@att 4603 Kirkwood hwy Wilmington de Workflow barely works in the store. Bizaro to see 8 people waiting and 5 reps standing around talking to each other. Seems like flow should be much faster. I could have taken pictures of reps sitting and chatting on their phones while customers waited but seemed like it might put me to the back of the line. read more

So...First things first, the rep Sabrina is a fantastic person to deal with here at this location. I placed an order online late at night and the next day I received an email stating it had been cancelled. So that day same day when I received the email, I drove to this location for help and assistance for new service! It was a very long and extensive visit as they had to look into why it was cancelled so.....long story short, after 2 hours and 45 minutes spent with her...I ended up with two new phones and accessories and very pleased that she helped out. This is what puts ATT customer service above all else, are reps like this grateful person that actually enjoys doing HER JOB!! read more

Spent 30 minutes waiting to find out it would be an additional 45 mins before my number (17) would likely be up. They then recommend to schedule and appointment for the following day. Show up to spend another 47 mins on the phone on hold with 4 different people while in the store. The only reason I gave 1 star is because their employee Sebrina was the absolute sweetest. I will be filing a formal complaint including all employees in which I had the great pleasure of speaking with. Absolute worst customer service ever. read more

I got a Samsung Galaxy S8 from AT&T less then a month ago. After 3 weeks there is a big a splotch on the screen that keeps coming back. I go to AT&T for help, literally everyone I talk to is rude and they tell because it's after 2 weeks they won't do anything and I can go to talk to a Samsung guy at Best Buy who might be able to help me. The tech guy "Mike", who has been incredibly unfriendly, tells me he's not being indifferent, and when I say he is he raises his voice and says "Excuse me sir, I am NOT being indifferent! I'm just the guy in the middle who got stuck dealiing with this and now I'm telling you where to go!". Yeah great, real empathetic Mike. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had and it's after being a customer for 15 years. I'm paying off this crappy pho be asap and the. I'm done with AT&T. In the meantime let me encourage everyone with an AT&T account to cancel and go somewhere else. read more

wow!! i've been trying to call this store all day with no answer! they have not answered the phone in over an hour. they also overcharged me for the phone i just bought because when i checked the price online it would have been way cheaper ordering it by myself. when i asked to look at the bill confused he simply told me to go online when he could've just showed me what i was signing up for then and there. he also never helped me set up the new phone which resulted in me creating new a new icloud and not being able to recover anything from my previous phone number. read more

Avoid this store. I went in the other day and although I was at the top of the list I was waiting for over an hour and a half. The associates are slow and rude. Two associates were with one customer for well over 45 mins and counting and another associate took care of a customer that just walked in and skipped all the people waiting for a while. When my husband said something to the associate the associate rudely stated they were there earlier. No associate apologized or acknowledged the long wait time and slowness. I will NEVER buy anything this store ever again! read more

The service flow in this store is ridiculous. Arrived at 6:05 to add a line with a phone I already owned. I was told it would be an approximate 45 minute wait. Was second in line for over half an hour due to one customer taking a full hour for whatever the hell it was they needed. Finally was assisted at 7:35, a full hour and a half wait. Watched two 7:00 pm appointments be helped before folks that had already been waiting over half an hour. Watched multiple employees leave for the day, including management. The only positive aspect of my visit was The employee DJ- very friendly and amazingly quick service. Quick as in took less than ten minutes to complete my request. I wish I hadn't waited so long for something that took ten minutes. Shout out to the manager for offering us a free phone case for the long wait time. This is not the first time I've waited over 30 minutes at this location. I hate the local mall but the service at that AT&T is far superior. read more
