I dropped off the phone and went to a nearby appointment. Because the phone was ready early I needed to have a family member pick it up. I hopped on a flight a few hours later and low and behold my screen stopped working! The screen would turn bright green and purple. I tried to restart the phone more than several times. Nothing worked. The screen would black out for days at a time so here I am outside the country with a phone that doesn't work. As soon as my plane landed I headed to the shop to find a different gentleman there. He told me I needed to come another day to see the guy that fixed the phone initially. I do not live in town and asked if there was any way the guy could fix it today. He got on the phone with me and told me to wait at the shop and he'll come today. I asked for a time frame since I don't live here. He asked me to give the phone back to the other guy. When he hung up the phone he said he isn't coming today. Completely unprofessional. The guy straight up lied to me on the phone. As of right now my phone is still not fixed. I would've preferred my cracked screen over this. She helped explain it to my father as well (which is a miracle in and of itself since my father rarely understand technology period). Her customer service skills surpass my typical expectations (given past Best Buy experiences, no offense) but she made me feel comfortable with each decision and talked to me like a human being not just like another buck to make.
