So much so that I was caught off guard by how great the customer service was when I called & probably sounded just as shocked haha. This store & surprisingly the manager on duty tonight who's name I won't say only so people don't just drop it to seem legit (sadly some a*holes do this just to try to seem like a negative review is legit in order to get some kind of credit to said store) was beyond kind, introduced himself & helpful even offering to make sure to have an employee ready to help at the time of arrival (though I only knew an about time so that's on me) & inquired as to what I was coming in for so they could make sure they were prepared to deal with said request and I'd assume not waste my time coming in if they couldn't which is a huge thing for someone with little time to work with or need it to be resolved quickly for urgent purposes and are already juggling a lot (as anyone similar can relate to). After dealing with so many horrible and literally downright disgusting treatment from so many of the services or even stores of this service I have received or still do via the phone it was so great to feel someone actually care to make an experience great right off the bat and I truly am so grateful for that. Every one tedious or stressful thing that can be turned into a pleasant experience - so much so that I take time to actually write about it deserves 5 stars. So "E" thank you you're a great manager and you're my reason for this review. I hope the in person stuff when my fiancée comes in for the new SIM card is just as great but I expect it will be! For bigger and more expensive items, i would compare pricing as sometimes they are more expensive here. My experience with Micro Center on Friday August 21, 2026 was a waste of my precious time. I went…read moreto micro center to exchange broken head phones. I was on one line for about 10 minutes. The female cashier was taking care of me, she even sent someone to get another pair of head phones for me. Staff came back with head phones, we were ready to make care the exchange when another staff came out of no where and said I have to go to the bar and get service there . I was in Micro Center for an hour just to return head phones. The manager Joel and another person told me to go to the bar. After waiting another 10 minutes at the bar for service, I was told by staff (Carlos S.) that it would take 15-20 minutes for a label to print out, which didn't make any sense to me. Instead it took 38 minutes for that label to print , supposedly. Make it make sense.
