If you need a new phone or service plan, head to this store and ask for Sydney! My family went to this AT&T store last evening, hoping to find new phones and a service plan and they delivered!  We were assisted by Sydney. This woman was She helped us to find exactly what we needed.  We began making our purchases, setting up our plan and phones. But we ran into a roadblock transferring my phone number.  Because of our personal circumstances, maintaining this number was very important to us. To have to change numbers would have been a huge burden, not a simple inconvenience.   Throughout the process of transferring my number, we encountered problem after problem. Yet Sydney maintained her professional and positive attitude. She did not let any of these setbacks (none of which were related to her abilities) impact her mission to assist us.  She was devoted to making it happen and succeeded. I am writing on my brand new phone, with my not-at-all-new phone number, all thanks to her!  Sydney made what could have been a terribly frustrating visit into an experience in customer service done excellently!  Thanks also to the manager, Mike, who was helpful and knowledgeable. Bait and switch. Said that I could get an Apple Watch for $1 a month with no increase in my rate. Turns out my rate increased by $20 a month for 36 months. That's $720 plus $36 for a $299 watch. I'm returning the watch, got the restock fee cancelled. Pain in the ass. I also twice told them that I didn't want next up or the protection plan. They put them on anyway. They work on a base pay plus commission, so they lie and hope you don't notice. Beware. read more

We traded in my phone about a week ago and had issues with the speaker. My husband and I went back last night and the manager was annoyed before he sat down. He told us that we had to call samsung, the manufacturer; even though the defective phone was bought at this store. If we received a replacement, there was a restock fee of $55.00 plus tax on a second phone !!! This man did not provide good customer service to say the least, was extremely agitated with us because we wanted to exchange the phone without a fee. He could have presented the information in a calm manner, listened to us and provided true customer service. STAY AWAY !!!!! read more

I was defrauded by this store. They told me my plan would increase by $1 per month if I upgraded to an iPhone 14, and when my bill came it was $70 more than that. None of my charges had been disclosed despite the fact that I repeatedly asked the staff if there were any other charges. Even my receipt shows no additional charges, yet ATT only offered me apologies and is doing nothing about the fraudulent and illegal misrepresentstions. read more

If there was a rating of less than one star, I would give it. I went to the store to return a phone. The associate, Sydney and her manager, Lauren, accepted the return and I ordered a new phone on the spot. Four month later, I got a bill for $800 because apparently, the phone was "lost." The rudeness I experienced from these two employees was shocking. I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and I can't get away from this company and these two substandard employees fast enough. read more

This store 'lost' the iPhone 12 I brought to return. The associate, Sydney and her manager, Lauren, accepted the return and never shipped it back then claimed that I haven't actually returned it. After reviewing security tape, they blamed me and refused to help. Been with AT&T for 20 years and never seen this horrible mismanaged store and Sydney with the Manger Lauren are awful representation of the company. read more

My wife had to change her number. She was having trouble doing it with the provided link. We went this location and we're greeted by Keith the Manager. He was great!! Very friendly and helpful. Keith is very knowledgeable. In the end there is a national issue with switching numbers. He worked some magic and got her towards the top of list to be worked on, or so he claims. We are going to believe him. So of you need something please go this location and ask for Keith the manager. He is awesome even though she left with her phone still not working. We feel very comfortable that he worked his magic and in 24 hrs her phone will be working. read more

First of all, even though the staff here are nice (as long as you are making them money, otherwise, good luck), NEVER buy anything from an AT&T ever. EVER. Their return policies are extremely unusual (14 day limit???) and some things you just cannot return at all, and they do not bother notifying you about this when you're making the purchase. They sell very poorly designed, low quality items at very high prices (you're better off just shopping on Amazon, where items are reviewed by people, and you know what to expect), and they have absolutely no regard when it comes to customer satisfaction. I will never be coming back here again after my last encounter with them, which is hardly an inconvenience. There are plenty of better retailers out there, don't bother with this one! read more

Seriously AT&T?? We walked in to talk prices and plans at the willowgrove mall and spoke with Steve the manager he said that managers don't know everything let me get you a representative to help so we are sitting and waiting about 15 to 20 minutes meanwhile reps are walking by people are walking in and being taken care of immediately we get up look at Steve he looks at us I said what's up he just looked at us and watched us walk out the door. Guess that answers my question. Wow and to think Directv partnered up with these idiot's definitely will have to rethink getting Directv. read more

Being a long time AT&T customer we were looking for a new provider.. after shopping around we decided to go to the store and see what can be offered after to speaking to Rob we were offered our plan would be 160.00 a month plus tax trade in our phone upgrade to the I 13 with buy one get one, knowing taxes were not included. We thought it over for a few days went back Rob was leaving so another rep took over, Rob said he can do the same as he can. So we agreed what Rob offered, and we told our old phones were paid off. We got a bill for 305.60 wnt back to the store Rob was with another customer so a Meko tried to help.. trying to ask questions Meko just talked over us and made us frustrated, he said if the next bill is not what it should be come back. Next bill came it is now 198.88 we do back, got Meko again Rob was not there asked for the manager and he said he is it. Meko could not answer why our bill was not 160.00 saw we got a discount from my employer already but said he will TRY to get the bill to 160.00. Trying and what the bill should be is 2 different things in my book. As he was no help, He said to us "He did not care at the end of the day he goes home". I call Corporate office advised them of the poor experience we had, and no one can explain why our bill is not what we were promised and we were not told the refund for phones is divided in several months. Now we are being told our next bill will be 185.00... Very frustrating when your told one thing to get the sale of new phones and not getting what you were promised. Poor customer service on how Manager/Sales reps speak to your customers like they don't matter. Some of the people here are quite friendly, but unfortunately they mislead us and gave us incorrect information on multiple occasions. My girlfriend and I were looking to go onto our own plan together and went in to get some information. First time we went they said all she would need to switch her number from the previous account to a new account was for the current account owner to authorize her on the account. We went home and later had the current account owner authorize her on the account. Next time we went back just to look at phones and see how much we could get for trading our current phones in. She was told her iPhone 4 was only worth $15, but after looking again the employee told her she could get a $200 credit for it since she was upgrading to a Galaxy S6 Active. A few days later she's ready to switch and we go back in. We tell an employee we are ready to make the switch and that she is authorized. He informs us that being authorized on the account isn't the same as being authorized to transfer the billing responsibility, which is what we really needed. He also told us that the current account owner had to be in store with us. We were annoyed that we weren't told this the first time, so we went to a second AT&T store down the street. An employee informed us that the current account owner did NOT need be in the store with us, she just had to be authorized to transfer the billing responsibility. They also informed us that we did NOT qualify for the $200 credit since she was trading in an iPhone 4 not a 4S. read more
