From day 1, Ive had nothing but problems, CSR rep from another country deleted my account and my promotions, added a new account and someone tried to order a phone on my new account and Verizon didnt take responsibility for it. Also, my bill each day for the last 7 days with Verizon was more and more. Started out as 133.00, then 146.00, then 162.00, then 196.00, and finally 204.00 for a 1 line plan with no extras!!!! On January 18th, cancelled my account and switched to a different carrier. Was told by the CSR of Verizon (5th person), I could take my devices to the store where I made the purchases. So, we went to the Arizona Pavillions Cortaro location and it was there I explained about ALL the things I went through in the last 7 days with my new account. The CSR went to the "supposed" manager, Guadalupe, and she straight up stated she was not taking back the devices and it pretty much was not her problem!! She was overtalking both me and my husband when trying to explain everything that had happend and she was not willing to provide the "excellent customer service" that Verizon says they provide. She was resistant, rude, not helpful and could care less about my situation or what we had to say. She should not be in a management position, or any kind of higher up level, she is not for the customer, unless you are there to make a nice, big purchase!!! I will NEVER go to this location ever and BUYER BEWARE!!!! Verizon practices Bait and Switch methods. They are friendly and helpful when you want to spend money, but after, you are just another customer and could care less about helping you. Verizon will mess up your account, say they are there to help, but they dont even document your account. After only 7 days, I have switched carriers and will continue filing my reports to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission for Bait and Switch tactics, and the Attorney generals office!!!!

He passed in 2019, but I am still able to hear his voice. I was kinda having a bit of a meltdown (which I don't usually do). Luckily for me, Armando was next up to bat when I walked in the door. He was so reassuring that he was going to do everything he could to retrieve those voice mails. He was so persistent & he didn't give up!! And by gosh HE DID it!! The voice mails were saved. To finalize the order I would need to go to the store. I went to the store and the person handling the account gave me a T REVVL TAB 5G. He explained it was part of their current promotion. In October I canceled my service with TMoble but they continued charging me. I called and the representative said I did not cancel all of my service, which makes no sense to me. How do you cancel part of a service? Thay never explained to me how that can happen. They continued to charge me for something I never ordered, asked for, or knew about. Then they send me to collections. This is unamerican. I will be forced to seek legal council.

    Do not ever go to this T-Mobile store. It is the worse place to do business!…read more I ordered a replacement phone and got a text it had arrived and to pick it up within the week. I went in on Friday and they said they couldn't do it. The employee said the manager had to give him permission before he could do it but the manager was at a different location and wasn't answering the phone. He said he would have the manager call me and said he couldn't help me. The manager never called. I thought at the time that I was getting the brush off which turned out to be true. Two days later I tried to get my phone again and the employee told me the manager wasn't there again and he couldn't do it. I told him that the text said I had until Thursday to get the new phone or they would send it back. I told him I have to work until Friday so it needs to be done today. He said my only option was to cancel it and reorder it through another T-Mobile. I called another T-Mobile (45 minutes from my house) and they said they couldn't do it over the phone and I would have to drive there. I drove to the T-Mobile which was nice, professional, and helpful, cancelled my order and reordered. Kind of stupid and a waste of time but I had no other choice. I will never go back to the Oro Valley T-Mobile and I don't want anyone else to have to experience what I went through.

If you're a customer, you may want to speak up and ask of any appointments maybe ahead of you as they won't tell you. When you've been waiting for 45 minutes and someone else walks in the door and gets service it gets very annoying. The sales person should at least let you know who's next whether you have an appointment or you just walked in .

There was only 1 sales associate0 young short girl. I have spent around 20 min clarifying the terms and the price. I have selected a new Motorolla for exchange for my old iPhone, and my son selected a new iPhone to exchange for his old iPhone. The associate told that monthly pmt for Motorolla w/b $25/mo, and monthly payments for iPhone w/b $30/mo. Then I told her that we need to drive home and save our pics/ contacts from old phones to PC, and we will be back in 1 hr. In 1 hr we came back and she "fired" from the entrance that monthly payments for iPhone w/b $60/mo instead of $30/mo. I was shocked because I was expecting the promo price they advertise, which she confirmed 1 HOYR AGO. In a normal tone, I asked how come the price has changed within 1 hr? She immediately raised her voice and "fired" back: "right now!". I asked again "How?" She ran hysterically to the phone stand, without any excuses, swishing her hands and firing back that she just tried to cell the same iPhone phone to another customer, and was not able to sell for $30/mo, because the system would not let her. I silently walked the boys back to the car without saying anything, because she was very aggressive. I returned in 1 min and quietly asked her contact number for her manager. She hysterically ran out from her desk and started yelling at me right in front of my face. She screamed once again that the price has changed, and every time I tried to ask her a question she yelled that I have a very bad accent, "reminded" me that I am a foreigner, and demanded me to "leave her store immediately" otherwise she will "call the cops". FYI: I live in the United States for yrs, I am a US citizen, I have 2 BA degrees, and work as a controller. NOONE EVER acted more racist and aggressive towards me as this person. I am shocked not the way they sell phones or educate their employees, - I am shocked they hire and retain employees who treat customers in such a racist and aggressive manner.     I have received computer repair services at Ready Set Repair multiple times over the last few…read moreyears. The service and experience was always great! Unfortunately, purchasing a refurbished lab top from them was a different experience. After taking my previous laptop in for service and learning it was fried, I decided to purchase a refurbished laptop from them. I figured it was safe since my previous service experiences had been positive and I had never felt like I was being ripped off. After a sleazy sales pitch, I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop for around $600. I have had refurbished computers in the past and have never had an issue with them. This Dell, however, is the worst machine I have ever had. It is, by far, the slowest computer I have ever used and it does not maintain a charge. I have to have it plugged in at all times while I am using it. Might as well be a desktop from the mid 90s. It is an extremely frustrating machine to use. Soon after losing $600 on this pile of junk, I notified Ready Set Repair of its issues via their online portal. I never received a response. I will not be going back to Ready Set Repair for services, sales, or anything else. I do not recommend them and advise anyone seeking their products or services to be wary of untrustworthy sleazy schmoozers. Gross.
