clear of water and protected it as much as I possible could by getting a invisashield glass mirror screen protector and a case which all they had at the time was the s view case. So I called this number that at&t gave me and the lady wirelessly hooked up to my phone and she could see the camera was bad. So I sent it in and and got a replacement device and thought everything was okay. That was about three weeks ago. Yesterday I recived a box and it was my old phone and a bill with a notice saying due to a damaged lcd screen we will have to charge you the full amount of the phone, mind you there is no physical damage to the phone. So i called the number on the bottom of the paper and the guy said im being chaged because of small microscopic cracks in the screen that could only be seen with a high def camera and not with the naked eye . So I'm like okay if I knew if the screen had microscopic cracks in it I would have took it the shop myself and got the camera fixed. I will be going back to iPhone because if I have an issue with my phone I will just go to the apple store instead of at&t. read more

Bought a life proof case for an iPhone. When I got home, I realized a piece was missing. Went back to store and they signed me in so I could wait over an hour. All they had to do was pull another from their drawer. I couldn't wait that long and had to leave. The leading in in competence.! I have spent over a month trying to get my account fixed both in store and on the phone with AT&T! I have spoken with countless sales associates managers and yet here I am on Yelp and I am still highly and I mean highly disappointed in the service that I have received from AT&T! ! I have spent my time and the most that AT&T can do for me is remove items that should have never been on my bill. And then give me a pat on the head with a $25.00 credit for my time!! The service in store has been nothing but a colossal cluster ______ of incompetents I have dealt with sales manager Johnny Gonzalez and he is seen me in the store on numerous occasions trying to fix this and it wasn't even him, being the manager that offered me this wonderful $25 of credit! Every time I go into this store they have terrible customer service. It's not that often, maybe once a year if not every two years and it never changes. Today I went in, asked one of the employees to put my name on the list because no one was at the door to do so, and then waited for 30 minutes. In that time I saw two or three employees wondering around, playing on computers, or chatting with each other. Then the girl that I originally asked to put my name on the list finished helping the person she had been with, walked to the other side of the store, and played on her phone for 10 or 15 minutes. Another employee finishes helping someone, walks to the front of the store, and starts chatting with the girl I first encountered and the girl who had finally come back to the front of the store to take names. When he finally finished talking he started to walk towards me, but walked past me instead. I finally asked him if anyone was going to help me and he told me that only the other two employees sitting with other people could help me and that he was going on his lunch break. When one of them finished up the girl that had been playing on her phone finally came over to help me. What the hell? If she had been on her lunch break that's fine, but go to the back of the store where no one can see you. If she was on the clock that's another story and she should have come over right away and helped me. I shouldn't have to wait that long for someone to answer one question about a technical issue I was having. Will never go back to this store again. read more
