This just happened again today. I was greeted by Krystal, who is an absolute customer service superstar. Her demeanor - her professionalism - her absolute focus on solving my problem - her reaching out for an additional resource when needed - her DELIVERY of the result - TREMENDOUS. My only regret is that I didn't record this with my camera - her service could be demonstrated to an ATT national training class under "how to retain and develop great relationships with raving fan customers". I have very mixed feelings about this location. The first…read moretime I came here (back in September), I was told that if I dropped my phone off before 3pm it would be fixed the same day. I arrived a little after that, and my phone was repaired and ready the next day with no issues -- so my first experience was positive. Four months later, my screen started malfunctioning with no physical damage, which should have been covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment online for Monday, drove 30 minutes, and when I arrived the store was closed, even though both the website and phone system still said they were open. There was no notice or update. I called the next day before driving there again and was met with attitude about them not notifying anyone they had been closed. When I arrived later that afternoon around 4:15pm to drop off my phone, the entrance still wasn't shoveled. I had to climb through snow just to get inside. The next day, I was charged $99 by my insurance because the claim was automatically changed from "warranty" to "accidental damage," even though the repair was not accidental. (This was done by the insurance company, not the store.) When I went to pick up my phone, I was told my SIM card tray was missing -- which was not true, as it was in the phone when I handed it over. It was inside an OtterBox-style case that snaps together, so it couldn't have just fallen out. The employee I originally gave the phone to claimed it was never there, while the employee helping me at pickup (who was much kinder) offered to order a replacement. I ended up ordering one myself because either way I would have had to wait two days -- but if the store ordered it, I would have had to drive 30 minutes back to pick it up. It made more sense to just pay the $6 and have it delivered to my house. That said, I want to give huge credit to the second employee who helped me with the insurance issue. He spent nearly an hour on the phone fighting with the insurance company, dealing with dropped calls and transfers, all while still helping other customers, just to make sure I wasn't wrongly charged. He didn't have to do that, and I truly appreciate him for going above and beyond. Because of him, my experience went from incredibly frustrating to being handled with genuine care and effort. I just wish the overall process, scheduling, and communication, was more consistent and professional.

Had a REALLY bad experience at this AT&T. Went in to pick up a preorder, guy got the box, and…read morepractically threw the phone at me. He asked for my number, and then told me you're all set, he made a mistake, blamed it on me. He then walked away without saying bye, just literally walked away after he realized he had made a mistake. I then went up to another associate, told them what happened, and he said he would call the store manager over. Store manager instead of coming to fix the situation, came over yelling and saying that next time I should talk to the associate more. LIKE THAT'S HIS JOB, I don't work there or know what he's doing. I told him what he was going to do for the mistake his associate made, he said he would issue me some credits (let me just remind you, they NEVER asked for my ID to verify my account, so someone else could have just walked in and gotten the phone). At that point, I asked to speak to his higher ups, and he gave me his card, walked away, and told me he wasn't comfortable to give me the store number or anything else. I would advise for no one, absolutely NO ONE to go to this AT&T store. They show no respect for you, or care about what they're doing.

I've stopped using them for my apple watch cover because they can never get it right. This past Sunday was the worst...my husband went to get his phone screen replaced and they claimed that phone has never been serviced by them. This is a bold faced lie. He has had that phone for four years and needs a replacement every 3-6 months and ALWAYS has gone to them. He was last there in October. Receipts, unfortunately, do not show the phone type. The worker was rude, insisting we had purchased the screen shield elsewhere (no) and even commented that his phone case wasn't from them. That has nothing to do with the screen cover and, no, your cases are way overpriced and cheap! BUT, he will happily sell us a new plan for $45 instead of the ~$12 we should be paying. What a rip off. They can see how often we are there (we have a total of three phones on the plan) and know they are losing money! Avoid at all costs! Rude, incompetent and apparently now running scams to get more money!

My charge port on my phone was broken and should have been a simple fix because I already had a…read morereplacement over-nighted from Amazon but due to an upcoming trip was unable to fix it myself. Family Wireless quoted me $50 cheaper than anyone else I notified, so I gave them a chance. First, they wouldn't use the charge port bought from Amazon, and told me they would have to order one because they wouldn't be able to warrantee it otherwise but PROMISED it'd be in a few days. Second, they spent more time trying to convince me to buy a new phone or a new plan - why leave a plan for a broken charge port?! When I explained I was very happy with my plan and I just needed the port fixed, the man seemed annoyed and his pleasant manner stopped. I knew I should have just walked out right then but due to the urgency I prepaid and left my phone with them for the repair on Wednesday. They do not offer loaners - I would have had to buy a phone to use during the repair. I called back Tuesday to see if I could pick up my phone and was told the part was not even due until Friday. I said I would come get it because I was leaving the state on Thursday morning and take it elsewhere and was told there were no refunds even though that is not what the original salesman told me but they would "see what they could do, call back Thursday". Thursday, still no part even though this is a common part and who buys things that take more than a few days to ship anymore! So I left on my trip without my phone... So disappointed that a few days turned into more than a week. I was finally able to pick up my phone when I returned and the phone was scratched where they had opened it and the charge port looks like a bear ate through it. Also, I am no longer able to use the mic to make calls which I definitely could before I dropped it off since I called them on it and they heard me fine. And 9 days after I picked up my phone, the charge port is not working. When I called to complain that they broke the mic and the port isn't working I was told they do not warrantee their repairs. That is the exact opposite I was told when I left it - the whole reason they wouldn't take my replacement part I had brought in with me was because it would not have been covered in their warranty?!?! So I had to buy a new phone anyway because they completely destroyed mine. I would stay far, far away if you have any repairs and go anywhere but here.
