The issue I was having is that I could call my daughter but she couldn't call me. Before going I did a reset, checked blocked numbers, checked do not disturb and airplane modes. Googled to find a solution to 2 hrs. Went to store as a last hope thinking they could help. She took my phone , checked to make sure airplane mode was off, do not disturb was off and number was not blocked. She then said, sorry I don't know. Seriously, why have employees work that know nothing? I left , came back home and checked a few other settings and finally got the phone working normal again.
