One of the employees called me names and followed up by threatening me with violence. I was there for the third time too see if my chainsaw had been serviced. The first two visits the promised that it would be taken care of right away. This time they said that the tag didn't mention what was wrong with it. The first time I visited they asked me to write my name and number on a tag. Nobody asked me to fill out the tag with the description of what was wrong. I simply told them that it was leaking gas. Second time I visited we also talked about that it was leaking gas, and they promised to get on it right away. I guess they were getting tired of me asking about the saw. For an employee to escalate personal frustrations to the point where the customer is called names and threatened with physical harm is not only unpleasant but illegal. The fact that it is illegal is probably why the business owner has chosen to deny everything with references to security cameras that only he has seen. Let's hope that changes are being made behind the scenes so that future customers won't be exposed to that kind of behavior.

The very next day my delivery got bumped by 3 days, not surprised there. Someone named Nicole called and told me to return her call. Spent my entire lunch calling the number only to have someone pick up then hang up. Worst customer service ever! The people in the store are not trained in any way what's so ever. They are unknowledgeable people, who because they are considered cheap labor, is why they are hired. Sum it up, they very same night I went to Home Depot and bought my new Anderson screen door. Leason learned, I will never shop here anymore. Go to Home Depot, they have knowledgable "clean" people and most everything is in stock.
