    For a phone company it is damn near impossible to find a phone number so I can talk to someone about billing! What's the deal with that?

    Do not ever go to this T-Mobile store. It is the worse place to do business!…read more I ordered a replacement phone and got a text it had arrived and to pick it up within the week. I went in on Friday and they said they couldn't do it. The employee said the manager had to give him permission before he could do it but the manager was at a different location and wasn't answering the phone. He said he would have the manager call me and said he couldn't help me. The manager never called. I thought at the time that I was getting the brush off which turned out to be true. Two days later I tried to get my phone again and the employee told me the manager wasn't there again and he couldn't do it. I told him that the text said I had until Thursday to get the new phone or they would send it back. I told him I have to work until Friday so it needs to be done today. He said my only option was to cancel it and reorder it through another T-Mobile. I called another T-Mobile (45 minutes from my house) and they said they couldn't do it over the phone and I would have to drive there. I drove to the T-Mobile which was nice, professional, and helpful, cancelled my order and reordered. Kind of stupid and a waste of time but I had no other choice. I will never go back to the Oro Valley T-Mobile and I don't want anyone else to have to experience what I went through.

If you're a customer, you may want to speak up and ask of any appointments maybe ahead of you as they won't tell you. When you've been waiting for 45 minutes and someone else walks in the door and gets service it gets very annoying. The sales person should at least let you know who's next whether you have an appointment or you just walked in .

    So my internet with Verizon was getting spotty. Went to this store and was told I needed a new…read more(better) box. I was told to go to any UPS store to mail back the old one. I did that. I worked with Ali who was pretty nice. The new box was okay but I was having slow service. It finally worked well after two weeks. Then I get my monthly bill and it was more than double. No one said anything to me about my bill going up. I go to the store with my bill because the issue originated there. I got this guy, Jesus, who was very talkative. I explained that the bill had to be wrong. He quoted me a Bible verse and I asked that he not do that. As we talked through the bill, he said I was talking "crazy" and I asked him not to use that word. I did not yell, swear or curse. I was just being direct. Turns out I was overcharged because the account linked to the first box was not closed. And there was a charge to open the new one. Ali never said anything about an activation charge and why he didn't close the first account, I don't know. Jesus would not stop trying to bait me. He said maybe I should have called Ali, he said I should probably go home and call customer service and I said I wanted to solve the problem right now. He called customer service and then got very quiet. The rep talked me through everything. I thanked the rep and we hung up. I looked at Jesus and said, "Do better" and he said, "God bless you." Again with the religion. Very offensive and off-putting because I already had said please don't talk about religion. Suffice to say, I won't be going to that office ever again and I think they have a real problem with Jesus.

I never received or activated the device, but the charges still appeared and my bill jumped significantly ($350 the first month, then about $250 in the following months). The follow-up with the representative (Mohammad) and the manager has been exhausting and disappointing, with repeated calls, transfers, and no clear resolution. If you have to use this store's service, verify all account changes in the Verizon app before you leave and insist on a printed order summary/receipt. Dont trust them but Chris.

    A good friend of mine always de business here to get screen protectors for his phone. Since I had…read morean OtterBox case I never thought about getting a cover on my phone. But when the iPhone came out with the finge rprint ID I couldn't use the OtterBox anymore and had to get a screen cover; this is the first place that I thought of. Man, what a great investment. The store has moved since I first year do business with them. Presently it's across from Hot Topic in the Tucson mall. Several times when my phone dropped, that screen protector has saved my screen from chips, scratches, and cracks. Once you buy the screen cover, if there's any problems, they replace it for five dollars. Over the last few years, I've replaced the cover six times, which is totally worth it initial investment, compared to replacing the screen on my iPhone pro max. The staff are super cool. I've never had to wait very long to get the new screen protector replaced. So do yourself a favor, and get your screen cover before your keys scratch it. They also replace batteries and screens on iPads, in addition to full service phone repairs. I got my iPad screen replaced and that took an hour. They sale cords and cases too. I'm happy with my dealings here at MobileBytes

I'd recommend asking to see the screen before they charge your card. I went in to upgrade one watch and add another to take advantage of a promo. I mentioned this right at the start. After the order was placed, I noticed on the receipt that two new lines had been added instead of upgrading the existing one as requested. That mistake led to the hassle of canceling the order -- something they couldn't even do in-store. The associate didn't seem familiar with the promo until he looked it up himself, and overall didn't appear very motivated to complete the sale. Maybe that's because it was a ship-to-home order, but either way, it left a poor impression. Important note: this is an authorized retailer, not a corporate AT&T store. There are only two company-owned stores left in Tucson. You can find them using AT&T's store locator (top right of the website or in the menu) -- just make sure to filter for "Company Owned Stores." As of October, this year, I acquired address 2. Cox has been great to me so far, so I started a SEPERATE line at address 2 (using yet another amazing promotion). Up to this point I am now moving out of address 1. I saw on the website that we can transfer service to a roommate (which I have at address 1). Called them up, took a few tries, but eventually got WHAT I THOUGHT (and made sure to check) was address 1 disconnected and switched to the roommate. Went into my cox account to learn they switched ADDRESS 2, taking me out of my newly started promotion and still having me associated to address 1. With how long this has been taking and for it to mess up this bad, I am PISSED. Drove to COX on Campbell, took a couple breaths before I walked, and laid it out for Roxy (employee I was chatting with). Super calm, cordial conversation. And that's where we are at with 4 stars. Online COX customer service needs some serious work (i will avoid using it again). In-person, COX is amazing, super kind employees at every location I have been at, and really are looking to help. My case is still in process, but up to this point COX on campbell has been a 5-star experience with how my situation is being handled. It will be a certified 5 if they can satisfy this case.
