Reliable and friendly, this has been my go-to phone store for years. Always great people here. Sometimes you have a bit of a wait, because they just have so many people on staff and they can be overwhelmed. But for the most part, people wait their turn, and it's just a really nice store. read more

have been an AT&T cellular customer since 1990. Today, I went to your store 9565 E 22nd Street, Ste 115 Tucson, AZ 85748. I was wearing a respectful political mask supporting of one of the 2020 Presidential Candidates I was 'greeted' by a female representative. She did not introduce herself, nor ask what my name was. I told her I wanted to cancel one line on my plan, and pick a plan that better fit my needs. She told me that I had to call or go online to cancel any services. I asked if she could still help me with a new plan. She walked over to a table and sat down. She did not say ' please have a seat and let me see what I can do for you" I know AT&T has a protocol for greeting and treating customers. Every time I have been in this store, I have been greeted in the same friendly manner, except for today After I sat down, she asked me for my ID. She did not look at me or thank me for the ID. She slid it through the plexiglass and proceeded to look only at her tablet and start entering information that I had given her. A few minutes later she said I could go with a new plan and gave me the cost which I agreed to. I asked her if the price included taxes and fees, and she said 'no' I asked if she could tell me approximately what the cost of taxes and fees would be and she said " probably between $4 and & $7 dollars but I am not able to get that information. The entire time I sat at the table with her, not once did she look at me. She made no eye contact whatsoever. She didn't even glance my way. I had to ask her for her name and she said "Dee" She did not introduce herself which is also something that has always been the protocol in your stores. Again she didn't even look at me when she gave me her name. I asked her how long she has worked for AT&T. Again without any eye contact and she told me 2 years. Then she said that my new plan was all set up. I asked her if I could see something in writing as to what my plan was. She said 'no I cannot do that' "Give me your email and I will send it to you" After I returned to my office, and called the 800 # to cancel one line. I then said that I had a complaint about a situation with the representative at their store 9565 E 22nd Street, Tucson AZ 85748. The gal on the phone "Kay' was her name, was very nice and got me to the appropriate representative. I explained the problem to the next person "Kaylee" and she was very apologetic about what had happened. She transferred me to a supervisor with Customer Loyality He said his name was TJ. I explained what my experience was, and he was VERY apologetic, saying that should not have happened, he so very sorry. I then told him that I felt the reason all of this happened is because I was wearing a respectful political mask supporting one of the 2020 Presidential Candidates. I disclosed to him which Presidential Candidate was supported on my mask, and his tone changed immediately. He told me that because I did not have the "Credentials of the person I talked to there was nothing else he could do for me. He said he would not be filing any kind of report. I said so I just wasted everyone's time because nothing was going to be done I then asked TJ how many years he had worked for AT&T and he said 15 years. I then asked him for his CREDENTIALS and he said he didn't have to give me that information . I then asked him for his employee #, and he gave me BW538-V. Both of my parents retired with AT&T. I have been a very loyal customer for close to 38 years, between Illinois, Colorado and Tucson. I have always had positive and helpful interaction with your local representatives. Steer clear of this store and their deceptive sales practices. Sales person was relentless in his sale of a $19.95 AT and T TV box. He sold it to me saying it was essentially free due to a promotion they were running and "it's just like a fire stick you plug in." He failed to discuss the fact that it came with a contract and $49 charge per month. Receipt says nothing about it. Receipt is the only document I signed. This was deceptive, fraudulent sales tactics. It was only after leaving the store that I received an email and read the fine print in the email. Manager tried to claim he over heard the sales guy "discuss the plan option" and that he wrote them down. This is completely false. Required another trip to the store and demand that he remove the "contract." I will never go back to this store again. read more

I came with my mother who is a handicapped senior in order to upgrade her mobile phone. She still has the old flip phone and would like to find something more user friendly like an iPhone. Our wait was very short. We also had her service dog with us so they were probably hoping to get us out quickly. They offered us an ATT smartphone which was probably made by Nokia or Samsung. Only 6 GB, but didn't cost anything. We were set up quickly and charged only $35 for activation. They got us out so quickly, we didn't even get a receipt. read more

The sheer level or laziness here is overly annoying. I went in to add a line on to my plan. David ended up changing everything due to prepaid being phased out of our region. So of course I want my same number. And it's all fine and dandy that he made a sale until it's time to port the number over. He says it will be a huge hassle to do it in store because we will have to be on hold. However, I could port my number when I get home. So I call when I get home and the response is no I can not port my number over that I will have to go into a store. So I go to the store closest to my employer on Broadway and Wilmot which was just as horrible of an experience. They insisted I just call myself even after I explained that I could not do it myself. Then they encouraged that I come back tomorrow after I try to call and do it myself again. Which is so ridiculous and rude. Why would I want to come back? I am already there! So they end up making ME call and get told no they can't help me but to try calling prepaid. So I call and they automated system tells me they are closed. The sales rep decides that maybe he should try calling, and waited on hold to be hung up on. Then it was suggested that I come back tomorrow. Again, I am already there why come back. The rep called a different number and somehow he was able to get through extremely quick and gets the line ported over to my account. That was all find and dandy again because he didn't just port over the number but added another line. So of course it's another sale for these guys all while I am the one who gets inconvenienced. So they tell me I just need to call to cancel the other line. I call and I am not able to cancel the line. I was advised to go back to the same store that switched my account over. And that's what I do. So for the 3rd day I am making a 3rd trip to AT&T. I get to the store on 22nd and I am met by a guy who is eager to help until I tell him I need help cancelling a line. So he heard he wasn't going to get a sale and decided I wasn't worth his time. He told me to call and not to worry because it will work itself out. I tried to explain what exactly I was talking about and what I was told by customer service. I told him my employer discount is no longer there and that I wanted to show him what I am talking about. He refused to even look at my app to understand what needed to be done. The answer was just to call and everything will be fine. I kept trying to tell him it's not working out that way. I am literally being told to call and then I call only to be told to go to the store. The problem started with AT&T on 22nd when David failed to complete his job. Now I am stuck with an unwanted plan and no employer discount. The only option at this point is to cancel my services with AT&T all together. People are so lazy with zero customer service skills. They deserve negative stars. read more

Make employee very rude to my mom and I and had an attitude with us the whole time. He was being very passive aggressive and impatient with my mom and was just overall rude. My mom and I are taking our services else where! read more

I mentor a young man with disabilities. He has a cell phone with At&T service. We came to this store hoping to get help with unfreezing his phone, as it was locked up. The store was not busy--perhaps one other customer and 4 or 5 employees. The man who "helped" us tried turning off the phone to try to reset it, but this didn't work. He said to call the AT&T 800 number for customer service. We did this, right there in the store, as he walked back to his desk (we had to call twice, as we were shunted from department to department). When we got a technical support person on the phone he tried to walk us through some steps. All the while, I noticed the employees at the store sitting and socializing with one another. Finally the technical support person on the phone said we should go to to an AT&T store for help. He sounded shocked when I said that WE WERE ALREADY AT AN AT&T STORE, and that they were NOT being very helpful. At that point the man who had "helped" us initially came over, and was able to remove the battery, do a few other steps which solved our problem, and we were on our way. So ultimately, our problem was solved, which is why I give them 2 stars instead of 1. 15 minutes later I phoned the store to speak to the manager, (I spoke to James, the Assistant Manager), thinking he would want to know of my experience. He seemed to not understand customer service either, saying it's their policy to send customers who have technical issues to the AT&T 800 number because they were there to sell phones primarily. Really? For my own phone over the years I have had T-Mobile and Verizon. On occasion I have needed to go to their stores for help with a problem. I have never experienced the kind of disengaged, "you're on your own" attitude that I experienced at this store. If customer service is important to you, this store will sorely disappoint. read more

We have been AT&T customers since we had our first cell phones back in the '90s! A few years ago, this store opened. What an upgrade to service! These people have done everything to keep our family satisfied with phones, accessories,billing, explaining plans. I couldn't ask for more. Yesterday they even helped me put a new screen protector on my phone- one they no longer carry but helped me anyway. Nuff said. read more

I've used At&t for 10 years. It's the only phone service that I can get while hiking in the mountains. I went to the store off 22nd St in Tucson to get an upgrade and Amanda was awesome. Very nice, polite, and even changed my number for no extra charge due to harassing calls. Will definitely recommend At&t to friends and family! read more
