Complete incompetence from these employees. I came into this store 9 months ago for a promotion to switch over from T-mobile by turning in my old phone and getting promised $700 dollars towards my bill. Michelle was so incompetent, she submitted the promotion incorrectly. I have been to this store a dozen times to fix this and get the promised $700. Today I was told that it was denied because the promotion is over with and there was "changes" made to my plan. I never made any changes. So because of these employees incompetence, they got my old iPhone for free and I'm out $700 from my bill. Absolutely disgusting and such a scam. Absolute joke of a company and customer service... Update: just got off the phone with a Verizon customer service after speaking to Cellular Sales, who denied the promotion because the "plan changed". Turns out Cellular sales changed my plan back in February WITHOUT my consent, so the promotion would be denied. Cellular sales is a complete scam and shady business. I can't believe they treat customers like this and rob them out of money after taking their iPhones. Stay away from this scam of a "Company". read more

I filed a repair claim online with Asurion, and was sent to a location in Killleen that does not exist. So I went to the Verizon store in Cove where I bought my phone, and they were helpful and professional in helping me solve the issue. read more

I have to say this was definitely one of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time! My wife had issues with her phone so we went in for a solution. We were greeted by a sales rep (Mannie) who took care of us from start to finish. Very professional, very informative, and extremely helpful. We ended up getting new phones, and he took his time ensuring all of our information was transferred from our old phones to the new ones meeting our satisfaction. To say I know much about these newfangled phones would be an understatement. Luckily for me I went to Verizon in Copperas Cove and found the magnificent Michelle Navasca! She was incredibly knowledgeable about setting my new phone up. At first I balked at the $35 dollar set up fee but after watching all that went into setting up a new phone and transferring stuff from my old phone into the new one lets just say I could not have done it myself and it was well worth the money. She was patient, professional, informative, helpful really everything you could ask for in a customer service person. She is the best!! read more

Worst experience ever!!! Terrence Barker has horrible customer service. He's extremely awkward made my fiancé & I extremely uncomfortable & is very hostile. He kept giving my 10 month old daughter & I dirty looks, especially when she was making noises as if it was a problem. My fiancé would ask simple questions & he would speak to him like he's dumb or give him the run around. He doesn't sound coherent when he speaks which made my fiancé ask many questions because the man doesn't make sense! The customer service was so bad I have been considering canceling my Verizon plan which I've had for years just because of him! I understand you guys are an independent seller for Verizon but I did call Verizon's corporate to report our terrible experience & they were very upset & disturbed by our experience. Even the other employees in the building were extremely unprofessional & some dude even rudely yelled something from behind the counter when my fiancé was asking a question about a phone. I am giving a 5 star rating to Joe Balderrama. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my inquires of my new note 4 phone. He took the time to explain what our new contract will be. My husband is one who wants to know every little thing about it all before he signs that dotted line ;) Joe went above and beyond to make sure my husband knew.
