I have to give a major shout out to an employee by the name of Daniel (I really hope I remembered that correctly). I went in with software issues on my phone, I was seeking a replacement. He took the time to listen to me, explain my options, and even helped me update my account by getting rid of things costing me money that I was not using! I had to wait a while as it was pretty busy, but he was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I had to take a few stars off because one of the other employees bad mouthed other customers right in front of me. It was uncomfortable and a very unprofessional. read more

Switched phones to Verizon. Rep. Was 10 minutes late for 11:30 appointment. Only table in office had 8 chairs, all in use. We sat on a bench while rep stood and entered info. On her hand held device. Very noisy with other reps and customers talking loudly. Luckily we got seats at the table because an hour and a half later we were still trying to transfer 4 phones to Verizon. My daughter and I went to lunch leaving my husband still working on transfer. We've eaten and it's 1:30 and he's still there. To give the rep credit, she has been on her phone with customer service much of the time trying to straighten things out. We saw a woman who was there when we arrived and still there at 1:30. It's a horrible experience and there has to be a better way. While we were there they delivered another bench. Not needed. Get more tables and chairs. This better be way cheaper than AT&T . Update 2 pm and still working on it. 2 and 1/2 hours. read more

I would like to give a "shout out" to Paul Simms at the Verizon Store on Kirkwood Highway. I made an appt on March 12 to bring in my 86 yr old mother to upgrade her OLD AT&T 7yr old Samsung phone. He was patient, listened to her, and helped us get a great iPhone 15 on the Verizon Network. He worked tirelessly to save and move her pictures and made sure she had everything she needed. you are a rare asset to Verizon and a beautiful person. We thank you for all your help. read more

Wish I read reviews before wasting my time. I was LIED to for an hour. I walked in and knew what I wanted and for an hour the associated LIED to me to try to get me to buy the newest version of the Iphone. I called him out on his intentions several times and he continued to lie. He made up fake numbers, lied about promotions, and when I finally had the last straw he offered to "match the website promotion" but stood by his story. When the manager came over she said he was just confused. He wasn't confused. He lied over and over to try to confuse me and sell me a more expensive plan and phone. He lied about the deals that he "checked on his tablet" he lied about the trade in price for my current phone. I left aghast at the whole experience without a phone. Had a great experience. Ordered online. Was told my new phone would be ready in 1-2 hrs. I actually got an email within 15 minutes!! So happy I headed over and was greeted right away. Got my phone and accessories, even got the screen protector put on for me! Jose was great and all the other associates were pleasant with others in the store!! Plenty of table space and seating. I wouldn't recommend Verizon to my worst enemy. The people in the store have no idea what they're doing. Had an employee tell me I needed to buy an extended warranty plan to fix something, bought it, then had another employee tell me the warranty plan wouldn't be able to fix my problem. Lost money there. Called to disconnect my wifi jetpack and the representative disconnected my phone line. Went into the store for help and they said they couldn't do anything and didn't even offer to call for me. Absolutely pointless company, I hope they get bought out by another company that actually knows what they're doing. Useless useless useless. read more

This place is horrible, have been in 2 days trying to get my phone straightened out. When the tech switched over to my New phone they lost all my photos went back to see if they could fix it and he said they could do nothing about it. My wife went in yesterday to get her phone looked at as its been acting up and is brand new. The next day we got an order number for brand new fios service under her name and address. I don't often do reviews but this time I really have to let people know about my extremely bad experience. My wife and I went in to look at upgrading one of the phones om a family plan. The first mistake was they started giving us information based upon someone else's plan. When they finally got our account I noticed a line that I had requested disconnect a month ago was still active and being billed. When I questioned it I was told there was no record of my request and was I sure that I really did make the request. After a few minutes of back-and-forth the guy did find a record of my request and told me for some reason it wasn't processed but I would actually have to call the 800 number, there was nothing he could do about it, and went right back to his sales pitch on upgrading our phone and plan! Horrible customer service. We left frustrated and I called the 800 number today. They told me that he should have looked in the pending orders because the disconnect was there it just hadn't been completed. They also said he could have completed to disconnect in the store. read more

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! Make sure you also call Verizon wireless customer service before using this location. I was there today and dealt with Matt the manager and Brandon the sales guy. He was rude to me and when I said ad right in store said something different than he was telling me he said and I quote " well I'm not in marketing". SERIOUSLY?? Matt said the same thing a few minutes later. They were going to charge me a $100 for each phone to upgrade but with my plan. I called the 800 customer service and I'm paying ZERO upfront and about a Dollar a month. Plus with this option I upgrade in 18 months next time not two years. They treated me like I didn't matter and acted like I was an idiot. Check on line or on the phone before you do AA YTHINGG!!! I saved myself $200. Yes folks $200!!! Don't let them take advantage of you at this location. I dont know about you but I can't waste money. Nerve and attitude they have. Please save yourself the grief. read more
