Jesus checked out the phone and found that the screen was in perfect condition and it was only the screen protector that was damaged. He replaced the protector as quick as a bunny and we were on our way within ten minutes. Jesus was kind, knowledgeable and professional. They have three locations in Tucson so they are very conveniently located. I'm thankful we found them and know that we will take all of our techie stuff to them in the future.

But when the iPhone came out with the finge rprint ID I couldn't use the OtterBox anymore and had to get a screen cover; this is the first place that I thought of. Man, what a great investment. The store has moved since I first year do business with them. Presently it's across from Hot Topic in the Tucson mall. Several times when my phone dropped, that screen protector has saved my screen from chips, scratches, and cracks. Once you buy the screen cover, if there's any problems, they replace it for five dollars. Over the last few years, I've replaced the cover six times, which is totally worth it initial investment, compared to replacing the screen on my iPhone pro max. The staff are super cool. I've never had to wait very long to get the new screen protector replaced. So do yourself a favor, and get your screen cover before your keys scratch it. They also replace batteries and screens on iPads, in addition to full service phone repairs. I got my iPad screen replaced and that took an hour. They sale cords and cases too. He ended up replacing the camera part (pictures were blurry after the battery replacement) without charge. Simutek wanted to charge me $150 to replace the battery and instead I paid $75 at GW. I was surprised when they said that they use Apple parts, but my phone detected non-Apple parts. It is working fine and it is an old phone - so I imagine I'll be replacing it once it completely konks out.

You didn't even have the decency to tell me you removed the battery--I only discovered that after taking the phone elsewhere and attempting to charge it. I couldn't even take it anywhere else at that point to have the service done (although IFIXIT at the Tucson Mall stated that could easily transfer the data using SmartSwitch if my phone's battery had not been removed) because you removed the battery. Your response attempts to shift blame instead of taking responsibility for your actions. The facts remain unchanged: I paid for a service that was not performed, my phone was returned completely inoperable, and I was never informed that you had removed internal components from my device. He stated that he had a stroke last year and has been homeless. He said someone stole his walker that night and that he was trying to get to cricket to get his phone set up. I took him to cricket and and explained the situation. Said I was getting off soon and needed to go find him a new walker and asked if they could help him and let him stay there until I got back (took about 45 min). They were super professional and accommodated him like he was a friend. I went and got the walker and when i got back he was all set up and they where helping him walk back to his seat. In store associates need better training. They don't know what they're talking about and will give you the green light and promises of discounts but when you follow up with them later they will act like they didn't tell you that discount would apply. Retrain them or replace them at this point.

Temporary 4-star, I'll explain…read more I've been using cox for two years now. I started a service line at address 1, on a fantastic promotion they were running. As of October, this year, I acquired address 2. Cox has been great to me so far, so I started a SEPERATE line at address 2 (using yet another amazing promotion). Up to this point I am now moving out of address 1. I saw on the website that we can transfer service to a roommate (which I have at address 1). Called them up, took a few tries, but eventually got WHAT I THOUGHT (and made sure to check) was address 1 disconnected and switched to the roommate. Went into my cox account to learn they switched ADDRESS 2, taking me out of my newly started promotion and still having me associated to address 1. With how long this has been taking and for it to mess up this bad, I am PISSED. Drove to COX on Campbell, took a couple breaths before I walked, and laid it out for Roxy (employee I was chatting with). Super calm, cordial conversation. And that's where we are at with 4 stars. Online COX customer service needs some serious work (i will avoid using it again). In-person, COX is amazing, super kind employees at every location I have been at, and really are looking to help. My case is still in process, but up to this point COX on campbell has been a 5-star experience with how my situation is being handled. It will be a certified 5 if they can satisfy this case.
