Worst cellphone experience of my life. Went in to transfer one of my six lines from Verizon to AT&T because I am temporary relocated and the coverage is better just across the border in PA. Absolutely everything that could gone wrong did. It started with the fact that I had to do the call with Verizon for the transfer because the tech wasn't sure what to do. Then, the store manager actually got into an argument with the Verizon tech on the phone about the correct procedure to get a six-digit transfer code. (I'm sorry, transfers back and forth from Verizon to AT&T have to happen tens of thousands per day. Why is this hard?) And lastly the employees talking so loudly in an empty store that it literally was overtaking my call with the Equifax automated system to try to temporarily lift my self-imposed security freeze. 40+ minutes after a comedy of errors, I stood and said, this is absurd and I don't need this. I walked out. I'll never go back to that store again. read more

If I could give zero stars I'd be happier. This is the absolute WORSE place I've ever dealt with. My husband went in to get unlimited added to our phones... the employee was so inept that instead of putting us on the same plan he put each of our phones on different unlimited plans. I didn't catch it until our bill came and it was almost $500. We went back to have it corrected only to have him update the plan our iPads were on... today we went to drop a line because our daughter paid off her phone and switched to straight talk. The clerk gave us a paper and told us to call *6283 and tell them we wanted to cancel the line. We get home to call and the number was a disconnected number... NO one here at this location knows how to do anything right... I'll drive to Camillus next time because the employees there are way better at doing their job correctly. read more

Really bad service here. I believe the managers name was Sean and he was beyond rude. I went here to pay a bill and the kiosk wasn't working. He could have cared less. Had no interest at all in helping me cause I wasn't there to "buy". All cell carriers are rip offs but they are at least kind at Verizon. read more

Worst customer service ever and with Sean as a manager I can see why. Took my daughter to get the new iPhone 8 we already had a plan and I was buying the phone outright so the bill would stay the same. After waiting an 1.5hrs and listening to some of the workers discuss vacation and plans when 3 customers have been waiting without getting service we were told to come back later,that they couldn't do the phone at that time, it was 2 pm.on a Thursday. So we came back on Friday with same results, and when we asked for the manager waited another 20 minutes for him to come out and tell us that we'd have to make an appointment and come back. When I asked Sean if he could help due to waiting for 4hr now and still no phone he said no,he was to busy with the holidays. We left and went to the Oakdale mall, wish we went there first. Was greater at the door buy a friendly worker who took our name and signed us in. And wail we were waiting showed us some cases and explained what there special was, and within 20 minutes we were seated with a pleasant sales lady who had us set in 15 minutes . Thank you to the Oakdale mall att employees for being so nice and friendly. And treating us like we mattered. read more

Went in and was greeted and put right into their queue. I stood around for over half and hour while two people that worked there sat and did nothing instead of helping us. Never going back. This also happened to a friend of mine weeks after it happened to me. They are useless. read more

Horrible, rude customer service. Blonde long haired girl at front desk didn't even acknowledge our existence. Twenty minutes go by and finally she's free to help us, maybe even acknowledge us as we are standing right in front of her, but instead she then rudely skips over us in the queue - for an older couple returning from lunch who, they seemed like the clerks' friends. Ten more minutes later, and then they proceed to talk about us too! As if we were not even there! I've never ever felt so small and humiliated. Right in front of us, the clerk, the couple, all turning to look at us, then saying, "too bad, they'll have to wait, we can't help everybody." We never said a word or complaint while waiting, so to be treated so unprofessionally: it's bonkers. Never go to this location. Go to the AT&T in the mall, they are so much more professional, courteous and knowledgeable. There are not rude, spoiled teenagers at the Mall Location, waiting on their parents instead of you. This is the WORST store EVER! I walked in and sat down and NO ONE acknowledged me for 15 minutes. I had to ask if anyone worked there. The big woman with her hair in a bun tried to log me in on a frozen tablet and then watched 2 other salespeople do their work. HORRIBLE!!! And I see I'm not the only to have this experience. read more

I actually had a great experience. There was one other customer in there being helped, and 2 different associates came over to help. They got my information, and I walked out with a new iPhone 8 within 30 minutes. read more
